A new day and Julian woke up from his bed and looked at Crystal who is awake and sitting next to the egg incubator and looking at the egg, swaying its body side to side.

Julia smiled as Crystal will always put a smile on his face no matter where he is and what he is doing, after giving Crystal soon MooMoo milk he went into the bathroom because he knows Crystal gets bored very easily and will cause havoc if he is not on the lookout so giving it something to eat or drink will keep it busy. ​​

He then proceeded to do his normal daily routine before heading out with Crystal and putting the egg incubator back into his pouch, as he is wearing a new set of clothes the public on the street didn't recognize him, this made it a lot easier for him to walk around the city without getting much attention from people.

He decided to visit his friend Kukui and see what he is doing right now, the Rondez-View Ferris wheel is a massive tourist attraction for couples and it is very easy to find, it didn't take Julian long before he got there.

Once he got there he noticed that the Ferris wheel is not the only thing that is there for entertainment and enjoyment of tourist, there were things that single people can enjoy such as shooting and target games, ring and ball games and many more, there were some food stalls around selling many different things and they were surrounded by couples who wanted to eat together.

Julian didn't stand there for much longer because he noticed that most of the people who visit this area are tourists and the ones who are all alone just stand at the corner and mind their own business and stare at women.

Suddenly Julian realized something, he looked exactly like these single men, wearing a mask to cover their faces while looking at couples, he suddenly felt disgusted and ran walked away quickly not wanting to stay there anymore.

Lucky for him no one was staring at him with suspicion, he soon found the lab where Kukui and his team are, during their research on the teleportation device.

As he walked towards the lab entrance, two guards holding guns stopped him in his tracks.

"Sir, please leave, unauthorized personal are not allowed to enter"

The guard said and stopped Julian, they are also showing a little hostility to intimidate Julian so that he would run away and don't bother people inside.

Julian "I am here to meet my friend, Professor Kukui, you should ask him"

Julian informed them, he knows that this is common, they are just doing their jobs by keeping people away from the building and they have to be intimidating because sometimes people don't understand simple language and start to cause a scene.

Julian was as polite as he could be while requesting them to talk to Kukui about him.

The guard looked at him then pressed a button on his earpiece to talk to someone from inside, soon he received a message back from inside.

"I am told that Professor Kukui isn't expecting anyone, please leave and don't cause any trouble"

The guard said, this time he was harsher with his tone, well it was suspicious as Julian's face is covered.

Julian sighed and removed his mask showing his face to the guards.

Julian "It's me, Professor Kukui, is my friend, tell him I am here to see him"

Seeing that it was none other than Julian the two guards panicked as who won't know Julian by now, they quickly informed the staff member inside to ask if Julian is allowed to go inside or not.

Even if it is someone famous, they have to follow protocol and don't allow anyone in, no matter how much power the person holds, Julian just waited for a while before he got his answer.

The guards moved to the side while opening the door for him to walk in, as Julian walked in he saw a woman standing there smiling at him, looks like the whole building knows that Julian is here, this is what he didn't want.

He smiled at her and walked towards her, she bowed her head and introduced herself, she is the receptionist of this lab and is in charge all handling all equipment in the lab, Julian just nodded because he doesn't need to introduce himself.

The woman then escorted him towards the main research lab where most of the professors and scientists are right now. When Julian entered everyone approached him and introduced themselves, it was all normal courtesy to greet each other and all of them wanted to build a good relationship with Julian as he is not only a famous undefeated trainer but also the owner of a massive corporation.

If they are able to get in good terms with him, they believe that Julian might want to invest in their projects and fund it, all scientist always want a private deal with a private player as government funds cannot always be there to help them.

Julian also greeted them with smile as he knew most of the people are are very intelligent people and having a relationship with them can help him and his corporation a lot, it is a "give and take" situation for both parties.

Julian then noticed Kukui and walked towards him.

Julian "How is it going with the machine?"

He asked.

Kukui "Everything is going smooth, we will be able to start construction within a month, we just need to league so sign of a few documents before everything starts"

Kukui said and laughed as he knows this massive project of his will make him very rich which will help him invest in his future research and projects.

Julian "Good, I wanted to see how things were going since the last incident, I hope those Team Plasma people didn't cause any trouble"

Kukui "No, not at all, everything is fine, thanks for the concern though"

Julian "No problem"

As they were talking they suddenly heard an explosion on the upper floor which caused the whole building to shake and many people fell on the ground as they couldn't keep their balance.

Julian "Shit, what just happened?"
