Song Dei Si turned around and talked to Lee Jin Ho and Tan Ja Nin instead. "We need to get going now..."

Lee Jin Ho and Tan Ja Nin nodded.

Yan Mor Tee tapped Lee Jin Ho's shoulder "Get well."

"I will. Thanks for the visit."

Tan Ja Nin escorted them to the door.

"Don't hesitate to call if you need assistance!" Song Dei Si said before they leave.

Tan Ja Nin nodded. "Take care."

She closed the door and went back to Lee Jin Ho's side. This time she laid next beside him.

"How's the shooting?" Lee Jin Ho asked after he kissed her forehead.

"It went well. I've told Manager Mo that I will take a one week vacation so I can fully take care of you. Hope they will allow you to come home already."

"You don't need to take some time off."

"I want to. All my commitments have been fulfilled and I don't have any schedule yet on the coming days."

"Okay..." Lee Jin Ho said and kissed her again. This time he gave her a peck on the lips. He could not give her a real kiss yet because the corner of his lips has still bruises and wasn't heal yet.

Tan Ja Nin looked at Lee Jin Ho and found him still handsome eventhough his face has a lot of bruises. Her lips curled up.

"Why are you smiling?"

"I just realized how handsome you are!" Tan Ja Nin could not help but admit it.

Lee Jin Ho smiled. "More handsome that Mor Tee?"

"Errr." Tan Ja Nin could not answer him. Not because Yan Mor Tee was way handsome than Lee Jin Ho but because the two men have different appeal. Lee Jin Ho was the type of a boy next door while Yan Mor Tee was ruggedly handsome.

"I also realized that I like the boy next door type." She answered instead.

"Okay! Acceptable." Lee Jin Ho answered. What important to him was he was the only who occupied her heart now.

Then he remembered.

"Are you going to the BBQ night at your parents mansion this Saturday?"

Tan Ja Nin did not respond immediately. She seems like weighing what she would say.

"Just Go!" Lee Jin Ho said after awhile. "You've been waiting for both families to be reunited again right, this is the opportunity, don't let it slip away witnessing the reunion."

"But..." She was still hesitant to go.

"Is it because of Tan Ji Nan?"

"He wouldn't want to see me." She said what's bothering her.

"You'll never know until you get there!" Lee Jin Ho said. "Once I recover, I'll go and see your brother to apologize"

"You sure, you're going to do that? What if he beats you to death again."

"Let him be, if that's help him vent out his anger on me."

Tan Ja Nin hugged him "It's my fault. You really wanted to tell them from the beginning, it was just me who got scared."

"So will you trust my desicion moving forward?" Lee Jin Ho asked.

"Uhm. I should not be too hard headed. I will listen to you from now on..."

Lee Jin Ho smiled and patted her head "Good girl"

Ho Min Lin prepared dinner for Tan Ji Nan at home.

"Mor Tee dropped by at the hospital and picked up Song Dei Si..." she said while they were eating at the dining table.

Tan Ji Nan heard his wife but not interested on the topic.

"He gets along with Lee Jin Ho and made amends...."

"Mrs Tan...!" Tan Ji Nan said in a low voice. "If your going to continue discuss people, then let me tell you I'm not interested!"

Ho Min Lin pursed her lips and did not say anything again. She knew that her husband was pissed and she doesn't want to piss him more.

"So what time are we going to the Tan's mansion on Saturday?"

"Let's go there in the morning so we have time to bond with my parents and so that you'll get familiar with the people in the household too."

Ho Min Lin agreed then he asked him.

"Do you think Tan Ja Nin will join us on Saturday?"

"If you want to know, why don't you ask her!"

Ho Min Lin could no longer take it. "Hubby!"

"Let's not just talk about it. If she comes, then good"

"Will you give her a cold treatment when you see her?"

Tan Ji Nin sighed. "You know I can't get mad at her for a long time. There might be awkwardness at first but she's my twin sister!"

"And you love her so much and will do everything to protect her. But don't worry hubby, Lee Jin Ho loves her so you can put your heart at ease. Your twin sister heart will never be broken again. It will be if you don't give them your blessings"

Tan Ji Nan did not answer.

But his wife was right.

"Hubby..." Song Dei Si joined her husband at the bed and laid beside him and put her hands on his stomach "I'm so proud of you!"

Yan Mor Tee knitted his brows. He put down the book that he was reading "What did I do?" He asked.

"You've eaten your pride and made amends with Lee Jin Ho." Song Dei Si answered while giving him a big smile.

"It was because I have witnessed how my father was devastated when he lost his bestfriend. I just don't want to be in that same situation that I will lose one of my friends, if in fact the friendship could still be saved."

"Well at least I can see progress. I hope that Master Tan will finally open his heart for reconciliation."

Yan Mor Tee looked at his wife. Sadness suddenly filled his eyes. "I apologized if Uncle Jingming has mistreated you."

"I didn't take it to heart so you don't need to apologize." She answered.

Yan Mor Tee pulled her closer and kissed her head. How can he shield her from all the pain?
