As Beartic fell on the ground with a huge crash, Brycen was surprised by this, he didn't hear his opponent call out any move either, it was as if Zweilous made the move all by himself.

Well since it was just a tongue click from Julian, it wasn't much loud but it was enough for Zweilous to hear it, and once he did he knew which move to use, one tongue click is for Crunch and Zweilous used it properly. ​​

Brycen didn't know what happened but he is sure that the battle isn't over, his Beartic won't go down just from a Crunch.

As he expected, his Beartic placed its massive arm on the ground and supported it body up, and stood straight again, letting out a massive roar.

Beartic looks a little pissed after that exchange but now it knows it cannot look down on its opponent even though it is much smaller and weaker than it.

Brycen thought of something, he realized that his Beartic is stronger than his opponent's pokemon but he is too slow to counter on time or land a hit faster than his opponent's pokemon can dodge the attack or block it.

He of course had a way to deal with this disadvantage he has.

Brycen "Use Hail"

Brycen pulled out his trump card, as soon as the command was given Beartic roared and summoned a hailstorm, wind started to blow along with snow and soon the volume of the snow started to increase as the wind started to circle around the stadium.

This created an artificial hailstorm which is summoned by Beartic, as the hailstorm started to move around faster, the soft snow started to feel like bullets to Zweilous due to the speed and impact of the snowflakes.

Zweilous growled as he felt irritated by the constant barrage of snowflakes on his body, even though it doesn't seem much, they are chipping away Zweilous health slowly.

Brycen "Now, let's show them what we got, use Mega Punch"

Beartic moved but this time its speed was fast, very fast, Julian was surprised by this as he didn't expect the big massive pokemon to move so fast, then he realized that is happening.

Julian 'It is due to its ability, Slush Rush, this ability allows a pokemon to move a lot after faster in hailstorms, his Beartic must have this ability'

He thought and he is right.

Beartic's speed is a lot faster now and it quickly closed the distance between it and Zweilous and punched Zweilous, even the speed of its punch has increased a lot.

Julian "Counter with Headbutt"

Since the opponent has gotten so close, there is no way he can dodge this so the best option is to counter, Zweilous's both head moved forward using Headbutt, since two heads are working together the power behind the attack will be more as well.

The Mega Punch and two Headbutt clashed causing an explosion, with its already powerful attack stat and the boost it got from Bulk Up at the beginning, Beartic's attack carries a lot of destructive power in it, Zweilous might now be as strong as Beartic but he can attack with twice the force of any pokemon because he has two heads.

The shockwave caused even more destruction around the area, the shockwave even blew the hailstorm and cleared a small area but the hailstorm came back and covered the area.

The explosion calmed down and both pokemons seems to be fine, but the exchange was won by Beartic, it proved itself to be much stronger with that Bulk Up's assistant.

Julian then suddenly clapped once.

As soon as he clapped Zweilous blasted a powerful Hyper Voice at Beartic, once again Beartic was caught by surprise as two bursts of sound waves struck it and sent it crashing on the ground again and this time the power behind this attack is much more.

Hyper Voice is a very powerful normal-type Special Attack, it may not have any advantage over other typing but it still deals a lot of damage.

Brycen was surprised once again, the same this happened, his opponent's pokemon made a decision on its own, and that too at the right time, Brycen realized that this might become very troublesome.

He needs to know when his opponent is going to make a move so he can come up with a counter, if he cannot, this will continue and his Beartic will go down in defeat.

Brycen "Get up and use Fury Swipes"

Beartic roared and got on its feet once again and charged at Zweilous using Fury Swipes, its speed much faster than before.

Julian "Use Protect"

Julian called for a Protect because he knows he cannot simply avoid this, Zweilous used Protect and protected himself from the barrage of Fury Swipes. Since the swipes were much faster than before, the power behind them is also a lot more.

The Protect couldn't take it for much longer and shattered.

Julian "Use Dragon Pulse"

Julian had already anticipated when the Protect will break so he was ready to counter as soon as the Protect breaks and as soon as it did, Zweilous blasted two powerful Dragon Pulse at point-blank range.

Bryce was also ready for an attack this time as he won't be caught off-guard for the third time, lucky for him Julian announced his attack.

Brycen "Counter with Night Slash"

As the next Fury Swipe was coming towards Zweilous it suddenly changed to Night Slash as dark energy covered Beartic's claws, it slashed at the two Dragon Pulse and destroyed them causing another massive explosion.

Julian didn't wait, he knew that his Zweilous is still conscious inside the smoke cloud and this was the time to take advantage of this and win this battle.

He suddenly let out a soft whistle telling Zweilous to use his final move.

Since Zweilous doesn't rely on his sight, it didn't matter whether he is trapped in a hailstorm or inside a smoke, he can always pinpoint the location of his opponent, and this time it's no different.

He roared and used Head Smash, two heads both used Head Smash at once, a very powerful rock type move which can have a severe backlash on Zweilous because he uses two in one go, meaning the damage he receives from it is double than of a normal pokemon who knows Head Smash.
