The battle continues as Luxray starts to pressure Trevenant with his agileness, Trevenant is a big heavy pokemon, its attacks are slow and very predictable to a pokemon like Luxray who is very stealthy and nimble and he packs a power punch in every attack he lands.

Julian once again comes across a pokemon he has never seen in real life, he knows that there pokemon are known to swallow people whole and wrap them with clothes and turn them into mummies.

There have also been some cases of death due to Cofagrigus as they didn't let go of the people and pokemon they swallowed up, Julian also knows that these are Defensive pokemons, it has good Special Defense and very high Physical Defense.

Julian decided to continue with Togekiss as she has better Special Attack than Attack.

The battle continues and Brian is able to hold up much better this time, with its powerful Defense but Togekiss attacks are showing signs, Cofagrigus is slowing down and its movements are weak.

After some back and forth Togekiss wins after hitting Cofagrigus with one powerful Mystical Fire.

With this Brian is left with only one pokemon while Julian's Togekiss and Rampardos are tired.

This battle took out a lot from Togekiss, she is nearly exhausted by using multiple moves after moves to just get through Cofagrigus's defense, thanks to her being a flying type she maintained a safe distance from Cofagrigus which couldn't land a powerful hit on Togekiss due to its limitation in its movement.

Now that Brian is on his last pokemon everyone has given up on him winning the battle, it is clear as a day, Brian is no match for Julian.

His win streak has finally come to an end, even though Julian knew that Brian is a lot better than other trainers in this league, he still felt no challenge from Brian.

Julian felt that Ash could give him a better battle than Brian as Ash is very unpredictable when he is in a tough spot.

Brian sends out his last pokemon, an Aegislash, a pokemon that can change its attack and defense powers during the battle.

Julian always wanted to raise an Aegislash when he first saw one on the internet but they cannot be found in Kanto, Hoenn or Sinnoh, they are native to Kalos region and even there they are rare and hard to train.

Julian calls back Togekiss and sends out Victini, as the crowd sees Victini they go wild for their new favorite pokemon, Victini is surprised by the crowd's outburst but it quickly gathers itself and flashes V sighs at everyone happily.

Julian sighs and starts the battle with a normal Flamethrower but Aegislash blocks it by turning into Shield Form and using King's Shield, the Flamethrower has no effect on Aegislash.

Seeing this Julian is impressed.

Julian 'Not even a scratch, even though its a steel type pokemon'

He thought and let Victini assault Aegislash with other fire type moves but it kept using King Shied and deflecting all the attacks, but Aegislash cannot use this move forever, there is a limit to it.

A normal Aegislash can use this move from 7 to 8 times but a well-trained one can use it 10 times in a battle.

A move that guarantees to stop any move for 10 times in a battle is indeed ridiculous, Brian's Aegislash has already used it 6 times and if it continues like this, it's all over.

Julian doesn't know the limit of Aegislash's King Shield but it doesn't matter to him, Aegislash is just a sitting punching bag for his Victini.

As both attacks charge up to their max power, the stadium gets covered by double the layer of protection.

Aegislash's blade vibrates from the sheer force behind it while Victini has a massive blazing hot V on top of its head.

Aegislash shoots at Victini while Victini tosses the massive flaming V at Aegislash, as the clash happens everything goes while from the explosion and the defense mechanism of the stadium gets cracks all over it but it manages to stop the explosion, well Julian helped a little by enforcing it with his Omniforce.

As the battlefield clears up one can see a massive crater in the middle of the stadium, the whole battlefield is wiped out from existence and Aegislash can be seen in the middle of the crater knocked out cold while Victini is on the other side huffing lightly while dust all over its cheeks and body while giving a victory sign to the crowd.

When it comes to a battle between Physical Attack and Special Attack, the winner is always the one that is the stronger one but when both attacks are equally powerful, Special Attack takes the advantage as its user is far away from the explosion.

The same thing happened here, Victini was far away from the explosion and survived the backlash, if it was right in the area of the impact, this battle would have been a double knockout.

This time Julian got luckily in a way.
