"Yes, where is that kid? Why is she isn't here yet?" Master Tan said and picked up his mobile phone from his trouser and excused himself as he dialled his daughter's number.

"Where are you?" Master Tan asked when Tan Ja Nin picked up the call.

"I just arrived." Tan Ja Nin said, she could see her father from where she stood and a smile formed her lips when she saw that he was standing next to Master Yan.

Master Tan looked around and saw Tan Ja Nin, she was wearing faded jeans and white t-shirt. With her simple get up, who would have thought that she was a celebrity.

Madam Tan walked to Tan Ja Nin's immediately when she saw her. She hugged her daughter tightly. After she moved away from home, she could only see his daughter every once in awhile and she misses her so much.

Worried flashed across her face when she saw that she had lose weight.

"Why did you lose weight? Are you overworked?" Madam Tan asked.

Tan Ja Nin twitched her mouth. She had a one week break after the filming of her new movie has ended but she barely got enough sleep as she nursed Lee Jin Ho at the hospital.

"We just finished shooting my new movie. I am on vacation now."

"Good! Stay here at the mansion while you're in vacation so you could nourish yourself back."

Tan Ja Nin automatically rejected the idea. "Mom, I'm okay! Don't worry about me."

"But look at you. You look so thin." Madam Tan shot back.

"I need to be this thin because gaining too much weight in the industry is a sin."

"So better quit showbizness!" Madam Yan said histerically.

Tan Ja Nin laughed "Mom, relax! I'm going to see Dad! Love you! Nice to see you too Auntie!" Tan Ja Nin said as she kissed Madam Yan on the cheeks. She wanted to have a chat with her as well but she needs to get off from her mother's current mood now or else she might find herself filing her resignation in showbiz which she never wanted to do now.

But to her dismay, she was scolded by her father too. "Look at you. Don't you know how to take good care of your self?"

Tan Ja Nin looked at herself and wondered if she really looked sickly?

"You better need someone to take good care of you. Look at your sister-in-law, she started gaining weight as soon as she married your brother because she was taken good care of!"

Tan Ja Nin raised her eyebrows, she looked at Ho Min Lin and realized that she really did gain weight.

"Ji Nan, don't you have a friend whom you can introduce to your sister so he could take good care of her?" Master Tan shouted as he asked his son.

The youngsters suddenly fell silent.

Uh-oh!

"Dad..." Tan Ja Nin was trying to stop his father from being a nuisance when Tan Ji Nan replied.

"She already have a boyfriend!" He said.

Tan Ja Nin's eyes widened in disbelief. But she saw an expressionlessly face of his twin brother.

"Who's that bastard, why was he not taking good care of my precious daughter?" Madam Tan asked and went to Tan Ji Nan.

Tan Ji Nan smiled mockingly. "Mom, relax! Haven't you always wanted Ja Nin to find a boyfriend?"

"Yes but he is not taking good care of my daughter."

Tan Ja Nin bitten the lower part of her lips.

What now?

Lee Jin Ho was already bad shot to her parent even before she could introduced him to them.

She looked at her twin brother and saw that mocking smile plastered on his face.

He was deliberately doing this because he was still mad at them.

Calm yourself. Tan Ja Nin remind herself. This wasn't a right time to be annoyed by Ji Nan.

"He is taking good care of me, however I need to take good care of him because he was beaten up to death and still recuperating from home." She said and looked at her twin brother mockingly too.

Ho Min Lin tried to hold her laughter. She was enjoying how the twins bantering with each other.

"What? Who beat him?" Her mother asked in disbelief.

Tan Ji Nan suddenly felt tense.

"I will bring him home once he recuperated and will introduce him." Tan Ja Nin said trying to save her brother's face.

"Okay, we should meet him soon!" Madam Tan said and went to her husband excitedly. "Jingming, your daughter has a boyfriend now!"

"I've heard it." Master Tan said. He happy to know that his daughter finally found someone but the news that he was beaten up to death worried him.

Is his future son-in-law a gangster or something?

Why would someone beats him up if he didn't do anything bad to that person?

"Some of the BBQ is ready. Come here and get some" He said instead, he doesn't want to ruin the mood of the night but he will have to investigate who's this guy that his daughter is dating.

He wouldn't have a second thought to separate the two if he found out that he wasn't taking good care of his daughter and mistreated her.

"Brother!" Tan Ja Nin called out Tan Ji Nan after the dinner. The guest have already left and the newly married couple was about to leave too.

"Yes?" Tan Ji Nan asked as he turned around to face his twin sister.

"Can we talk?" Tan Ja Nin asked.

Ho Min Lin took her hands off from her husband and told him."I'll wait for you at the car!" She said because she knew that these two would need some heart to heart talk.

Tan Ji Nan nodded.

Ho Min Lin left and gave Tan Ja Nin an encouraging smile.

"What do you want to say? Tell me now!" Tan Ji Nan said as soon as Ho Min Lin has left them.

She looked at his brother's cold face and sincerely said. "I'm sorry."
