Julian walked out of the noodle shop and looked around, he needs to find out what these gangs really up to.

From what he heard, the three gangs have divided the city into three parts and each of their headquarters is actually at the edge of the borders, this was quite troublesome. If these headquarters were near to each other, Julian could sweep through them in one go but now he has to handpick every single one of them and find out what they are hiding or protecting. ​ ​

While Julian was thinking about which gang to target first, he didn't realize that some of them were already staring at him and started to approach him.

Julian suddenly noticed a group of people approaching him, he turned around and noticed that it was a group of gang members from the Black Crow gang, Julian decided to walk away as he didn't want to confront these people in front of the noodle shop, Julian started to walk towards the alleyway close by.

Seeing that Julian is trying to escape the black crow gang chased after him to the alleyway, as they took a turn they noticed Julian just standing there.

"Boys, he realized that he cannot run so he gave up, he is at least not an idiot"

The leader of the group said with a smile on his face and then started to walk towards Julian, he got right into Julian's face, when he got close he realized that Julian was quite tall and him being only 5'7 didn't look intimidating at all so he had to get on his toes to meet Julian at eye level.

"Did you really think you could get away, you are new to the city so we will excuse you, give us all your money and we will let you go"

The man said, still trying to be very intimidating.

Julian "No"

"Huh? Are you denying us, do you want us to break your legs?" the leader asked while raising his voice, but no matter what he did, he couldn't intimidate Julian.

Julian "I said I won't give you any money, instead, I want you to take me to your headquarters, I need to check something there"

"Guys, is he an idiot, he doesn't know who is talking to?"

The leader turned around and asked his mates but when he turned around he noticed all of his men were shaking in fear as a black mist was surrounding them. The leader is stunned and turns around looking back at Julian.

"What did you do to them?"

He asked. He is scared and is intelligent enough to know that he messed with someone who he shouldn't have bothered.

Julian "As I said, take me to your headquarters"

The leader was hesitant but still nodded his head, the safety of the headquarters was not as important as his life to him, as he agreed, the black mist went into the ground and disappeared into their shadows, these men looked at their own shadow in fear as they could still feel something watching them that sent chills down their spine.

The regretted targeting Julian but now it was already done, they had no choice but to take Julian to their headquarters, normally no one is allowed around the area of the gang headquarters, anyone who tries to enter will get beaten up very badly by the gangs, the only ones who can enter are the gang members and the person they bring along with them.

Julian 'Well that was easy'

Julian thought as he followed the Black Crow gang members back to their headquarters, the gang members were really scared as they continued to walk forward while Julian followed right behind them, they didn't know why this man wanted to go to their headquarters.

They are very clueless and don't want to get into trouble at all but they knew something big is about to happen and they could still feel something below them, watching them, that black mist gave off an aura that they have never felt before and they don't want to experience it ever again.

Soon the members brought Julian near the headquarter's region, as he walked on the street, Julian noticed that no commoner lived in this part of the city, it was inhabited by members of the Black Crow gang.

He noticed many Black Crow gang members walking around minding their own business. Some of them turned around and looked at Julian and wondered who this person is, wearing a blue jacket and a black mask covering his face, they couldn't figure out the identity of this person, they thought that this person is someone new in the city.

They also noticed that he was following some gang members into the headquarters, they wondered what business this man has and why the other gang members are taking him there.

Soon they arrived right in front of the headquarters, Julian looked at the massive building in front of him, it is a massive skyscraper with black walls and glasses, he looked around and noticed a very old ancient temple right next to the headquarters, Julian knew this was his target.

He also noticed that a lot of gang members stood right in front of the entrance guarding it beside their pokemons, even the pokemons that are standing there are very powerful, they are as strong as a gym leader's ace pokemon.

He carefully looked at the ancient building and noticed the carvings on the wall, these carvings depicted Zekrom as lightning clouds surrounded it.

Julian 'I might be right, the city's names might be related to these pokemons and these gang members are trying there best so that the outside world doesn't know about it, I wonder what this ancient building is hiding'

Julian thought and looked at the gang members in front of him, he noticed that they were very hesitant right now, he could tell that they were having second thoughts, being surrounded by their own members gave them a little confidence and with the presence of their elite members, they thought they will be able to fight back against Julian.
