The day didn't last long, since everyone was so excited, they didn't even realize then time went by and the award ceremony began, all 120 trainers were called in for the ceremony.

The ones who didn't get into the top 32 were given a participation medal, while the ones who were in the top 32 got trophies indicating that they were the top 32, then the top 16 were awarded. ​​

After the top 16, the top 8 were finally called up, Glen, Virgil, Karl, and Dino were given the top 8 trophies.

Then came the final three, due to Dhrago being arrested for attempted murder on Julian, he was removed from the league's ranking which put Ash directly in third place, he didn't have to battle Dhrago for this position.

Ash was called up the platform and given a big trophy, Ash didn't seem to be disappointed by his ranking at all, he happily excepted it.

Yesh was then called up to the platform and was given an even bigger trophy, Yesh didn't say anything and just took the trophy from Charles Goodwill, he didn't even smile at the tiny old man, he just took the trophy and left without a word.

Some people didn't take kindly to this attitude of his but most people didn't bother because they already knew that this was how he is, even in interviews he was stiff and didn't talk much then just answers the questions with either Yes or a No.

Finally, Julian was called up, when he walked up the platform, people couldn't stop shouting his name and cheering for him, he could see Charles smiling while holding a trophy that is twice as big as him.

Julian stood next to Charles with a smile as Charles struggled to lift the trophy and hand it over to Julian, Julian decided to help the little old man and lifted up the trophy and rose it high up in the air as he received a massive round of applause and cheers.

Charles "If you keep on participating in the league, others will never win at this rate"

He said and laughed.

Julian "Too bad, as I plan to continue doing this, the only option they have is either defeat me or participate in a league where I won't be participating"

Charles "Well, good luck then"

Charles said and smiled while waving at the crowd, this time Julian didn't bother to make an announcement, this whole league was just like an announcement, even after such powerful trainers showed up they still couldn't defeat him.

This just showed the world that even stronger trainers need to step up, stronger than the ones that participated in this league.

Charles "So Kalos is next I guess?"

Charles asked as the Kalos league will be taking place next in the Kalos region.

Julian "Yes, Kalos it is"

Julian replied while waving his hands at the fans, the award ceremony soon came to an end and Julian had to give an interview as reporters surrounded him shoving their mics and cameras onto his face.

They asked them what his next step is and here he announced that he will be going to Kalos.

This statement meant that Julian's next goal is to conquer the Kalos league and become someone to hold five league victories under his name.

This somehow became a new trend amongst young trainers, they also wanted to be trainers who holds more than one league victory just like Julian, but they also knew how hard this really is, winning the league is already near impossible for young trainers so having multiple league victories is a far fetched dream.

Julian decided to stay in Unova for another month because the league asked him to have an exhibition battle against the current champion of the Unova region, Alder.

Julian was also a little excited to battle Alder, he has heard a lot about Alder from Cynthia on how powerful of a trainer he really is, Julian decided to have an exhibition match against Alder.

Since this is an exhibition battle, this will not go on their official record.

Julian took one month to prepare for this battle, being an exhibition the trainers won't have to comply with the league's rules.

Both Alder and Julian decided that this battle should just be a one on one pokemon battle, a quick and action-filled battle should be enough to sell a lot of tickets to the general public and there is no way they are going to miss it.

Two of the biggest names in Unova duking out against each other, how could the general public miss this one, Alder is said to be the strongest champion from Unova in years while Julian is Julian, the greatest trainer in the world.

When this was announced people were going crazy and excited about it, they had expected this battle to happen but they didn't know when, finding out that it will happen in a month excited them a lot.

Julian also trained his pokemons for this upcoming big battle, he didn't know which pokemon to chose for this battle so he trained them all.

Alder was also busy training his pokemon, he saw the league and saw how powerful Julian's pokemon really are, he especially didn't want to battle against Julian's Darmanitan, the freak of a pokemon.

Soon the month passed and the day of the exhibitions was here.
