Julian "Why is this person doing research on my pokemons, something is not right, should I confront him?"

Julian 'No what if he triggers something dangerous, I need to be prepared before confronting him'

He thought and tapped his pocket, as he did so, a little head popped out while rubbing its big eyes and looked at Julian.

Julian "Crystal, its time to move"

Hearing him Crystal floated out of his pocket and looked around, it noticed that it is in the sewers and closed its nose with its tiny fingers.

Julian "Change into Ghost-type and keep an eye on the person inside, if he does anything freeze him and don't get noticed"

Hearing his Crystal changed its typing into Ghost and went right through the metal door while keeping its invisibility in check.

When it got past the door, it met with a grinning Gengar which surprised it and it revealed a small squeak which alerted the person inside the room, he turned around and looked at the direction of the door but he found nothing.

He turned back to his computer and continued doing what he was up to.

Julian sighed on the other side of the door and continued to observe the scene inside, he noticed Crystal is already hovering over the man's head and looking at the big screen curiously, Julian just hoped it doesn't do anything stupid and stays still.

He also had to figure out how to get inside, he could be explosive and just barge in, since Crystal is on the watch it will stop the man inside if he tries to do anything stupid.

Or.....Julian had no other option, breaking through such a massive door will not be quiet and there doesn't seem to be any other entrances that will lead him inside.

It is better to stop this man before he does anything stupid and he will also be able to help the people of the city with their power outage situation

Julian "Gengar destroy the wall"

As soon as Julian gave the order he could feel the metal door turning very cold, even the surrounding wall around it went cold as well, then a crack appeared on it and it started into pieces.

This caused an alarm to go off, the man inside got shocked and quickly turned around to see the metal door has shattered, the man backed off and tried to press a button on the switchboard but he suddenly felt his hand being held on the spot.

He tried to move but realized that he couldn't, not even a single part of his body is able to move except his eyes and mouth.

The man panicked, he didn't know who it was but with the ability to hold him like this was not something he can handle.

Soon the man saw the culprit behind this incident, a man in black wearing a black mask over his face.

"You, who are you?"

The young man asked as he saw the man in black.

Julian "I should be the one asking the question, who are you and why are you stealing electricity from the city?"

Julian asked and walked near the captured man, too out a chair from his pouch and sat down, the man looked at Julian, he knew he had to talk or things could go bad.

"My name is Colress"

He said.

Julian "And?"

Colress "I was trying to find a way to bring out more power from pokemons as they hold far greater potential than they display"

He said.

Hearing this Julian looked at the images on him and his pokemons on the screen.

Julian "Why him then?"

Julian said and pointed at his own photo.

Colress "He seems to be the only person capable of bringing out his pokemons true potential, his pokemons are way stronger compared to their species"

Colress said.

Colress is an intelligent man, he knows what to do and what not to do in these kinds of situations if he communicate properly his chances of escaping from here is higher than if he resists, even though it is not guaranteed he has to try.

Julian didn't know what Colress is thinking but he doesn't care, until he gets any information from this Colress then it is ok.

Julian "How are you able to steal so much electricity without being taken down by the league?"

Colress "Probably a hostage situation, it is most likely that some important person is being taken, hostage"

He answered.

Julian "Who were taken hostage and by whom?"

Colress "Who? I don't know, but the ones who took the hostage is Team Plasma"

Julian "So you work for Team Plasma?"

Colress "Yes, I am their lead scientist"

Julian "What is Team Plasma after?"

Colress "Liberating pokemons from their trainers, well that is what everyone has been told, but I really don't believe it"

He said.

Julian "Hmm, then why are you working for them, I thought people like you were loyal to the end to these organizations"

Colress "I am only with them because they pay for my research, since my work is a little unethical to the public's eye I am not funded by the government, scientists like me can only rely on these type of organizations"

Julian nodded his head understanding what Colress is saying, he could tell that Colress is not a bad person but he is not someone that could be trusted either.
