"Why are you crying?" When Avery asked Alex about this, he noticed that there were tears in his eyes without his approval, which were tears of joy.

"It's just.... I could not control my emotions." It was hard for Avery to believe that someone who was known as a very cruel person in the business world and king of Underworld was shading a tears just because of her one confessions.

She thought the box was full of clothes but her thoughts fell when Alex pulled out something made of wood. Avery didn't know what the object was, but when Alex unfolded the folded object, the swing crib was in front of her eyes.

Alex placed a small crib swing next to the bed. Near the Avery's side.

"Our little one will sleep here." He said looking at the crib. The smile on his face was not diminishing.

It was the happiest and sweetest moment for Avery. She wanted to stop that moment, but it was not possible. She didn't think he would take the word so seriously she had said so lightly in a hardly conscious state.

"It's so beautiful." She stroked her hand from the edge of the crib. She crouched down and sat on knees and held the vertical wooden spindle. That moment she was imagining her child in that crib and without a moment her hand went to her stomach. It was still hard for her to believe she was in her third month. hard to believe that she was pregnant.

"I know what you're thinking." He also sat on his one knee and wrapped his arms around her small frame. "It's already to late. You need to sleep." He kissed her on the temple and lifted her sitting frame as It is.

After placing her on the bed, he also lay down next to her on the bed. Today he did not pull her close but she went close to him herself. She placed her head on his chest and wrapped her arms around his abdomen. Alex also responded to her by wrapping her arms around her body.

Today has been a frustrating day for Avery. Her exams were approaching and her group in the office had started working on a new project.

She placed her bag on the glass table and sat her body on the couch. She knew that Alex had left the office early today for some work, but she did not know that he was already waiting for her in their bedroom.

"I'm not but we are going." And with that he turned. His hair was neatly combed and he was looking very hot in a black shirt underneath black tux.

"My father and your father in law is returning from a business trip of Asia after a full three months and there he cracked a good business deal which would gave a boost to our business scale there. And for that Mom has arranged a small party so we have to go."

Hearing the word Father in Law, Avery felt chillness. And she became a little nervous about the party because of what had happened on Mr and Mrs. Hill's wedding anniversary. She didn't want anyone to point on her on this special day.

"If I don't come to the party, will it be okay?"

Her question made Alex wonder. He took a long step closer to her and cupped her face in his big palm. "I know why you don't want to come to the party. But trust me, nothing will happen this time.....
