Julian walked inside the massive building and saw many people interacting with each other, most of them were employees talking about work and office rumors.

Julian didn't bother with these people and continued moving forward and joined a group which seems to be going around the company while being introduced to several facilities by a worker, the worker explained everything they saw in detail which impressed the crowd a lot. ​​

As they moved to the next flood they saw two workers battling each other and having fun, one could clearly tell that they were enjoying it and so did their pokemons.

"Excuse me, why does the company only allow people who love pokemon battle to join and not the general public?"

One person in the crowd asked.

Worker/Guide "Our president believes that everything can be achieved through a pokemon battle, everything that the battle company makes is actually based on the studies and readings of pokemon battle, the workers here daily go through pokemon battles and come up with specific ideas that can help a pokemon or trainer improve.

If this idea of the worker is practical it goes through some testing process before that product is made and marketed"

The Worker gave a clear explanation to which the crowd just nodded their head, fascinated by the methods, and it was indeed unique.

Now many companies out there do what the Battle Company does, even Julian was impressed, even if he didn't agree with what the President of the Battle Company thinks, it doesn't matter, everybody is entitled to their own opinions and beliefs.

The tour continued and the worker finally brought them back to the ground floor where all the visitors' rest and entertain themselves, there are multiple food stalls, tables, and TVs for public entertainment.

After the tour, Julian realized that the visitors are only able to access three floors, beyond that is where the real work takes place, where all the research happens.

Being such a massive company that the Battle Company is, Julian wondered what kind of research really does happen here, it is clear that this skyscraper has 55 floors and the visitors can only access the first three floors.

He left the group and walked towards the worker who was guiding them.

Julian "Hey, what's your name again?'

Julian asked.

"Sir, my name is Shin"

Julian "Shin, thank you for that tour"

Shin "You are welcome"

Julian "By the way, can I visit other floors in the building?"

He asked.

Shin "Well for normal visitors it is limited to only three floors but if you are a pokemon trainer, you can battle with the workers on the particular floor to advance forward, the higher the floor, the stronger the workers are"

Shin explained to him what to do if he wants to move forward, listening to Shin Julian realized that this Battle Company was just like a battle tower but here, there is actual work being done.

Julian "Thank you, Shin"

Julian thanked him and made his way towards the 4th's floor, he actually wants to test his Unova team's limit and how far they can go.

He soon arrived in front of the fourth-floor entrance, there seems to be nothing special about it except few workers chatting about something outside the entrance, when they noticed Julian walking towards them, they got excited.

"Are you a trainer, battle me and you will be able to see what goes inside this facility"

One of the workers said excitedly, Julian didn't say much and just nodded his head, the other worker also stepped in and decided to be the referee.

Worker/Referee "This will be a one on one pokemon battle, if the trainer wins he will be able to access the fourth floor and if he looses he will return back to where he came from"

With this being a one one one match, Julian didn't bother much thinking about who to use, he just sent out Darumaka as his first pokemon, Darumaka came out excited blasting fire everywhere, even the workers had to back off a little.

The worker who challenged Julian also sent out his pokemon, a Timburr. Julian carefully looked at this pokemon, this is the first time he has seen on in real life, he also looked at the thick lumber it is carrying with its left arm with the support of its waist.

Seeing this Julian knew that this one is not that strong, he knows that the easier a Timburr can handle its lumber the stronger it is and once it reaches a level where it can handle the lumber effortlessly it is closer to evolve into a Gurdurr.

Julian knew this will be over in one shot so he let the worker make the first move.

Worker "Use Bulk Up then Brick Break"

His Timburr did as he said and charged at Darumaka swinging its lumber at him with its full power.

Julian "Use Flame Wheel"

Darumaka shot out hot flames from his mouth and started to roll, his body got covered with flames and he charged at the Timburr, the Timburr tried to hit Darumaka but he is too fast for it, he easily went right through Timburr's defense and crashed into it.

Sending the Timburr flying and right into its trainer's arms, completely knocked out, seeing this every worker around the area was surprised a little but it was not their first time meeting with a strong trainer, but it is indeed quite rare.
