Cynthia is focused on this battle and is giving her all, she has the advantage right now because of all the experience she has gathered by being a pokemon trainer for so long and training every day, reaching this level.

Even Julian wouldn't be able to reach such a level without his Omniforce and System backing him up, he is a cheat and he knows it that is why he respects every trainer that has reached the top of this world. ​​

Zoroark looked at the huge ice wall in front of him and backed off, it the Protect hadn't stopped the Ice Beam, he would have been the one frozen on the spot, it wouldn't have caused him a lot of damage but during the time he would have been frozen, Cynthia could have easily exploited him and captured him by luck.

After backing off Zoroark uses Shadow Ball, a powerful big Shadow Ball is shot at the ice wall completely shattering it into pieces, but Zoroark found nothing behind the wall, he had expected Glaceon to be behind it using it as a shield to protect itself but it looks like the Ice wall was just a decoy.

Zoroark noticed his opponent but it was too late, Glaceon was already very close to him.

Cynthia "Icicle Spear"

Glaceon created multiple long and sharp Ice Spears and shot them at Zoroark at point-blank range, Zoroark used his feet and quickly backed off and used Protect, the Ice Spears tried to pierce through the Protect, the first one failed but it left a mark, the barrage continued from the spears, each spear caused the Protect to weaken little by little, soon the Protect broke but the Spears also ended.

Cynthia didn't waste any time and launched another attack at Zoroark.

Cynthia "Ice Beam"

Glaceon blasted a powerful Ice Beam which tore through the air, rushing towards Zoroark with pulsing energy, Zoroark also didn't hold back, it used Dark Pulse to counter, the two attacks collided against each other causing a huge explosion, rocks were sent flying and even a mini avalanche came rushing down Mt. Coronet, luckily it was not targeted towards them or any village nearby.

Julian also covered himself with a layer of Omniforce to protect himself from flying rocks that are capable of causing serious injuries to humans.

The thunderous sound of the attack echoed throughout the mountain for a few seconds before finally calming down, both Zoroark and Glaceon are covered in snow and dirt, they used a lot of power behind their attacks but both of them canceled each other out.

Julian is once again surprised by how strong Glaceon's Special Attack really is.

The battle continued, both Glaceon and Zoroark exchanged moves after moves, dodging and counter-attacking each other moves till both of them were really tired.

Cynthia is really having a hard time taking down this Zoroark, a wild battle shouldn't have lasted this long, but the opponent in front of her is not running away nor backing off, he is determined to stop both Julian and Cynthia in their path.

The battle carried on again, Glaceon shot another Ice Beam at Zoroark, with more destructive power behind it, both Cynthia and Glaceon knew that they have to finish this quick or they will be at a disadvantage, the Zoroark is stronger, faster and has more stamina.

Till now they are able to hold their own against it because of Cynthia's and Glaceon's experience battling and training to this day.

Cynthia "Glaceon, let's go all out, use Blizzard"

This is one of Cynthia's final moves and she has been forced to use it, seeing the incoming attack Zoroark plants its legs on the ground and uses Protect, he cannot afford to use more energy or he will have nothing left to use a counter-attack so Protect is the best option.

Zoroark uses Protect and creates a shield in front of him while Glaceon is charging up its move, the wind started to speed up as Ice around the area has increased significantly, soon the icy wind becomes very aggressive just like a snowstorm, Glaceon uses Blizzard and this Blizzard's target is Zoroark.

The Blizzard blows destroying everything in its path, ice shards shoot at the shield at blinding speed which is further accelerated by the fast winds, the Protect couldn't hold for long before shattering into pieces, Zoroark underestimated Glaceon's attack.

Zoroark gets hit hard by it, sending it flying in the sky, Cynthia sees her chance and quickly throws a Pokeball at Zoroark.

The Pokeball hits Zoroark and captures him inside it.

Cynthia "Glaceon, be on guard! If he gets out, use Last Resort"

She gave the order and watched the Pokeball wiggle, it wiggled once, it wiggled twice, it wiggled once more, Cynthia get excited seeing it wiggle three times but her excitement is over as the Pokeball breaks and Zoroark comes out of the Pokeball, he is weak and on his knees but he doesn't want to give up.

But this has to end, Glaceon uses Last Resort, it charged at Zoroark as white light surrounds its body, Last Resort is a powerful move and it takes a lot out of the user and many don't even teach their pokemon this move as it can be risky during battle.

As Zoroark is currently weak and still going through the effects of the Blizzard he cannot dodge this attack, Glaceon crashes into Zoroark's chest with full power and sends him rolling on the cracked path, Cynthia this time takes out a Great Ball and tosses it at the Zoroark.

The Great Ball hits and captures Zoroark, it wiggles once, twice, three times, and finally gives a beep sound confirming the capture.

Cynthia looks at the Great Ball that is on the ground motionless, she did it, she finally captured Zoroark and she has also improved a lot, she is beyond a Champion level now.

She can take on the Elite Four easily, this hard battle was the perfect way for her to make a breakthrough.
