The Excadrill and its kids who were watching all this from the side were very excited seeing the result, this Gigalith had monopolized the whole spring for itself and if other pokemons wanted to use it, they would have to share their food and resource with this Gigalith and its family.

Excadrill was the only one that didn't do it, it was against this Gigalith's monopoly so it made a home for itself and its kids near the water source and then made a little passage for water to pass through its layer from underground. ​​

Luckily the Gigalith could do nothing about it and left the Excadrill to have its way and it wouldn't risk a battle with the Excadrill who has an advantage over it and also have a lot of underground passage which it could use to fight back against the Gigalith.

For years these two have been on each other's throats, nighter of them had an advantage over the other, while the Gigalith was much stronger, Excadrill had a clear advantage with its due 1/4 times resistance to rock type attacks.

Now its enemy has been taken down by this unknown stranger and his pokemon, even its children were happy to see the big bully get defeated, its family had always harassed them whenever they were out to play on the surface.

They were withered chased away or beaten up by other pokemons that habituated the area around the water source.

They were really happy to see Julian and Victini take care of these bunch of bullies.

While all the pokemon in the area is shocked and worried about Julian's and Victini's presence, Julian is worried about the Roggenrola that he just missed behind, he felt like an idiot, this doesn't happen too much with him, he always does his research whenever he was about to visit a new region but he somehow got confused on how a Roggenrola was different from its shiny.

Julian looked around and found no potential pokemons around the water source, the Roggenrolas that are here are definitely better than the ones he encountered before but they were not as good as the Shiny Roggenrola and now he regrets not catching it early, he could have saved a lot of time.

He turned around to leave when he noticed the Excadrill and its children looking at him.

He had completely ignored them because he was too focused on the Shiny Roggenrola that he missed at the entrance of the cave, he felt like an idiot, this doesn't happen to him usually, he does his research on pokemons before coming to any new region but this species fooled him.

Due to the eye color of the Shiny Roggenrola is the same compared to the crystals on a normal Gigalith he got confused, now he regrets his decision of not charging it when he saw the Roggenrola.

It would have saved him so much time and effort.

Julian shook his head and put that matter to the side, now he is focused on the Excadrill's family, he wants to catch the Drilbur that is in the middle of the group.

He can tell that this one has great potential from before and he won't do the same mistake twice, he will deal with the matter that is right in front of him then try to catch the Roggenrola that he missed before.

He approached the Excadrill's family and crouched down, took out a berry, and gave it to all three Drilburs, the Drilburs didn't even think for a second before grabbing onto the berries and munch on them.

Julian smiled and looked at the Drilbur that is standing in the middle.

When it made eye contact with him Julian asked.

Julian "Do you want to come with me, you can have all kinds of delicious food and maybe become as strong as Victini here"

Julian said and pointed at Victini who is sitting on his shoulder.

But Drilbur doesn't seem to understand what Julian is saying, staying in this cave all its life, without being exposed to the world outside and having zero interaction with a human even once, it might not even know if something like humans exists to this day.

It was common for newborn pokemons to not understand what their human partner are saying but sometimes they might feel what their trainers are saying.

Seeing Drilbur is having a hard time communicating with Julian Victini stepped in started to talk to Excadrill's family.

When they heard Victini the Excadrill got excited while the Drilburs are still wondering what is going on, they don't understand anything about the outside world, what it is like outside, they don't understand the concept of trainers, pokemon battles and how fortunate it is to find a trainer who is good at what they do.

Excadrill can tell that Julian is one of the best, after seeing his Victini battle, it had no question that Julian will be the best trainer for its child, it was even a little envious, it got to this level on its own. If it had a good trainer it could have become even stronger.

The Excadrill then told the Drilbur in the middle to follow Julian and told it that there would be delicious food, it also understood that only one of his children could leave with Julian but it didn't like it.

Excadrill then turned at Victini and told Victini something, Victini then translated what Excadrill told to Julian.

Julian didn't need Victini to understand what the Excadrill said but he has been put in a dilemma right now, the Excadrill wants Julian to take all three of its kids with him.

Julian doesn't want to train three Drilburs, the only option is that he could give them to other good trainers who can take care of them.

Julian then told Excadrill about his plan to which it agreed, Excadrill knows that Julian will not train three pokemons of the same species, it has seen trainer before, it knows that they catch different species and train them.

It could only hope that the other two of his children also find a good trainer for themselves.
