"Louis, this!" Brina exclaimed, as she clamped her hands on her mouth in a pure shock. 

She didn't expect him to do this!! 

He is really, really very good to her!! 

They have just returned to their villa from a evening walk and Louis took her to a quick shower first.

After a peaceful and relaxing warm shower, they freshened up and it is only when he took her upstairs.

And, as soon as she saw what his surprise us, she got so shocked and, of course, emotional as well.

Louis actually brought Will here!!

The little guy is sleeping on the bed with a ventilator and IV drip. His personal doctor, Dr. Lee is there as well.

Infact, all the doctors from his team are present. 

"Lo...Louis, I.. I didn't expect this" Brina exclaimed as the tears rolled down her face. "Thank you so much" she choked.

Louis chuckled and kissed her forehead. "Silly girl, there is no need to thank me" he gently chided her. 

"I thought you will be in more peace if Will is here with us as well. Right in front of your eyes rather than somewhere far away"

"I noticed how you have been calling his doctors, very often just to know about his health. I saw how worried and tensed you were,"

"So, I thought, why not have Will here with us?"

"This place is well protected and no one can attack us. He will be more safe here than Remus's place."

"Moreover I know you wish to be there with him when he wakes up. But you were restricted to long travels. You were feeling guilty and sad" Louis explained as he continued to see into her teary eyes. 

His wife has become so emotional. 

"Besides this, I would be busy organizing and helping Layla to attack that underworld gang helping your uncle."

"You will surely feel bored so, I thought if Will is here with you, you might not feel alone and bored. You will be not worried as well, which is not good for you and our baby" Louis explained.

Brina's eyes brimmed with tears. 

Why should she be so lucky? 

"I love you" Brina said, kissing him on his lips passionately while she hugged him tightly. 

"Love you too" Louis kissed her back and ruffled her hair. His hands snaked around her waist, his fingers resting on her stomach. 

"You don't know how thankful I am" Brina whispered, wiping away her tears. 

"You can show your gratitude more effectively in some other way" Louis grinned, his mischievous eyes evident of what he is thinking. 

Brina chuckled. 

Well, something's never change. Just like her husband's pervert thoughts. 

"All right then. Today's night will be all about you. We can-" Brina was about to cave in, whispered huskily only to get interrupted by someone who is grinning ear to ear. 

"*cough*cough* I am still here" the old man, Dr. Lee interjected, teasing the couple. He has his hands covering his mouth but he is clearly hiding his grin. 

Sabrina and her husband are just like her parents and brother. 

It felt very good to see her happy like this. At last, his heart felt at ease witnessing Brina's happy days. 

Meanwhile, Brina flushed.

This doctor is her personal doctor from her baby's time. He was there when she was born and he was there in every stage of her life. 

So, she couldn't help but get embarrassed. 

Although she knows that there is nothing to feel shy of, she just couldn't help it. 

This husband of hers is getting very shameless!! He knows she is very shy when it comes to PDA, yet...!! 

Dr. Lee coughed again, controlling his laughter. 

Later, to distract the moment, he flipped back to his professional side. 

"As I said, William is recovering very quickly. His vitals are excellent and his reflexes are improving rapidly. After the surgery, by God's grave, he started responding very well to our treatment"

"And, I am sure that ge will wake up anytime soon." 

"However, I am afraid there could be some minor side effects after he wake up. So, I and my staff will be here in the town till he recovers fully" Dr. Lee said.

Brina smiled gratefully. "Thank you so much, uncle. I will be relieved if you will be here for him" Brina thanked him. 

Dr. Lee and his team are some of the most expensive and busy doctors in the world. Staying here just for her nephew, it really moved her heart. 

"Thank your husband, kid. He is the one who arranged all of this. He is even paying me and my staff very generously" Dr. Lee said. 

"He is spending millions just to stop you from worrying about anything. You are very lucky to have such a great husband. So, you must respect his hard work and stop worrying so much" 

"Just concentrate on your health now. Even Will is here with you, all safe and secure" Dr. Lee lectured her, knowing very well about her overthinking mind. 

Brina obediently nodded her head, promising to herself that she shouldn't let her husband's efforts go in vain. 

Her eyes brimmed with tears again when she thought of how considerate and loving he is 

She couldn't help smile gratefully at him. 

Louis chuckled and wiped away her tears. 

"All right… all right, don't be emotional. Let's go and see Will first. Later, I will take you for dinner to your favorite restaurant" he said, changing the subject.

His wife has changed a lot after coming here. She started to rely on him more and let her guards down. She is actually opening up to him, day by day. 

She is not a closed, mysterious book anymore. She is letting out all her emotions, and that is exactly what Louis wanted for his pregnant wife.

A few days passed by…

Brina is totally in peak of her happiness. 

The first thing, she detected a slight swelling of her stomach.

She always check out her tummy, too often and this time she detected it very clearly.
