With the announcer's call, the first trainer walked in, wearing a blue and white jacket over a white t-shirt, jeans pants, and a hat on top of his head and Pikachu on his shoulder, Ash makes his way into the battlefield.

The crowd goes wild as they cheer for Ash, his name echoes all over the stadium as the crowd tries to hype up Ash, Ash looks at them and waves his hand along with Pikachu, and takes his position on the battlefield taking a deep breath waiting for his opponent. ​​

As soon as the crowd stopped going crazy, the second trainer walked in, wearing a purple coat, his eyes still emotionless as ever, the crowd goes wild but he doesn't care, his eyes focused on Ash, his opponent.

This will be their second time clashing against each other and this time Yesh has no desire to end this with a draw or a loss, he needs to win and head to the finals, to battle Julian again but this time in the grandest stage of them all.

Yesh took his position on the battlefield and looked at Ash.

Ash "We meet again, but this time I will defeat you"

He said while punching the air in front of him with confidence and a determined look on his face.

Yesh "I predict my victory"

Yesh said and looked at the referee who walked in with two flags in his hand.

The referee took his position and started to explain the rules of the battlefield.

Referee "This will be a six on six pokemon battle, the trainer with no pokemon able to battle at the end will lose"

The referee said and looked at both trainers, once he got the ok from both of them, he asked them to send out their first pokemons on the battlefield.

Ash didn't wait around and sent out his Krookodile, Ash Krookodile entered the battlefield and roared, it exposed its razor-sharp teeth inside its massive jaw and slammed it shut to show the power behind its bite force.

Yesh didn't seem to care much about it and sent out his first pokemon as well, Scizor.

Yesh's first choice was very good, a bug type against a ground type would surely help in some way and since Yesh is very calculative this first round might go his way.

Julian looked at both of their choices and smiled, Yesh's Scizor is an exceptional pokemon and he has seen it in action, while Ash's Krookodile seems to be in peak condition as well, Julian has no idea who is going to win, he needs to watch them battle before coming to a conclusion.

The referee didn't waste any time and started the battle with a swing of his flags.

Ash went on the attack straight on.

Ash "Use Crunch"

Krookodile charged at Scizor and opened its jaws wide open, a massive dark jaw formed right in front of it and it tried to slam it shut on Scizor.

Yesh "Scizor, Night Slash"

His Scizor crossed its arms and charged at Krookodile's Crunch and its pincers started to get covered in a dark aura, both of the pokemons clashed, creating a powerful shockwave.

As both pokemons tried to measure each other's power level, Krookodile was pushed back as Scizor seems to be the more powerful pokemon among them.

Ash "Earthquake"

As Krookodile got pushed back, it heard Ash and slammed its tail on the ground and balanced itself before slamming one of its legs hard on the ground sending earth energy into the ground and activating Earthquake.

Yesh "Jump, then use Razor Wind"

Before the Earthquake could activate, Scizor jumped up in the air and slashed its pincers in the air sending out multiple blades of winds at Krookodile.

Ash "Counter with Aqua Tail"

While the Earthquake was still in progress, Krookodile swung its tail which is covered in water energy at the Razor Winds, the clash destroyed the Razor Winds while Scizor landed on the ground again and suffered the lasting effects of the Earthquake which was fading away.

Yesh "Iron Head"

As soon as Scizor landed, it charged at Krookodile headfirst, its forehead got reinforced by metal energy forming a bulge on Scizor's head.

Ash "Dodge and use Dragon Claw"

As Scizor got closer, Krookodile stepped to the side and dodged the Iron Head, since Scizor was going headfirst with its attack it couldn't suddenly change its direction quickly.

Krookodile lifted its glowing Dragon Claw and slashed at Scizor with full power.

Yesh "X-Scissors"

As the Dragon Claw was coming down, Scizor used its lead foot to stop itself and quickly turn its body towards Krookodile and crossed its arms activating X-Scissors.

The Dragon Claw landed on the X-Scissors and Krookodile tried to power down Scizor to its knee, but Scizor being the powerful pokemon of the two was able to hold its own even though it has the lower ground.

As both pokemons tried to push the other using their moves, the pulse from these two attacks rubbing against each other distorted the air around them, the ground under their feet started to crack and break.

As Krookodile was putting more pressure it felt the ground under its feet get loose and it lost its ground which allowed it to exert all the force on Scizor but now that it doesn't have it, Scizor felt the reduction of pressure and pushed back with full power.

Scizor's X-Scissor got through Krookodile's defense and landed a clean hit on Krookodile's stomach, sending it flying through the air.
