Vanilluxe's special energy was over but it still has a bunch of physical moves up its sleeve, Vanilluxe dodged the Dragon Pulse and appeared right in front of Fraxure and landed the Astonish, this caught Fraxure by surprise as he was pushed back and he took minor damage from it.

Seeing his chance Brycen decided to deal a powerful blow now.

Some ice shards and snow were also sent flying as they crashed into the walls of the gym and shattered, once the smoke was cleared both pokemons could be seen on the broken battlefield that is now fully exposed and nothing is covering it.

Vanilluxe doesn't look too damaged, this proved that it has a very strong attack power as well but it was clearly the one that got pushed back, even after using Giga Impact it couldn't defeat Fraxure in pure strength.

Fraxure roared and swung his tail at Vanilluxe who cannot move due to the side effect of using Giga Impact, Brycen was not ready for this, he thought he would at least deal some damage to his opponent after using Giga Impact.

Giga Impact is a very risky but powerful move and not many people try to use it because it can be the last resort for a trainer to pull a comeback, unlike Julian normal trainers can't just make their pokemons spam Giga Impacts and Hyper Beam every time he calls for it.

Brycen used Giga Impact after looking at the risk and reward but his calculation was totally wrong, the opponent he was facing was just too strong, his Fraxure's pure physical strength was ridiculous.

Fraxure landed the Iron Tail which landed very hard on Vanilluxe's body, Vanilluxe was sent flying backward, Julian looked at Vanilluxe and thought it was over.

He was about to call back Fraxure and was a little disappointed that he couldn't evolve even after that but to his surprise, Vanilluxe suddenly rose up and it was clear, it wanted to go on till it couldn't move.

Since Brycen was going all out, Julian decided to do the same hoping it will be that final push.

Vanilluxe let out a battle cry and charged at Fraxure with all the remaining power in its body and this time the energy surrounding its body was even more destructive than before.

Fraxure also roared and charged at Vanilluxe using Giga Impact, the energy around his body pulled releasing mini shock waves in the atmosphere, every step he took would cause a crack on the ground.

Both pokemons charged at each other with full speed and power, wanting to waste not even a little bit of power, both collided at full power, the impact caused a massive explosion, and this time the explosion was not just limited to the gym.

The explosion blew a massive hole through the roof of the gym, since this gym was build under a plateau, it didn't have an open roof and now there is one.

The sound that was created from this was thunderous and the whole city heard it, people in the city got scared and wondered if Team Plasma attacked again.

Back inside the gyms, rubbles started to fall to the ground from the destroyed roof, the smoke cleared and both pokemons could be seen clearly, both seem to be paralyzed on the spot due to the side effect of Giga Impact.

Julian's Fraxure is still not strong enough to just ignore the side effect of a Giga Impact so he has to stay still like this for a few seconds.

Julian was also surprised to see that Vanilluxe was still standing and has not fainted, as he wondered when the battle will start again, his Fraxure twitched and suddenly light emitted through his scales and his whole body started to get devoured by light.

Fraxure was finally evolving, his body grew a lot, his two long side horns on his face started to change as well and they started to shape like axe blades, his lower body grew thick along with his legs and tail.

His height also grew a lot, from 1.3 meters to 2.1 meters in height.

The light soon faded away and a black dragon with red axe horns and claws is revealed.
