The next day Julian woke up early and checked out of the hotel and left the city, just a few miles away from the city and the surrounding changed drastically as he entered the desert.

He also encountered a Slugma but he was not interested in training it, after three days of riding through the desert, Julian finally saw a place where he can rest indoor, the Kalos Power Plant.

This Power Plant is powerful enough to power the whole of Kalos and there are workers working there 24/7, Julian could easily ask one of them for permission to stay for the night and clean up after himself.

The desert sand has been stuck to him like glue, his clothes are dirty, there is sand between his hair, he couldn't continue riding through the desert in such conditions.
