Old Master Gu was joyfully watching Song Dei as she was picking up some pebbles. Though the innocent aura wasn't there anymore when she first saw her when she was just a teenager, she still looked so serene. That if someone looked at her will find joy. That's why he never fail on his judgment that his grandson has been bewitched by this beauty? But who wouldn't be?

Song Dei Si reminds her of his late wife. She was a country bumpkin before when she first met him. Though his late wife grew up in a country side, she has full of dreams, that later on became the reason of their almost failed marriage.

"Dei Dei!" He called out on her.

"Yes Pops!" Song Dei Si lifted up her head and looked at Old Master Gu who was standing around 20 meters away from her.

"Are you happy with your married life?" He asked.

Song Dei Si didn't see it coming? Why would the old man asked about it all of the sudden. Did she look unhappy?

"Why? Do I look unhappy?" She asked and walked to his direction.

The Old Master Gu smile. "Sometimes the prettiest people who has a lovely smile could be the most loneliest soul in the world!"

Song Dei Si paused her tracks and thought the words that he said.

Though she was sure that she was happy being married to Yan Mor Tee, there was something inside of her that longing for anything else - that she herself could not understand what it was!

"What do you want to be when you were just a kid? I'm sure you never dream of being just a personal assistant to the CEO of the company. Do you really wanted to be a chef?" He asked straightforwardly.

"Why are you asking me that?" She asked the old man, smiling at him. She was really curious why the old man suddenly gets interested on her dream.

"I'm sure everyone has her dream as she was growing up." Old Master Gu answered "When I was young, I wanted to be a priest."

Song Dei Si suddenly awaken her interest.

"Why you did not end up to?"

"It was because I met your late grandmother-in-law when my father brought me along with him when he visited the factory where her father was an employee. She tagged along with his father at work and annoyed me the whole day. That's when I realized that I wanted to be annoyed by her for the rest of my life. So then I could no longer be a priest" Old Master Gu was laughing when he shared how he met his late wife.

"She must be really beautiful for you to get smitten by her."

"She was innocent and naive too" Old Master Gu replied. "If she wasn't that naive she would have not fallen in love with me!" He said laughing.

Song Dei Si laughed too.

"Because I can never be a priest, I wanted to enter the army instead."

Song Dei Si was quite surprised. She didn't know that Old Master Gu was once wore an army uniform, she just knew that he was once a business magnate before he retires and decided to just live simply at the villa at the bay area.

"You were once a soldier?" She asked.

"And always a soldier by heart" Old Master Gu said.

Song Dei Si could felt the regret on the old man's voice.

"Did you regret leaving the army?"

Old Master Gu did not answer her directly. "Dei Dei, you can never be too happy in this life."

She agreed and nodded.

"Follow your passion. Chase your dreams before it turns back on you, so you won't have regrets." The Old Master Gu concluded

Song Dei Si could already feel the scorching heat. "Pops let's go back. The sun's too hot!" She said and the old man agreed.

Old Master Gu stayed with Master and Madam Yan at the living room and have some conversation with them. While Yan Mor Tee went to his room that he had occupied when he stayed at the villa for two years when he was in High School. She excused herself and told hem she will look for her husband.

"Try to check him out on his room." Madam Yan said.

"Yes, he was sulking like a teeny bopper because of jealousy." Master Yan added.

Sulking?

Jealous?

With whom?

Song Dei Si went to his room. Since they got married, both of them have dropped the act of knocking before entering the room. She saw Yan Mor Tee as he was lying on the bed.

She joined him and hugged him from the back.

"Why are you here? Shouldn't you supposed to be with them at the living room?" She asked.

"Have you done with your date?" Yan Mor Tee asked.

"Date?..." What date what he was talking about? She just been with his grandfather and.... then Song Dei Si then realized "Are you jealous with Pops?" She asked teasingly and adjusted her position and tucked her chin into his shoulder so she could looked at his face.

Yan Mor Tee pouted.

"You forget about me as soon as you have Pops!"

Song Dei Si laughed to her heart content. He was acting so cute that she wanted to pinch his cheeks.

"It was because Pops wasn't petty. He was far beyond this petty jealous type husband of mine here."

Yan Mor Tee suddenly rolled over and positioned himself on top of her.

"Really?" Yan Mor Tee asked her.

Song Dei Si nodded. "Also, he gave me present. When was the last time you gave me one?" She asked, she wasn't materialistic but it was always the thoughts that counts right?

"What do you want? I can give you the world!" Yan Mor Tee went ballistic.

But it didn't affect Song Dei Si. She continously annoyed him. She will never gets tired annoying this person for the rest of her life.
