Julian and Cynthia finally arrived at their destination, they are currently standing on a platform which is at a higher than the floor below them, the floor below them is very huge and on that floor are all the Elite Guards being held right now.

They all seem to have given up on their life and waiting for death, their weapons have been taken and even their pokemons have been taken away from them, even though their number is so huge they cannot do anything. ​​

There are also some Elite Agents of the league down their maintaining order.

Julian carefully looked at them, seeing their condition Julian realized that his job has become much easier than he thought, these men have given up on their life and family so even if he shows them a little bit of light they will follow him.

The guards down there are currently regretting their decision. If they had not agreed to follow Cyrus they could have still been with their family, to them their lives mean nothing but family is something different, it is the most important thing in the world to them.

The island that they lived in was like a prison, they had no rights of their own, the only happiness they got was from their family, knowing that they can never meet them ever again they felt really bad and regretted siding with Cyrus.

They don't know what happened to Cyrus but they do know that he lost.

Julian knows that he is very lucky, all these members are well trained in the field and perfect candidates for his Omni Guardians.

Some of the guards who were down looked up as they noticed a few figures above, they saw a middle-aged man, Cynthia and a man in a black mask and very dark long coat.

They didn't know who the man in black mask is but they know Cynthia and the middle-aged man, they had seen the man many times by now as he comes frequently to check on them, they also know the Champion of Sinnoh but they have no idea who this person in the black mask is.

Soon all of the guards realized that someone is looking at them, they felt afraid as they didn't know what this man is up to, they could tell that he is the one making the call as he stood in front while Cynthia and the middle-aged man stood behind him.

They thought that this man is here to give them their final judgment and execute them.

Julian "Why did you all decide to follow Cyrus?"

He asked, his voice is completely different right now, much heavier than his original voice and more mature as well, it makes him sound like a man in his late 20s, the voice was not loud but everyone could clearly hear it, they felt a supreme aura in this voice making them cower in fear as they tensed up.

No one wanted to look the masked man in his eyes, they felt like the man's gaze was seeing through their bodies and into their souls.

Well Julian just used Omniforce to create an imposing and supreme aura around him while changing his voice as well, this helped him put on this act of a very powerful and strict person

All the guards looked at each other and sent one of them forward to answer.

Julian recognized the man who they sent forward, it was the same man he questioned when he went to save the Elite Agents.

"Sir, we were told by Cyrus that he will grant us freedom and help our families escape from that island so we sided with him, we had no idea what he was up to"

The captain said.

Julian "Freedom huh?"

Captain "Yes"

Julian "What if I told you I can give you the freedom you wanted and help your families get out of the island?"

He asked.

Hearing the masked man the captain was stunned along with other guards.

Captain "How can we believe you?"

He asked.

They have already been betrayed once and lied to by Cyrus, they would rather die than become a pawn, some of the guards were against the Captain talking like this to the masked man but they didn't say anything out of fear.

Julian "Because unlike Cyrus, I am not a criminal, with my support even the League won't interfere with your lives, you all will have your own citizenship in Sinnoh and walk around freely on the streets of Sinnoh without being suspected by anyone, you will have a job that will feed your family as well"

He said.

Hearing this the guards down there had the light of hope rekindled in their heart, they looked at the masked man but still were hesitant.

Captain "What do we have to do in exchange?"

He asked.

He knew life is not so kind, there is always something more than one sees and hears.

Julian "You all will be working as my faction members, you all are talented men who are experienced in combat and pokemon training, killing you all will be a waste, work for me and what Cyrus couldn't provide, I will"

He said.

Captain "What is this faction?"

He asked.

He wanted to know what he and his brothers are getting in before making any decision.

Julian "Unlike your previous job you all will be the guardians of public safety, instead of mindless killing you all will do anything to save an innocent's life, your identity during your work will be completely different from your normal life, no one will know about it, not even your family members, for all the sins you all have committed till now, it time for you all to pay for it by doing good and saving lives around the world, you will be the Guardians of Peace"

Julian's words echoed around the room as the Elite Guards down there didn't know what to say, for some reason they felt really great

If what this man in the black mask is saying is true that their life is going to change completely.

Captain "I need to discuss it with my brothers"

He said and walked back to the crown of Guards waiting for him.

Julian didn't say anything and just watched them.

Julian 'Well that was easy'

He thought as he already knows the answer, he smiled slightly, Cynthia caught onto his smile and smiled as well, she knew that Julian was successful.
