While Julian walked down the tower, somewhere near the tower underground, a bunch of Team Plasma grunts are gathered around a man who also seems to be a Team Plasma grunt but clearly has more influence, he is clearly the leader here.

Leader Grunt "All of you, go and check out from where that sound came from and be careful to not attract any attention to the headquarters.

He said and sent the grunts to find the source of the sound.
