Giratina charges at Julian's group as it uses Shadow Force, its signature move, as soon as Giratina makes its move, Infernape starts to run, he leaps forward by putting all his strength on his legs leaving massive cracks behind him on the ground, he crosses the distance between him and Giratina in a second with his immense speed, most of Julian's Sinnoh team just saw a blur before they finally noticed that Infernape is already airborne and right after they heard an ear-shattering sound as they noticed the ground that was right beneath Infernape has been completely destroyed just by his barefoot.

As Infernape got into the striking range, he jumped leaving behind a web of destruction on the ground, while Infernape used Fire Punch, Giratina used Shadow Force, both of them clashed in mid-air which caused a massive blast, the sound of this blast once again traveled across different cities and villages around Mt. Coronet, Infernape's fist hit right on Giratina's head while the Shadow Force around Giratina struck Infernape's body. ​​

Both of them dealt damage to each other and both of them were sent flying backward, Giratina crashed landed inside the forest crashing down, to protect itself from further damage it suddenly changed from, its slender snake-like body changed as the spikes on its side turned into legs and its six individual tentacle-like wings combined to form just two.

This is Giratina's altered form in which its defense is stronger than its attack, it got back to its feet with no severe damage taken from that exchange.

Infernape is also blasted back towards Julian's group, the Shadow Force was lot powerful than he thought, even though he landed a very powerful attack it didn't reduce the power behind Giratina's attack, the Shadow Force hit him at point-blank range.

Infernape crashed on the ground and rolled back but he sued his speed and agility and got back to his feet, it was clear, Giratina won that exchange.

Giratina used its signature move while Infernape just used a normal move with Iron Fist which increased its power, it was enough to deal with the damage on Giratina but he also got hit bad.

The aura of the shadow lingered around Infernape as it was trying to sap away his strength, this only made Infernape mad, he roared as flames burst out of his body and he completely destroyed the shadow aura around his body that was trying to sap his strength.

Julian saw this and didn't say anything, he needed to know the extent of Giratina's power and Infernape is the perfect candidate, Infernape has an ace with him so even if he is injured it won't be a huge matter as he can go into Omni form and completely heal himself up.

Julian noticed the Giratina had changed its form, it now has just two wings and six legs.

Julian 'System what are the changes in Giratina?'

He asked as he got curious about this new form of Giratina's.

System 'Giratina's Defense and Special Defense has increased while its Attack and Special Attack has decreased'

Infernape nodded and he roared, his second ability blaze started to act up as his firepower increased by a huge margin, he used Flame Charge and rushed towards Giratina with blinding speed, on his way he started to use Agility and increased his speed, even more, now his movements were so fast that even his friends could only see a blur as he left a smoking trail behind him.

Infernape crashed into Giratina and pushed it back but Giratina is still not taking any damage, Giratina got furious and shot a powerful Dragon Pulse but Infernape dodged it easily but the cost of dodging is the destruction of the forest around them.

This is the reason why Julian wants to take this fight to the ocean in the south of Sinnoh.

Julian "Gyarados, use this river and head towards the ocean along with Kabutops and be ready to ambush Giratina"

He gave his instruction to Gyarados and Kabutops, they nodded their head and went towards the southern part of Sinnoh's ocean as this river is connected to it.

He looked at Gengar and Pidgeot as they are the only ones who can fly, well Electivire can fly if he Mega Evolves.

Julian 'I should not hold back now, time to go all out and push Giratina to the southern seas'

He thought and looked at Electivire.

Julian "Electivire time to Mega Evolve"

He said and pulled out his keystone that he always wears around his neck, the light from the keystone flashed as the Mega Stone that is around Electivire arm's started to glow and react to the light coming from the keystone, his body started to react as he grew bigger, the two horns on his head disappeared and a trident shaped like lightning bolts appeared on his forehead, the tail end of his tails split up and turned into lightning bolt shape as well.

His whole body then changed color from bright yellow and black to purple and black.

As he Mega Evolved the surrounding around his changed, lightning storms appeared right above him and an invisible electric field spread all around his making his electric type moves even stronger.

Electivire laughed as he looked at Infernape pushing around Giratina.

His thought right now was, 'Wait for me, I am about to join in the fun as well'

Julian didn't say anything and got on top of Pidgeot and told Gengar to follow behind, for the rest of them, he put them back in their pokeballs and flew up, he needed them for later when he has fully cornered Giratina for good.
