It was almost dinner time. 

However, Louis couldn't eat. He was very worried about his wife and he lost all his appetite. 

And, he still couldn't understand what actually had happened. He is sure that his Wifey is not this sensitive that she would faint just by listening to someone's story.

So, it started bothering him if anything has triggered her trauma again. Harry told him that Brina could have these fainting episodes if she excessively stressed over something, especially if it related to her trauma. The trauma of losing her loved ones. 

And, Louis couldn't help but worry. 

He waited patiently for Rhianna to come and tell him what's happening to his wife, but the weather outside just got cleared and it would take time for her to come. 

So, he changed Brina's dress into comfortable PJs.

Her fragile body and delicate structure made his heart throb. But, when he saw the hickeys, bruises that haven't faded yet, he couldn't put a gulp down. 

It was as if it's been ages since he didn't make love to her and not to mention that it's just been one night they haven't got intimate. He was that addicted..

'Hope you will wake up soon, love' Louis thought as he caressed her cheeks. It's been almost three hours, yet, she didn't wake up, making everyone worry.

Doctor Phillips, who is still in the palace, assured him that Brina is fine and just sleeping, but it didn't ease his heart. 

Meanwhile, God knows how much time she was unconscious, she finally woke up.

And, the first thing she could sense is the gloomy aura and cold gaze on her back. She shivered in reflex and turned her head sideways, just to see her husband who was sitting on a chair, his eyes focused on her. 

"Mhmm" Brina moaned as she uncomfortably tried to turn sideways. However, because of her IV drip, she couldn't..

As soon as Louis noticed that his wife was awake and heard her faint whimper, he sprinted towards her and immediately crouched down to the edge of the bed.

"Baby…. are you fine? Should I call the doctor?" he asked, looking at her worriedly. 

Brina blinked her eyes and it didn't take her much time to recall what happened. And, she couldn't help but worry what happened to her.

Not her... The baby.

She abruptly fainted and that's definitely not a good one. 

And, when Brina felt Louis holding her hand and kissing it while his eyes brimmed with tears as if he was about to cry, she couldn't help but worry about him first. 

 "Hon, nothing happened to me. I just fainted for a few minutes" Brina comforted him with her hoarse throat, despite not being sure what actually had happened to her. 

She just remembered how her body started losing all its strength when Ethan told her Greta's story.

Her body started to tremble and her forehead started to sweat so that she felt her eyes go blank. Whatever Greta did in her times, it felt similar to what is happening now.

The sudden thought of losing her baby made her overreact which caused her to faint. 

A worried frown marred Louis's face when he saw the hesitant and uncertain look in Brina's eyes, in contrast to what she just spoke. 

Nothing much?? 

She just fainted abruptly and she is calling it as nothing much!! 

"You fainted," Louis said, his hands involuntarily reaching for her face to caress it.

"Not for a few minutes but for continuous

fucking three hours. Philips won't tell me what happened to you, but he was adamant that you need bed rest!" Louis said, almost losing his cool self.

"You worried me to my death!" he added, pressing his face into her hand and closing his eyes. 

Brina immediately cupped his cheeks and tenderly looked at him.

"For hours? Bed rest?" Brina asked, deep in thought. 

She never felt this fragile before. This could be her trauma that started surfacing again. The trauma of losing her close ones, especially her family. 

It impacted a little more because that close one she was afraid of losing is her own baby, her own flesh.

Or, did..did, Greta already succeeded in doing her trick? 

It made Brina shiver again.

She is observant and cautious, however, some things just escape the vision, no matter how conscious we are. 

No human could keep track of everything that is happening around him or her. Especially when they are unaware of how cruel and vicious the other person is.

Meanwhile, Louis felt his heart twist when he sensed her shivering hands.

She just looked very fragile and delicate like a porcelain doll. Her eyes are glassy and lifeless while her skin is pale.

In this whole month, he never saw her like this. She was naughty, mischievous, seducing and very playful and seeing her like that and suddenly seeing her in this state, right now made him really worry.

"Love what happened? You just fainted, nothing else....okay! It's because of excess pressure you are putting yourself into. Don't worry please" Louis said, gently taking her into his arms as he sat down on the bed. 

"Nothing else? I just fainted? That's it? Did the doctor confirm to you that I am fine?" Brina asked, anxious, leaning her head on his chest and hugging him with one of her hands. Another hand lingered on her stomach...

She thought she would have already miscarried and that's why she fainted. She knew she was overreacting, but....

Who knows what Greta is up to! Brina never thought she would be this vicious. She underestimated that old geese and neglected her.

But, that isn't her fault as well. If she would have known how Great truly is, she would have surely avoided this.

However, what happened has already happened. She can't change the fact that she is already pregnant. 

"Yes, that's it. Nothing much happened. You are worried for nothing" Louis answered, assuring her while he planted kisses on her forehead..

"No Louis. I underestimated your grandmother. I should have focused on her earlier, you know. I made a huge mistake!" Brina said, one of her hands caressing her stomach while the other one covered her face.
