Journey Towards Greatness Chapter 842

Julian waited for Zinzolin and Colress to make their move and see what they are after, he just watched as Zinzolin and Colress made preparations.
Colress took out some devices from his backpack and started to stick them around the door, he then connected them with a very thin wire, he then stepped back and pressed a button on the remote on his hand, the devices that were attached to the walls started to beep, they beeped three times before going crazy for a second and finally exploding.
The explosion didn't shatter the door but actually made a clean rectangular cut through it, Julian was surprised by this, this device of Colress was able to cut through a thick wall cleanly without causing any cracks.
He didn't continue wasting his time thinking about the device as he noticed Zinzolin and Colress entered through the hole they just made, Julian followed right behind without many any noise.
He also entered through the door and soon hid behind a pillar as he watched Zinzolin and Colress walk towards the other side of the room where there is an altar and on top of this alter, inside glass case is something Julian found very intriguing.
It was a weird shaped object, it looked like a smile triangle-shaped spearhead but it has a small pointy end on the other side as well, and Julian could sense a massive amount of dragon energy from it.
He watched as Zinzolin and Colress got right next to it.
Zinzolin "So this is it huh?"
He asked.
Colress "It seems to be, yes"
Zinzolin "The DNA splicer, such a beautiful thing, too bad I will not be the one who will be holding onto it"
Colress just looked and didn't say anything.
Zinzolin "Now hurry up and take it out"

Colress "Yes"
He said out and took out a glasscutter to pry open the glass case, but to his surprise, his device failed to cut through the glass, it seems to be made up of a bizarre and strong material.
Zinzolin "What happened?"
Colress "This glass is very strong, I can't cut it with a regular glass cutter, the glass is very thick, and it seems to be made of a bizarre material."
Zinzolin "Get through it, I don't have much time"
He said and looked around to see if there is anything else that could catch his interest, he soon gave up because there was nothing here that caught his interest.
Colress then pulled out an Oxy-Acetylene blowtorch to cut through the glass, with this he easily cut through the glass and made a sizable hole enough for the DNA splicer to be picked up, as soon as the cut was done alarms went off but there was no one to stop them, Drayden was caught outside with the problem that Team Plasma has caused.
Colress slowly took out the DNA splicer and examined it to see if it is the original one or not.
Zinzolin "Now that we have it lets get out of here, I hope things are not too bad outside"
He said.
Julian "I think you can stay around for a little longer"
They both suddenly turned their head when they heard this voice, they knew this voice as they had heard it before and they know the danger that they are in right now.
Zinzolin turned around and saw a tall man wearing a brown jacket, mask, and sunglasses looking at them, even though this person's face was covered Zinzolin could tell who this person is.
Zinzolin and Colress froze on the spot as they realized they were fucked, they encountered a problem that they never expected to encounter and this problem is something way out of their league, they are as good as dead.

Zinzolin "Mr. Julian, long time no see, we were just about to leave so don't mind us, Colress put the DNA splicer back into the glass case"
Zinzolin said with a smile on his face as he instructed Colress to put the DNA splicer back into the glass case, Colress also knew that this is the best option right now and he didn't question Zinzolin, he just put it back into the glass case and stood behind Zinzolin.
Zinzolin "Ok now that the DNA splicer is back to where it should be we will be leaving then, we were just here to take a look and nothing else"
He said and tried to walk past Julian but he was suddenly stopped as Julian grabbed his face and pushed him back.
Zinzolin 'Fuck, I am so fucked'
He thought as he felt his whole body pushed back without feeling any resistance from the other side.
Julian "Come on old man, we met after such a long time, how about we sit down and talk a little bit, I see that you are a sensible guy"
Zinzolin "Oh, so you want to talk, I can definitely do that, so what do you want to talk about?"
Zinzolin said with a smile while rubbing his thin bony hands, Julian looked at him and was pissed but he didn't express it.
No matter how much of a shady person this old man is in front of him, he is not that bad compared to the ones he has come across, this old man is just a greedy bastard who is after the money and nothing else.
Julian doesn't need to waste his time torturing this old man, he would just rather get to know who is behind all of this and deal with it in one go.
