Dinner time….

When Louis and Brina reached, everyone was already there.

King Edgar, Queen Elora, Princess Eliina, Ethan, Natalie and as well as Governess Morgana.

Morgana is also a friend of King Edgar, a close friend in fact. So, she joined them for dinner.

Although Remus and his family were invited, they simply declined. They excused themselves as they had to organise their people for the sake of the Kingdom's security.

Moreover, it's a family dinner. Brina's first family dinner with her in law's. They didn't want to interfere and make her feel sad and frustrated.

She is still angry at them.

"Here they are," Princess Eliina said, clapping her hands.

As the oldie isn't here, she didn't restrain herself with so-called etiquette manners.

Brina smiled. Still nervous as this is new to her. It's been years since she had been to a family dinner with elder's.

"Come and sit beside me Brina dear" King Edgar affectionately called, patting the chair beside him.

"Eliina, sit in my place. I want to sit beside my girlfriend" Louis demanded of his sister who is sitting on the other side of Brina.

"Nope. I won't" she pouted. "I want to sit with both my sister in law's"

"Be a good boy, Edward. Don't you dare to defy my daughters words." King Edgar warned.

"Bro, dad is no more our dad. He just has three daughters, that's it" Ethan said, pouting.

After he brought Natalie home, he suddenly started getting ignored by his parents. They started treating her like their own kid rather than him….

"I started getting to know that, bro." Louis pouted, sitting beside his brother. "Even our little sister is not in our party anymore" he added when he saw Eliina, Brina, Natalie and their father chatting happily.

Meanwhile, their mother and Governess Morgana are chatting about the random stuff. Only these two brothers are left alone.

Later, the dinner is served and the King continues pampering his three daughters. Often he personally added the food into their plates.

Even Elora was talking lovingly with her daughter in law.

Though Ethan and Louis felt sad and jealous, they were happy in their hearts.

Both of their girlfriends lost their parents so, getting this affection meant a lot to them.

Even Morgana sneaked a glance at his goddaughter and daughter who were laughing happily.

She felt content inside. At last they found themselves what they deserve and she sighed in relief. They are in good hands.

Ethan and Edward love their wifes very much.

Soon the dinner got finished and everyone shifted to the living area.

Louis and Ethan both are very clingy to their respective girls. The strong smell of jealousy could be smelled from both of them.

And, in the meanwhile, Eliina missed her boyfriend Diego. After going back from the carnival they barely talked.

He seems so busy in something that he barely makes a call. Even when she tried to contact him, she simply couldn't reach him.

"Dad, I need to talk to you," Louis said to his father.

Meanwhile, Brina and others are busy talking. Only Louis and Ethan were left out as they talked about something else.

"Hmm. Even me, son. You and Ethan come to my study room after your wife's sleep" King Edgar said.

As it was already late night so it's best to talk later. But, the scheduled court meeting is next afternoon and they don't have much time.

Although Ethan was reluctant he nodded his head. He just wanted to make love to his wifey whole night ..but ..

It's okay! He could sacrifice one night of pleasure for his brother's purpose.

Later, everyone went back to their respective rooms.

"Had fun, hon?" Louis asked as both of them changed into nightwears.

"Hmm, yep! Let's have more dinners like these" Brina said as she happily hummed.

Louis hugged her from behind, abruptly and kissed her neck. "Till we get married, we can have as many as dinners like this baby. But after that, I don't think so" he whispered.

"Why?" Brina asked, her breath accelerating as she asked in a faint and sultry voice.

It of course ignited Louis's passion. However, he could only control it for now.

"Of course we can't. When you are my dinner and delicious desert, I prefer not to waste my time on that relatively tasteless food" he whispered huskily.

Brina bit her lip. Though she wanted to talk, she simply couldn't.

She could sense how impatient Louis was becoming day by day. But she doesn't blame him for that. After all, she is getting vexed by waiting…

But it is worth their wait..

"Dad, Brina has support from all the ladies. We just want support from four out of six house's" Louis said.

"Every lady is okay with Brina?" King Edgar asked, surprised.

"Yeah. She was in the task of getting allies from the very start. I think she was very aware of the importance of their support since the beginning. Thankfully, Katherine was her academy friend" Louis said.

"That's good news." King Edgar smiled.

"But dad, what about the leader's of houses? We need at least four of them supporting Brina" Ethan said, worrying.

It isn't very easy!

"About that, dad, I might need help from you and mom," Louis said.

Though Louis believes in Brina's capabilities, who knows whether Kiara and Rebecca's father agree?

It's always better to have someone on the safe side.

"Of course, son. We will do anything that's in our hands. All we need is your and Brina's happiness" King Edgar said.

"Dad, Katherine's father is mother's brother and he is one of your friends too. If you don't mind, could you meet them tomorrow morning and convince him? I am sure Katherine will help you in it" Louis said.

"Yes, sure. We will try our best. Elora would do anything for your happiness too" King Edgar said. Though Elora is step mother, she always treated them like her own children.

"Thanks dad," Louis said.

Later he shifted his attention to Ethan.

"You are Rebecca's brother's good friend, Ethan. As his father always listens to him, could you try to convince him?" Louis asked Ethan.

Ethan had good connections with the current generation of the House's. As he was groomed to become King, he always maintained good relations with the next leaders of the Houses.

Rebecca's brother is one of Ethan's dear friends.

"Yeah, sure bro. Anything for you and Brina" Ethan agreed.

"And, dad, Brina is planning to meet Kiara and Phoebe's House leader tomorrow. As they are close to Olivia's house, we decided to meet them personally and show them how much their support means to us and our Kingdom" Louis said.

That's the reason he told Brina not to bother about Katherine and Rebecca's families.

"Sure, son. I will ask them personally for lunch tomorrow. You and Brina can meet them together" King Edgar said.

"And, ask them to bring Kiara and Rebecca too," Louis said.

After discussing for a while, they dispersed back to their rooms.
