Julian Fraxure stayed on the battlefield and waited for his new opponent Vanilluxe to make a move, that previous exchange between him and Cryogonal was very fast and that didn't do anything to push him over his limit.

Brycen started his attack again, he once again stuck to Special Attacks because he wanted to avoid getting hit by those powerful hits in the beginning, once the battle stretches out and his opponent's Fraxure starts to get tired he will try to close in and deal the finishing blow. ​​

Brycen "Vanilluxe, use Ice Beam"

Julian "Counter with Dragon Claw then use Dragon Dance"

Fraxure did as Julian said and spread his claws and gathered a lot of energy in them, as the Ice Beam came towards him, he swiped at it causing shards of ice to fly everywhere, his claws had some ice stuck on them but he blew them up using Dragon Pulse.

He then lifted both his hands up in their air, his tail also pointed up, his head looked up and then he started to dance, well it was not a dance, it was rather Fraxure using his two legs to jump following a rhythm but it worked.

As soon as he finished this dance, suddenly his speed and power increased within his body and he could feel it, the surging power growing inside his body.

Brycen "Once again, Ice Beam"

Brycen wanted to force Julian in a bad spot and Ice Beam was clearly the best option for him, why use any other attack if Ice Beam can do the work for him and if it manages to deal damage, the damage will be high as well.

Julian "Dodge and use Night Slash"

With his increased speed, Fraxure quickly dodged the Ice Beam, since the surface of the battlefield is already shattered completely it isn't providing any kind of hindrance to Fraxure, it's just that his feet feel cold but that is manageable.

After dodging the Ice Beam he charged at Vanilluxe with full speed, with the speed upgrade, his speed is a lot better than before.

Brycen "Move back and use Icy Wind"

Vanilluxe quickly moved back and dodged the Night Slash from Fraxure and used Icy Wind, it blew the cold wind out of its mouth which traveled towards Fraxure trying to freeze him.

Julian "Run, then use Dragon Dance again"

Fraxure quickly changed his direction and ran the other direction from the Icy Wind, once he had enough distance between him and his opponent he did his weird dance again.

After another Dragon Dance, it rose his Attack and Speed even further, Brycen noticed that he cannot just wait and try to tire down his opponent's pokemon, he saw that his opponent's pokemon is just making himself stronger by using Dragon Dance.

Brycen 'I have to think of something else'

He thought and looked around, he noticed that their battle has destroyed the ice on the battlefield which is making it a lot easier for Fraxure to move around.

Brycen "Vanilluxe, use Avalanche"

Since the Ice was not going to do the trick, Brycen decided to cover the battlefield with snow, his Vanilluxe rose up in the air and cried releasing a chilling aura, the surrounding soon started to change as a massive amount of snow started to build up in the air.

The sky got covered with snow and nothing else, Julian saw this and smiled.

Julian "Use Protect"

Knowing it should be near impossible to escape this attack, the best thing to do is to use Protect and Julian made the right call, as soon as Fraxure used Protect, the massive snow avalanche came crashing down on the ground.

It crashed into the battlefield sending dust and smoke all across the gym, the whole battlefield is now covered with snow, and Fraxure is buried under this huge pile of snow, if he had not used Protect, the weight of the snow would have dealt serious damage to him.

Fraxure suddenly got out of the snow and shook his head and spit out some snow from his mouth, the surrounding has become very cold and he doesn't like the current atmosphere, it is too cold for him.

Julian also looked around and saw the massive amount of snow on the battlefield, he was impressed by this decision because this much snow can clearly slow down his Fraxure a lot, even if he reached the peak of his speed after using Dragon Dance.

Julian "Use Dragon Dance"

But Julian didn't stop, he continued to make Fraxure use Dragon Dance and power up his attack and speed again.

Brycen "Ice Beam again"

Vanilluxe shot another powerful Ice Beam at Fraxure and this time no matter how hard he tries, he cannot used his speed to get past the thick snow that is his waist height and his feet are touching the ground.

Julian "Jump up"

Fraxure used all his strength and jumped up high, all that build up power was now put to use, he left a hole behind as the Ice Beam hit the hole and formed some ice inside it.

Fraxure fell on the ice and slid off to the side and stood on the cold snow again.

Brycen "Don't stop, continue using Ice Beam"

Vanilluxe continued blasting Ice Beams, Fraxure used his speed to move around and dodged the Ice Beams, since he is not deep inside the snow he can move around but his speed is still affected.

It was thanks to those Dragon Dance that he could keep up with dodging the Ice Beams, Julian waited because soon the thing he is waiting for would happen, a lot of ice has been formed on top of the snow once again.

Then it happened, what Julian was waiting for, as Vanilluxe went for another Ice Beam only fog came out of its mouth with small ice shards, Vanilluxe ran out of Ice Beams to use, there had to be a limit and after using such a powerful Avalanche, Julian knew Vanilluxe would run out of Ice energy very soon.

Now it has to wait for a while before it can charge up again.
