Viola is surprised to see the weird pokemon in Julian's possession, she had never seen such a pokemon in her life, she wondered if it is a new species of pokemon.

The knowledge about Porygon is not known to many people so it's not a surprise if Viola doesn't know about it. ​​

Even her sister, Alexa was surprised seeing Porygon as well, she has never seen such a weird pokemon before, she wanted to know what this pokemon was, lucky for her, Ash was sitting right beside her and he told her about Porygon a little.

Listening to Ash, Alexa was fascinated, she wanted to learn more so she decided to ask Julian later about it.

Julian and his Porygon waited for Viola to make her move, because of Porygon's ability it is best for it to move last, no matter what situation it is.

Viola is very cautious right now, she doesn't know anything about the pokemon that is standing against her pokemon on the battlefield, she has to be careful and find out its typing before she goes for the heavy hits.

Seeing that Julian has no intention of attacking first, Viola made her move

Viola "Vivillon, use Sleep Powder"

Viola decided to put her opponent's pokemon to sleep before figuring out how to tackle it, her Vivillon spread its wings wide and scattered sparkling dust all over the battlefield, the sparkling dust fell on Porygon.

Viola waited for the Sleep Powder to take effect but to her surprise, the Porygon didn't seem to be fazed at all, she didn't know how it was possible, she wondered if this pokemon had the ability like Vital Spirit which prevents a Pokemon from falling asleep.

But she is wrong, the reason why Sleep Powder didn't work is that Porygon never sleeps, it is made up of codes, it's just a computer that is sentient, it doesn't need sleep and it never will, moves that cause confusion, sleep, paralysis won't work on Porygon because of how it has been made.

But the real reason Porygon has become such a formidable pokemon is because of the system, it altered Porygon's code and made it perfect, it went from the prototype Porygon Zero to Perfect Porygon.

Even the original Porygon pales in comparison to Julian's Porygon.

Seeing that the Sleep Powder has no effect on Porygon, Viola didn't stop and went for another attack.

Viola "Use Gust"

Vivillon flapped its wings hard and sent powerful gust at Porygon but Porygon stood its ground and analyzed the wind rushing towards it.

Julian "Use Thunderbolt"

Porygon used Thunderbolt and shot it right through the incoming Gust, the Thunderbolt crackled and shot towards Vivillon, if this hits, it will cause a lot of damage.

Viola knew the incoming danger and told Vivillon to dodge the attack, Vivillon moved to the side and dodged the Thunderbolt by an inch, but it still felt heat left behind by the Thunderbolt as it passed by it.

Julian "Again"

Porygon followed Julian's command and shot another Thunderbolt at Vivillon which it was able to dodge again but once again, just by an inch.

Viola could tell that the Thunderbolt was pretty strong for a pokemon of Porygon's level, she believed it to be an electric type as she had no other explanation, electric type pokemons do deal more damage with electric type moves, the same could be said for pokemons of different types using their respective type of moves to deal more damage.

Viola "Use Psychic"

Viola ordered.

Her Vivillon sent a psychic blast at Porygon with all its strength, once again Porygon analyzed the move under a second and was already able to find the weak spots in them.

Julian "Thunderbolt"

Porygon aimed its Thunderbolt straight at the Psychic's weakness, its Thunderbolt tore through the Psychic and headed towards Vivillon, seeing the fast incoming lightning, Viola knew there is no time to dodge.

Viola "Use Light Screen"

Vivillon quickly set up a Light Screen in front of it, Light Screen is able to decrease the damage of a special attack by 50% for a few minutes, Viola made a good decision by doing so, she knew the danger of getting hit by those Thunderbolts and she didn't want to take the risk.

The Thunderbolt passed through the Light Screen and its power was decreased by 50%, it did hit Vivillon and zapped it, Vivillon let out a cry as its body felt numb but it came out of it with a few burnt marks over its body.

Viola looked at her Vivillon's condition and knew that with Light Screen activated, her Vivillon could take at least four of those Thunderbolts before getting knocked out.

She knew she had to be careful and not get hit by those Thunderbolts, she advised her Vivillon to keep its distance from Porygon and move around the battlefield so that it cannot lock onto Vivillon.

Vivillon did as Viola said and started to fly around, Porygon made sure to not let go of Vivillon and locked onto it with its eyes.

Viola was observing Porygon's movements and noticed something, Porygon was very slow, she could easily out-speed Porygon and get closer and land some critical hits.

Viola "Vivillon, fly faster and then use Ariel Ace"

Vivillon did as Viola said and started to fly fast, as it moves around the sky, Porygon was having a hard time spinning around and locking onto its target, soon Vivillon was able to lose Porygon and got right behind it.

It then used Ariel Ace and dove towards Porygon with full power.

Julian looked at Viola's move and smiled, he realized that it was time to end this battle.
