Zweilous used Head Smash by pinpointing his opponent and ran right through Beartic, Beartic didn't see this coming at all, as its surrounding was covered with smoke from the previous exchange, it didn't see the two heads emerge out of the smoke and crash into its stomach.

Beartic suddenly let out a grunt and suddenly went silent from the force of that Head Smash, it was then sent flying backward, even though it weighed so much it was sent flying from the impact of that attack. ​​

The Head Smash blew the breath out of Beartic, it crashed on the ground causing cracks to spread all across the battlefield, Brycen was shocked by seeing this as he saw his Beartic flying out of the smock cloud.

He saw his Beartic holding onto its stomach indicating where the attack landed and once again he didn't see it coming, he looked at his opponent but he couldn't figure out what his opponent is thinking as his face is covered.

The referee checked Beartic and noticed that it has been knocked out.

Referee "Beartic is unable to battle, Zweilous is the winner, the winner of this battle is the challenger"

The referee gave the final verdict and ended the battle.

Brycen sighed at his loss, this battle was the hardest one he has ever fought, yes he did get his ass whooped by other trainers, one of them even destroyed his pokemons completely it was not one-sided like this, he did defeat one of that person's pokemon before that person sent out his ace to destroy his pokemons.

He sent Beartic back to its Pokeball, he then walked towards Julian and handed him the Freeze Badge, Julian took the badge and thanked him, and walked out of the battlefield.

What surprised Julian was Brycen never cared about his identity and didn't even bother to ask him about it while the other gym leaders at least tried, it looks like Brycen really doesn't care about anything other than accepting challenges from trainers and battling them and nothing else.

He walked out of the gym with the seventh badge in his hand, the badge looked quite nice in Julian's eyes, maybe his favorite one till now.

He smiled and put it in his badge case and headed back to his hotel room, when he got there and was about to take the day off, he received a call from none other than Yesh.

He was surprised to see his student call him, he picked up the call and answered it.

Julian "Yesh, how are you doing?"

Yesh "I am doing fine, are you in Icirrus city?"

Julian "Yes"

Yesh "Ok, I am also in Icirrus city, I saw what you did near Dragonspiral tower"

He said.

Julian "What did I do?"

Julian asked.

Yesh "You blew up the Team Plasma headquarters, nobody else can pull that off"

Julian "Fiar enough, so why did you call?"

Yesh "I want a battle"

Julian "Are you confident in taking me on?"

He asked with a smile, he is curious to see how much Yesh has truly improved since they separated their ways.

Yesh "I don't know, that is why I need to battle you"

Julian "Ok, then where do you want to meet?"

Yesh "I will send you the location"

Yesh said and ended the call right after that, Julian smiled after noticing that Yesh is still the same as ever, on the point, doesn't like to waste time and or likes to speak anything that doesn't bother with his daily life and is a waste of time.

Julian soon received the location from Yesh, it was quite near to his hotel, a nearby pokemon park, since he has nothing to do he walked out of his room and headed towards this pokemon park.

After a few minutes, he arrived at the spot and looked around to find Yesh, there are a lot of people around, so he has his face covered with a mask and his eyes covered with his new sunglasses, if one looked at Julian he looks like a very suspicious person.

Even though it puts a bad impression on people, it is still better for Julian because people will avoid him.

He looked around and finally found Yesh, he was battling someone in the middle of the park, he was surrounded by a few people as they watched the battle in excitement.

Yesh seems to have a new pokemon by his side, a Krookodile, a very powerful pokemon with the typing of Ground and Dark-type, it is a very powerful physical attacker with good speed to back it up, it also has decent Defense and Special Defense.

He is currently battling a trainer who is using a Sawsbuck, Yesh's opponent tried to finish this battle and called out a Giga Impact to which Yesh's Krookodile moved to the side and used Brick Break right on top of Sawsbuck's neck and knocked it out.

The trainer was shocked by his swift loss and sighed in disappointment, he then sent his pokemon back to its Pokeball and thanked Yesh before leaving.

Julian walked into the battlefield and didn't give Yesh a chance to collect himself before sending out his pokemon for this battle, he sent out his Escavalier for this battle.

Yesh was caught by surprise by this, he didn't expect someone to just walk in and challenge him, he then suddenly realized that this person in front of him is none other than Julian and that is his Escavalier which seems to have evolved.

Julian "This will be a one on one pokemon battle, you can continue with your Krookodile or switch your pokemon"

Julian told him.

Yesh thought about it for a second before finally making the decision, he called his Krookodile back and sent out a new pokemon to the battlefield, Heatmor, a very good choice for this battle.
