937. You Are so Cute (1)Translator: Guy Gone Bad
“Is the poison gone?”Cang Qian held his hands behind and asked complacently.
Mo Fei nodded and replied, “Yeah, all gone.”
Cang Qian smiled complacently and said, “I told you, that one is effective.”
Mo Fei nodded and said hurriedly, “Yeah, you are right. All your credit.”
Cang Qian smiled blandly, “Sure. Without me, you are all so dead now.”
Mo Fei turned over a white eye in the heart helplessly. It’s not you who developed the potion! Do you have to be so cocky?
Cang Qian looked at Mo Fei, “Unexpectedly, you boy have some ability, in such a short time, you have really worked out the antidote.”
Mo Fei made a wry smile, “I was put on this spot.”
If it hadn’t been that it was they who got poisoned, and if it hadn’t been the few little kids who were facing death at any moment, he would have such big capability! The compelling situation made him!
“Those old rats of the Gu family must be ashamed if they know that you have worked out the antidote so quickly. Perhaps, they will kill themselves in despair.” Cang Qian sniggered.
Mo Fei made a wry smile, he felt that those people would only want to kill him if they really knew this. Thinking of that, Mo Fei touched his neck, feeling a bit too cold.
“This potion you developed is kind of interesting.” Said Cang Qian as he took out a potion.
Mo Fei’s face changed, this time the detoxification potions he refined out were all poisonous, and the one in Cang Qian’s hands was the most intense.
“If, add the Split-heart herbs and Moon-soul Flower in the potion, it’d be three times more poisonous.” Cang Qian smiled and said.

Mo Fei forced out a smile, “Impressive.”
“Let’s go.” said Cang Qian.
“Where to?” Asked Mo Fei.
Cang Qian shrugged his shoulders, “Anywhere. Anyway, we can’t stay here. There’s nothing to eat.”
“Senior, you are a demi-immortal master, even without food, you can still live for a long time, right?” Asked Mo Fei tentatively.
Cang Qian nodded and said, “Yes! I don’t have to eat. I haven’t eaten anything for ten thousand years and I’m still alive. But you have to eat! My chief concern is for you guys, you bunch of gluttons! If I don’t eat anything for a day, you’ll be hungry.”
Mo Fei said, eyes blinking, “Senior, never knew you are so considerate and so thoughtful.”
Cang Qian waved his hand and said, “You are flattering me. Staying with me long enough, you will know I got a lot of merits, being considerate and thoughtful is only a drop in the bucket.”
Mo Fei lowered his head, secretly thinking: You said you don’t have to eat anything while we are a bunch of gluttons? But every time the dishes were placed on the table, you always ate the most! How do you even have the face to say that?
“Where are we going?” Asked Mo Fei.
Cang Qian blinked and said, “How about we go to Feng continent?”
“Feng continent, why?” Asked Mo Fei.
Cang Qian smiled and said, “I heard that Feng continent has a large territory and abundant resources, rich star source force and infinite vitality. More importantly, I heard that there are many delicious foods there!”
Mo Fei smiled and said, “We’ll go anywhere you want to go.”
Cang Qian patted Mo Fei on the shoulder, “Very good, very good. Let’s go.”

Herb Continent
“Mo Fei has worked out the antidote? That’s impossible!” Gu Chi frowned.
The deadly poison was refined by the ancestors of the Gu family, and it had cost them whole thirty years.
“They should have worked out the antidote. Su Rong was seriously poisoned and began to fall ill. As a result, with a potion of Mo Fei, he was cured.” Gu Feng said.
With a darkened face, Gu Chi thought: I really can’t let Mo Fei live. If Mo Fei keeps doing this, the prestige of our Gu family will all be gone! Damn it! How could there be such a powerful guy in the outside world?
“Are they still in the Fire Continent?” Asked Gu Chi.
“No, not anymore.” Gu Feng hesitantly said.
“No? How is it possible?” Gu Chi looked a bit irritated.
“Our people dare not get too close, because the Fire continent is poison everywhere. And with a little big carelessness, they slipped away.” said Gu Feng sullenly.
“Damn it! You can’t even watch a few of them!” Gu Chi was furious.
“Brother Gu, what’s the matter? You look so anxious!” Mo He came in.
Gu Chi blackened his face and said, “Mo Fei and his group have disappeared. I don’t know where they have gone.”
Mo He smiled and said, “Mo Fei’s soul force is so high, how can those people watch him? But they got three babies, it won’t be hard to find them.”
Gu Chi nodded, “You are right.”
Gu Ling walked into Gu Yan’s room and Gu Yan had already climbed up from the bed.
“Elder brother, why are you up? Take some more rest.” Gu Ling said, frowning. Before, Gu Yan had fainted in the Woods, which scared her.
Gu Yan shook his head, “No need. I heard that Mo Fei has worked out the antidote?”
Gu Ling lowered her head and said hesitantly, “There is such a rumor, but whether it’s true or not, it’s not proved yet.”
“If there is a rumor like this, even if he hasn’t worked out the antidote, he should have at least worked out the restraining potion.” Said Gu Yan, gritting his teeth.
Gu Ling pressed her lips, “Elder brother, maybe it’s just a rumor. You don’t have to take it to heart.”
Squinting, Gu Yan said disapprovingly, “Just gossip?”

All locations, weapons, unit designations, mention of franchises (under the protection of fair use laws), history, and so on is fictitious or used as reference only. Apostle of the Goddess
A disappointed man dreams of leaving the confines of Earth and living adventures in fantastic realms...Suddenly, his wish is granted... Albeit in a far different way from what he could have expected. An isekai genre story with a few elements from LitRPG. The overall tone will be jumping back and forth from light to dark. Expect a lot of references to anime, manga, games, etc.It is written in first-person view and will contain a side-story using a "real-life" character. Initially, the MC will be writing the story as a true journal, so the prologue and first chapters may appear a mess of things that already happened, journal entries, and afterthoughts. A few chapters in, it will change into a normal, first-person manner retelling of what happened (storywise the character "Records" what happened to him). This is a side project of mine, so I will be uploading a few chapters per month. Chapters may have a severe difference in length (albeit I will try to maintain them around 3k), but expect the overall monthly word count to be not less than 15k words.Author recommendation, if you intend to follow the story, read the new updates once a month (counting from the day the first chapter is uploaded). Content Warning: I do intend to include a few disturbing moments to emphasize the darkness of the human (and other beings) nature, so please consider that even though some chapters (especially the starting ones) are kinda like a comedy routine.
