"Don't you have anything to do?" Lee Jin Ho asked.

"The problem at Wu Corporation has been solved so I don't have any other plans at the remainder of the day." Lu Jioasheng answered.

"Why don't you go and ask Wu Charie for a celebratory meal?

"I just had lunch!" Lu Jioasheng laughed but furrowed his eyebrows after that when he realized something "Are you afraid that I will be doing something to your sister?" Lu Jioasheng bluntly asked.

Lee Jin Ho did not respond. It seems like he was admitting it.

Lu Jioasheng scoffed. "I'm your brother!"

Lee Jin Ho sighed. What is he afraid of? Even if Lee Chin Mei has a thing for Lu Jioasheng, if he's not into her sister so nothing could happen.

"Okay!" Lee Jin Ho agreed. "Just take good care of her."

"I will." Lu Jioasheng answered as he looked at Lee Chin Mei.

This girl right here was the person he wanted to take good care for the rest of his life.

Lee Jin Ho nodded at tapped Lu Jioasheng "Go and send her home now."

"Let's go." Lu Jiaosheng said to Lee Chin Mei.

"O-okay!"

After they left, Tan Ja Nin asked Lee Jin Ho "Why did you let Lu to send your sister home? Yes, you're right, I can sense that your sister still likes him."

Lee Jin Ho looked at Tan Ja Nin. "If she likes him, who am I to stop her from liking him? I don't want to repeat history on what had happened to us to them. Now I understood what Tan Ji Nan felt. He felt betrayed because we conceal what we have to him"

"So it's okay if Chin Mei fall deeply inlove with Lu?"

Lee Jin Ho sighed. "The only thing that I can do now is to hope that Lu Jiaosheng can reciprocate her feelings"

"What if he won't?" Tan Ja Nin asked.

Lee Jin Ho answered her "Then I will put myself in Tan Ji Nan's position when Yan Mor Tee did not fall for you back then..."

Tan Ja Nin fell silent and contemplated on what Lee Jin Ho has said.

Her brother did the right thing before. He did not let the friendship between him and Yan Mor Tee suffered just because he did not fall for her.

Lee Jin Ho was doing the right thing too.

"Lu is a good catch anyway!" She said.

Lee Jin Ho pulled her closer and hugged her "We still owe Tan Ji Nan an apology."

The Yans was on the way to the Tan's Mansion and no one wanted to talk while they were on the car. But Yan Mor Tee who was at the driver seat broke the defeaning silence.

"Wifey, have you talk to Tan Ja Nin, did she confirm if she will join the BBQ dinner?" Yan Mor Tee asked as he looked at his wife at the rear view mirror. Song Dei Si who was seated next to her mother-in-law at the back seat replied.

"I didn't get her confirmation. Let me text her to ask."

"Why would Tan Ja Nin not be attending the dinner?" Master Yan asked, he was sitting at the front passenger seat.

"Oh, it's because she's quite busy with her showbiz commitments." Yan Mor Tee answered when he realized that his parent doesn't have any idea of the conflict between the twins.

"I haven't watched any of her movie yet." Master Yan said "Did she have any upcoming movie?"

"She will have a new movie to be shown on the big screen next month if I'm not mistaken." Song Dei Si answered.

"You and Ja Nin are really good friends." Madam Yan commented.

"Madam Yan, why don't we watch Ja Nin's movie next month. We haven't been into a movie date since we got married." Master Yan said.

Madam Yan face blushed. How she wanted to watch a movie with her husband. It was just a wish before, she could not believe that it was going to be granted now.

"Sure!"

"Why don't we have a double date? It's been a while since we watch a movie right Young Madam?" Yan Mor Tee asked Song Dei Si.

She nodded and got thrilled with the double date idea. She looked at her mother-in-law and she saw that her face was still flushing red.

How cute to see her just like a swooning teenager.

"I still couldn't believe that she will enter the world of showbizness." Madam Yan said.

"Yeah good thing that his family is supportive on her with this one." Said Yan Mor Tee

"Jingming always support whatever her children wanted in life. There are no parents in the world who would not do anything just to make their children happy." Master Yan said so he could not really blame Master Yan when he cut ties with them when they broke the marriage agreement.

"What do you feel now, dad? This is going to be the first time that we will be having dinner with the Tans again after so many years." Yan Mor Tee asked.

"I'm optimistic." Master Yan said then a smile formed his lips. "Time heal all wounds"

"Yes and I believe he wouldn't agree with this dinner if he still harbor an ill feelings for you." Madam Yan said.

"Do you still exchange messages with Auntie?" Yan Mor Tee asked her mother.

"Yes. In fact we went out yesterday to the salon together." Madam Yan joyfully shared this bit of information.

Song Dei Si smiled. She was happy for her mother-in-law. She could only wish that the friendship between her father-in-law and Master Tan would be revived as well.

Just like her father-in-law, she was also optimistic.

She wouldn't hope that Madam Tan and Master Tan will treat her like the way they treated Yan Mor Tee. But if they could be civil with her later at the BBQ dinner was something that she would really be thankful for.
