Just a few days are left before the Sinnoh League starts, the participants are hyped up and training with their pokemons with all their heart and coming up with their own style of battle so they can win the league and go on to battle the Elite Four and if they defeat all of the Elite Four they will have a chance to claim the title of the Champion after defeating Cynthia.

Today Julian has come to Lake Valour to train his pokemons, today will be another of those mini-competitions that Julian is keeping every month. ​​

Garchomp has come on the top twice in a row after a hard-fought battle against Crystal, they both have faced each other many times during the finals but everything either Garchomp comes out on top or Crystal would just get lucky and land a very powerful move on Garchomp knocking him out.

Today's mini-competition started with Julian's pokemon battling each other, it was a long competition and to everyone's surprise, Crystal didn't make it to the finals as it lost to Victini in the first round itself.

The Victini defeated Lucario, while Garchomp defeated Lucario and they both reached the finals after a long battle between then Garchomp finally came out of the top by landing two powerful Dragon Claws on Victini knocking it out.

During this competition, they had some visitors, Azelf came to watch it as it sat on top of Snorlax stomach with Crystal and ate the candies that Crystal shared with it as they are friends, some wild pokemons living in the forest also came to watch the battle as they cheered on their favorite to win the competition.

Julian just smiled seeing the happy atmosphere around him, its been months since his battle with Giratina and everything has been so peaceful, just like the life he desired.

As he was enjoying the beautiful scenery in front of him, he heard a notification sound inside his head.

System 'Snorlax made a breakthrough, Snorlax's level - 101'

Hearing this Julian got dumbfounded, he quickly turned towards Snorlax and saw him sleeping while he scratched his belly for a second before going back to his original position again.

Julian 'If his friends come to know about this they would get really mad'

Julian thought and smiled awkwardly, he still couldn't understand why Snorlax grows so powerful even though he doesn't train a single bit.

Julian 'System, how did Snorlax make a breakthrough? When it came to Infernape he went into a trance for hours before he finally broke through right?'

System 'Yes, that is the normal process of a pokemon making a breakthrough and breaking the limit of the level 100 cap but Host's Snorlax just brute-forced his way into level 101'

Julian 'How is that even possible?'

System 'Snorlax has been level 100 for a very long time, with all the food he had eaten till now, he just made all that energy rush through his body and completely destroy the limitation of his body without any consciousness during his sleep'

Hearing this explanation he felt that it was total bullshit but Julian knows only his Snorlax could do something so ridiculous like this, while his other pokemons had to work hard and try to figure out the source of their power itself, Snorlax just had to eat and sleep.

The training continued for the Sinnoh team as they tried their hardest to become the best, they are very motivated right now as they need to prove themselves that they are as good as their seniors.

The day that the whole Sinnoh was waiting for is here, today is the day where the flames of Moltres will be placed in a torch and many trainers and important people selected by the league will hold it and run along the Victory road that starts from Sunyshore city.

People from all around the world have come to watch the Sinnoh league, people from the other side of the world are here to see this event as they heard about this trainer who has never been defeated by anyone.

Julian is currently registering himself in the league where he meets Ash and his friends who are very eager to see Ash battle in this league.

Julian looked at Pikachu and noticed that this little mouse is far stronger than ever, he could tell by looking at Ash that he is more mature than ever but he is still a kid in his heart which doesn't take away his annoying factor but Julian doesn't mind it as it is how Ash is.

He wouldn't want something to change just because they are annoying sometimes and Ash is special, he is the hero of this world, this universe will bend their rules so that he will never have to suffer any devastating fate.

After registering in the league Julian decided to see who and all are in this year's Sinnoh league.

If there isn't any challenge it would be very boring.

As he walked out of the registration building he noticed a young man with long grey hair and wearing a large red cape that covered his whole body is looking at him.

The young man walked towards Julian and stood right in front of him.

"Mr. Julian, my name is Tobias and its a pleasure to meet you here today, I will be waiting for you in the finals"

The statement from the man took Julian by surprise.

Julian "So you are confident in reaching the finals huh?"

Tobias "Indeed"

Julian "Good, ok then, Tobias, I will remember you"

Julian said and walked right past Tobias with a smile on his face.

Julian 'Looks like I will have an interesting opponent if he reaches the finals'

He thought and chuckled while Tobias watched Julian walking away into the distance.
