"Thanks baby." Brina said and pecked his lips.

Later, they took the elevator to the underground building.

As soon as the door opened, Louis got shocked by what he was witnessing. This is really to the next level of the hospital.

The walls are made of rich and elegant white metal and they are lighted up with warm, white colored lights.

The whole setting is screaming rich yet minimalistic and simple.

It has glass walls and doors partitioning the rooms. And, the glass staircase was at the left side leading to the downstairs where Will's private chamber are present.

The first floor is for doctors and their personal room are situated there.

A few of the doctors are dressed in white robes as they are discussing Will's reports with each other while they are sipping on their coffee.

And as soon as they saw Brina standing there, they smiled politely and stood up.

"Ms. Brina, you are here." the oldest doctor among them said and walked to her.

"Dr. Lee." Brina acknowledged and smiled at him. Though he is like an uncle to her, they are now in working hours. Otherwise, he would have given her a hug and patted her head.

"Dr. Lee, this is my boyfriend Louis. The person you all wanted to meet from long back." Brina said, wounding her arm around Louis arm and clinging on to it.

Dr. Lee shook hands with Louis and smiled politely at him.

But, surprise was evident in his eyes as he never saw Brina bringing someone to see Will.

And, he knows Brina from her childhood. So, he is basically aware of her past and how she has suffered. So, he never expected her to accept a man into her life after what Nickolas did, leaving a deep scar on her young and lively heart.

However, he felt happy and relieved that Brina found someone for her.

Meanwhile, the other two doctors walked to them and wished both Louis and Brina formally before going downstairs to Will's room.

It's now their shift to keep an eye on his vitals. They are young and experienced doctor and they aren't that happy to stay here at first and have to look after only one patient. However, they are being paid with a hefty amount and their perks are too attractive that they never regretted it.

They somehow got connected to Will and other sick children here, after spending these many years in the orphanage.

"Ms. Brina, Will is improving a lot better compared to before. If this continues we can proceed with surgery." Dr. Lee said as he smiled at both Louis and Brina.

"Actually, Louis and I have come here to look at Will. We won't be staying for long." Brina said.

Dr. Lee is in his early fifties and he resembled a little to Rhianna. Their eyes were a lot similar. And, Louis couldn't help but wonder if they are related.

He still remembers what Harry has told him, that Rhianna was a doctor who used to work with his father Thomas.

"You are thinking right, honey. Dr. Lee is actually Rhianna's uncle and Uncle Tom's friend. Harry and Rhianna met like that." Brina said as if she could read his mind.

Louis nodded his head and hugged her sideways as they goes down the stairs, at last coming to the floor where Will is being treated.

His room has a metal door protecting him with all the advanced technology.

Laser beams were activated, guarding the door which seems so impenetrable and thick.

On the right side, a few meters from the door it has the facial recognition, fingerprint and voice detection system.

Everyone has to pass in all these three tests before going inside.

And, just by looking at this, Louis could tell how protective Brina is towards her nephew.

Meanwhile, Brina underwent through the tests and got her body scanned, later she gave a special entry to Louis and they both walked inside.

And, as soon as Louis saw the boy who was lying on the bed, motionless with a ventilator supporting him and IV drip connected to his hand, he felt so sad.

His heart ached for this cute little boy who would not be even seven years old. His nose and cheek bones resembled Brina that Louis couldn't help but imagine how their kids would look like.

Brina slowly wriggled out of Louis's embrace and sat down on the bed, caressing Will's hair. She kissed his forehead and held his hand in hers.

A tear rolled down on her cheek and she couldn't help but purse her lips while her thoughts drifted back to her past.

Louis was about to go and comfort his girlfriend but Dr. Lee stopped him by placing his hand on his shoulder.

"There is no use in consoling her. It's been a few years since Will was like this but everytime she sees him, she always breaks down like this." He said, more like whispering to him.

"Sabrina might look brave and happy outside, but she is the most fragile and traumatized kid." Dr. Lee pursed his lips as his gaze remained on Brina who has her eyes closed now as she clutches Will's hand in her warm ones.

"She never brought anyone here except for Harry and Rhianna. I can tell how much she loves you and trusts in you to bring you here. Please don't break her heart like that jerk did." he told Louis.

"This old man doesn't have the energy or patience to look that kid in despair and depression. If it isn't for Will's sake, she would have killed herself too for what have happened to her family. Thanks for coming into her life, Louis. I hope to see you both marry soon." Dr. Lee said.

"However, after Will wakes up, I am hundred percent sure that this little kid wouldn't leave his aunt anytime soon." he added, chuckling.

Louis chuckled too, imagining how it will be after his little competitor wakes up.

After talking to him for a while, Louis and Brina sat down at Will's bed and she started narrating some funny moments in Will's life.

It is said that, Will's subconscious mind is still active and he could sense the people talking and behaves as per the type of environment around him.
