"You can always calm me down and smile." Brian smiled brightly with his hand stroking Elena's cheek. A smile that makes Brian even more handsome and Elena charmed. And the action of Brian who rubbed her cheek, made Elena a little embarrassed.

"So, has the man been arrested?" Elena asked with an innocent face that made Brian couldn't help laughing. Why only now did Elena ask that question, after Brian had told her all the information about Edward. If Brian did not manage to catch and know Edward's identity, how could Brian explain and tell all of it. Sometimes Elena really thinks slowly.

And if Edward stabs you two inches upward, then your heart will stabbed and you will die instantly. You also almost died from bleeding. Luckily, Elise can donate blood to you. "Elena stopped hearing Brian's words. The man now held Elena's hand with both of his hands.

Elena could see the sincerity of Brian's words. Even Elena could feel the trembling from Brian's two hands as the man said imagining Elena being covered in blood.

"Brian," Elena called softly.

"Please, don't ever leave me." Brian tightened his grip on Elena's. His eyes were fixed on Elena's. Asking Elena to promise never to leave him.

"Yes, I will never leave you." Elena replied by reaching out with her left hand to rest on theirs.

"So, will you marry me?" Brian asked. He hopes Elena agrees. Brian doesn't want to regret and lose Elena. Elena paused at Brian's question. Elena does have feelings for Brian, but to marry that man, Elena is still doubtful. She was afraid their marriage would fail. Elena was afraid that she couldn't be the perfect wife for Brian.

"Brian, I'm not leaving you. But to get married, I think we need time."

"You mean?" Brian asked in surprise.

"First, I don't want to hurt Elise by marrying you immediately after your divorce. Second, I want us to be like any other couple. Going on dates and so on, in order to strengthen our bond. Third, of course you have to fight for my approval to marry you."

"Is Dean's presence not enough?"

"Brian, marriage is a sacred thing and I want to be married once in my life. So, I don't want any separation between us. So, until I am one hundred percent sure and before our love bond is so strong, I don't want to marry you yet." Said Elena giving reasons to Brian.

Brian paused and looked at Elena for a long time. He tried to understand and understand the meaning of Elena's words. If that's what Elena wants, Brian will agree to it.

"Yes," Elena tried to get up from her lying position. The woman had only moved a little and her face was already wrinkled with the pain and soreness she felt from the wound on her chest. Brian quickly restrained Elena's body to move further. And help Elena to lie down comfortably.

"Did you forget, the doctor said not to move much first." Brian scolded with a warning look, so that Elena would obey and not move again.

"Yes, but how do I eat?" Elena asked with a confused expression.

"Let me feed you." Brian's words made Elena stare at the man's face for a long time.
