Brian's body stiffened for a moment, then relaxed again in a second. Elise's head looked up from Brian's left. Staring at the baby Dean who was fast asleep.

"He looks a lot like you," said Elise quietly.

"Yes, Mommy also said he looked a lot like me as a baby."

"He'll be like his Daddy when he grows up. Handsome and smart." Brian's lips curled at Elise's words. There was a sense of pride filling his chest.

"Brian," Elise called softly to which Brian only answered a brief mumble.

"I miss you." Elise tightened her hug. Brian understood what Elise meant, the man let go of Elise's hand that was wrapped around his stomach, then turned to face Elise.

Elise smiled brightly at Brian. Her hands quickly hugged Brian's neck. Meanwhile, Brian just stared at Elise's face in silence.

He used to like Elise very much. Even so much love for that woman to make him against his mother. In the past, he always devoted his love and attention only to Elise. Previously, he would not hesitate if he wanted to kiss and touch Elise. But now everything feels strange and different. Brian didn't feel that feeling anymore. He didn't feel any need or passion for Elise. Brian still care Elise but he feels that there is no more love for Elise. Brian couldn't possibly show or tell Elise everything. He couldn't possibly tell Elise that he had fallen in love with Elena.

Slowly Elise put her feet on her feet and closed her eyes to kiss Brian. But Brian reacted first and kissed Elise on the forehead. Make the woman open her eyes. There was confusion in Elise's eyes. She was sure Brian knew what her move meant. Elise wants to kiss and make love to Brian. She missed Brian's touch and affection. But, why did his reaction seem clueless?

"You just came home from the hospital, you better rest. I don't want you to be tired." Brian tries to convince Elise and covers up his reluctance to touch Elise.

Elise and Elena are twins and their faces are the same but Brian now clearly knows the difference between them. Elena can always make his heart beat faster and make his passion rise to the top with her innocent gaze.

"I have to go to the office, there's a problem with a new product." Brian let go of Elise's hand.

"Get some rest and don't get too tired. I'll be right back." Brian kissed Elise's forehead briefly and then turned around leaving Elise who was stunned. The woman hadn't even said a single sentence but Brian was gone and disappeared behind the bedroom door. Elise exhaled softly. Then turned around, she better rest as Brian said.

An hour later, Dean's crying woke Elise who was fast asleep. Elise got up and went to the crib. She saw Dean who was crying loudly. Elise slowly carried Dean. Cuddle that baby ..

"Honey, why are you crying? Are you hungry?" said Elise when talking to Baby Dean. The baby just cried out loud. While in the hospital, Rena was the one who mostly nurtured and cared for Dean, so Elise didn't know much about babies crying and desires.

All equipment has been prepared on the nightstand beside the baby box. So that everything is ready when you need it. Elise wants to make Dean's formula milk. But she doesn't know the amount of milk and how warm the water is. Dean cried out loud, making Elise even more confused and panicked. She carried Dean out of the room looking for aunty Yanti. Asking for help from aunty Yanti to help her.

"Go make Dean's milk." Elise saw aunty Yanti, who had just finished tidying up the guest room that Rena always used when staying here.

"Oh, baby Dean is hungry, huh?"

"Aunty quickly makes the milk. Dean has been crying all the time." Bik Yanti quickly walked into Elise's room and made formula milk.

Dean's loud cries didn't stop for a second. Making the confused and panicked Elise turn into a headache. Dean has been crying for a long time, his face is now even flushed red with his loud crying.

"What about you, Elise? Why don't you check Dean's diaper first? Poor Dean is crying until his face is all red like this," Rena complained unhappily. Elise's head was lowered at Rena's side. She did not have any experience taking care of babies.

Rena was just silent and did not respond to Elise's words. She began to dislike Elise's inability to take care of Dean, Rena had only been away for a while and Dean had been crying for a long time like this. Her beloved grandson cried until his face was red like this. Really pity.

After Rena took off the diaper, cleaned and changed Dean's diaper. The handsome baby regained his composure but was still sobbing a small hiccup from him from crying too long.

Elise fell silent feeling guilty and she realized that Rena was angry with her.
