"Baby, my grandmother might not come into this room as she comes to talk to me. So, you can stay here till the oldie goes away." Louis said pecking her lips in a hurry.

Brina nodded her head and smiled.

"Don't worry. I'll be fine." Brina said.

"Now, go!" she said to Louis and Eliina.

"Eliina is here as well? Don't you have your dance classes?" Queen Mother Greta asked when she saw Eliina coming down the stairs with her brother taking the lead.

"Pardon me, grandmother. I asked Eliina to help me in some things. So, she is here." Louis said, coming to his sister's aid.

He knows that his genius sister doesn't like all these 'princess' things.

She is like him!

"Hmm.. I see. But, why have you come back in the middle? Aren't you supposed to meet Olivia and her brother to talk about the boundaries issue?" Greta questioned her grandson.

"I'm not Ethan to work twenty four hours seven days. I need at least a half day in a week to myself." Louis said, making his stepmother Elora widen her eyes.

From behind she shook her head, asking him not to be disrespectful.

This old woman will start blaming Louis's birth mother for raising him like this and Elora doesn't want anyone to badmouth his sister figure and bestfriend, Rhea who is also Louis's birth mother.

Queen Mother Greta narrowed her eyes but Louis didn't flinch.

He is not his brother Ethan to live in their control. Even if his grandmother banishes him, he will still remain as a billionaire with powerful people surrounding him.

He will even have his baby girl with him.

There is nothing he would lose.. in fact, he will be in advantage. They are the one who 'persuaded' him to return.

"Taking rest is good." she indifferently said, her face turning as black as a burnt pot.

However, she walked towards the stairs with the support of a cane.

"Grandmother, what's wrong? Why are you going upstairs?" Louis asked, his heart almost skipped a beat.

"Nothing is wrong, son. Mother came to look at your marital bedroom and nursery which I designed." his stepmother Elora said.

Elora is trying to please her mother-in-law who is angry with her for Ethan's failed alliance.

Now, Greta decided not to trust Elora and took a firm decision to look after everything related to Louis's marriage and alliance.

Eliina and Louis looked at each other in worry.

If this old woman will see Brina here, she will make a huge fuss about it.

But thanks to Brina's idea. They are connected by a call and she must have heard his grandmother.

But the problem here is, where will Brina hide?

Brina is panicking as well. But not too much.

She is more than aware that this room might have another secret room or passway.

As this room is for the King, Queen and their baby or babies, for security purposes there had to be a way to hide or escape.

However she isn't sure of the consequences if she uses it.

Being insightful like always, Brina has already started looking for it the moment she found out that the Queen Mother is coming to look for Louis. Furthermore, she found it.

It's in the walk-in-closet.

In the cupboard, the hanging outfits and other accessories are hiding the door.

Others might have felt difficult in finding things like this, but for Brina it's just like a piece of cake.

So, as soon as she heard his grandmother's words, Brina sprinted to walk-in-closet and soon got to the door.

To open the door, she must need a fingerprint. However, Louis has already told her that he added her fingerprint to open anything in his suite.

Signing out in relief when the door got pushed open, Brina right away entered it and made it come back to normal.

As soon as she entered the secret room, the lights turned on startling her.

It is a small room but Brina knows that it is somehow connected to the staircase that could facilitate escape.

She just looked around, while she continued eavesdropping their conversation on her phone.

Louis almost felt his heart drop, when his grandmother entered the bedroom. They have just used the bed and he totally forgot to adjust the bed covers.

However, he sighed in relief when he noticed that Brina already adjusted it.

Meanwhile, Queen Mother Greta looked around, but for Eliina it felt like she was searching for something.

"Not bad, Elora. You at least reached the cut off of my standards. Not bad, however, I would like to make some changes." she told Louis's stepmother, Elora.

Meanwhile, she walked into the walk-in-closet and also scrutinized everything. She didn't forget to check bathroom as well.

Meanwhile, Eliina looked at his brother, asking where Brina might have gone.

He just shrugged his shoulders. For now, he is glad that Brina didn't get caught.

After looking around, Greta exited the bedroom and sat down on the couch in the drawing room.

"Louis, what do you think about the first competition? You would have got some rough ideas, right?" Greta asked.

Louis frowned.

What does he think?

What else is left to think? He is even imagining how his and Brina's children will be.

He even decided where to go on their honeymoon and how to surprise his wife.

And, here, his grandmother is asking about his opinion!

"Grandmother, we just finished one event! How can I even judge whether they are suitable or not? First of all, I have to interact with all of them and see who would match me. Who can become a good wife and can only become the Queen. So, no, I don't think anything about it yet." he said.

Though Greta didn't like his reasoning, she felt happy. That mere commoner has won the first event and it made her totally annoyed.

She only wants Olivia!

"Grandmother, I don't care whether she is from the top two noble families. I simply don't care if she will make a good Queen or not. Marriage just comes once in life and I want my marriage to stand on love.. not on mutual agreement."

"So, don't try to fix a private date with Olivia or Katherine. I know that you planned a blind date with Olivia today. Please stop doing all those! If I feel Olivia is a tight choice to me, I will definitely select her. It's my marriage, not some business agreements." Louis seriously told his grandmother.

He knows that she had set up a date with Olivia this evening.

If he is not wrong, she would have even set up some Paparazzi to take pictures of them and bring a hype about it.

After that she left his room with a foul expression. Coming here to check out his room is just for a name sake.
