Ahh.. he is looking so hot!

"It's still afternoon. You came back too soon?" Brina said, smiling back at her boyfriend.

"I finished my work early, so that I can spend more time with you." Louis said and came around to sit beside her.

Daniel went and sat beside Amelia making her feel all jittery and nervous.

That is the only vacant chair.

"Uhmm.. hi." Amelia greeted Daniel. Her voice was too nervous and shy.

Daniel blinked his eyes. 'Huh? is she talking to me?' he thought but noticing her eyes turned to him, he scratched his head a little.

"Hi?" he said, in an equally funny way. But his face is so rigid.

Meanwhile, Brina chuckled when she saw their funny interaction.

"You should have taught your friend Daniel how to greet a woman. If he is like this, he will never get a girlfriend." Brina whispered to Louis.

Louis looked at them and then shifted his attention to his girlfriend. "I know how to greet my own woman. It's left to him how he will interact with his woman." he said.

Leaning towards her, he asked "Wanna know how I greet my woman?"

Not even giving her time to respond, he laced his lips on her neck and kissed it.

Brina's cheeks almost exploded with red, when she noticed all the four pairs of eyes on them.

Louis is getting too shameless day by day.

Meanwhile, Louis kissed his favorite spot on her neck and traced his lips to her earlobe before giving it a gentle bite.

"I greet my woman like this." he whispered, before sitting back on his chair again.

Amelia has her eyes wide as she looks at Louis.

She never thought that Louis is this perverted and mainly, this romantic. She has seen a totally different shade of him, today.

And, in the first place everything felt very incredible to her.

First, finding out that Brina is actually Louis's girlfriend.

Secondly, seeing Louis coming from Brina's bedroom.

Third and most important thing! Daniel is just sitting beside her and they are having lunch together!!

"Sis-in-law, congrats on your victory! I didn't congratulate you yet." Daniel told Brina.

'Ahh.. his voice is so hot when he adds emotion to his words. How good it will be if he talks to me in such a way.' she thought.

"Thanks, Dan." Brina said.

"I am your lucky charm, am I not, baby?" Louis asked Brina, leaning his head to her shoulder.

He simply wants his baby girl's attention.

Brina almost rolled her eyes at his childish antics. "Yeah.. yeah, you are, darling." she agreed.

"My baby is the best!" Louis said, this time leaning more, to kiss her lips.

"Guys.. guys, I'm hungry. Let's start eating, please." Charlotte told them, not able to take the dog food from this couple anymore.

While eating..

"How's your research going on, Amelia?" Louis asked his cousin.

"Uh.. huh? Ohh, It's going fine. I appointed my assistant and my friend to take control of it in my absence." she told Louis.

"What's your research about?" Brina asked her.

"Hmm.. we are researching aquatic plants. Trying to create a cure for blood cancer. It's a marine experiment." Amelia said, her voice laced with proudness. She is very grateful for being part of it.

"A must need for research." Brina commented.

"Yeah. Sure it is."

"We have been working on it for almost four years now. If not because of my superior's death, we would have made good progress at it." she said, pursing her lips.

While they were talking, Calvin arrived through the main door.

And, as soon as he saw the 'get together' he was slightly shocked.

If Katherine or Olivia would see this, they might die in jealousy.

Louis, Daniel, Amelia and Charlotte..

Combined, they make a deadly combination.

One has power and strength while the other one is the most powerful Security Chief of the Royal Family.. the next man is in the line to become a Prime minister.

The other one is the daughter of the current Prime Minister and the pampered lady from one of the powerful houses.. a girl with brain and experience. And, the other one is the most famous last of the press, people and other noble families.. Charlotte.

Brina can easily take it as an advantage.. Yet, she decided to win Louis fair and square.

No one has to speak ill of their relationship or blame Louis for being biased.

"Calvin. Come and join our lunch party." Brina said, pointing to the chair next to Amelia.

"I want to Brina. But, King Edgar needs my presence. He has something to discuss about the rebellion and the people behind it." he said.

Calvin is like a private detective of King Edgar. He has a perfect grip on national politics and country media.

He also holds a significant role in national security and military.

And, he is always busy.

And, Louis has to be busy as well. But, as it is his bride selection event.. he is given some leniences.

After his marriage, he will be crowned as the King and after that he will be a lot busy in political matters and of course, producing an heir.

"I just came here to inform Brina that I might not be able to make it for her next event. I am travelling to City C borders to observe how worse the conditions are in the Kingdom of Ventris." Calvin told all of them.

"Kingdom of Ventris? Better be careful and cautious, brother." Charlotte told him.

"Yes, Calvin. Be careful. And, don't hesitate to contact me for emergencies." Louis said.

"Be careful, Calvin. Hope to see you soon." Brina greeted.

"Thanks guys. I will be careful. King has specially allocated special guards for me." Calvin told.

"And, I just found out that the next event is horse racing. It will be taking place in two days from now on." he informed them.
