Once Julian walked in he went straight to the mentioned floor in the message that was sent to him, when he got there he saw Cynthia and the Chief along with few men in different colored cloths, all of them had them are wearing dangerous gears like daggers and guns around their waist.

Cynthia said and professionally greeted Julian, no one in the room knew that this was Julian, not even the Chief, she told the Chief that she would send one of her own men with the squad, the Chief wanted to know the identity of this man but Cynthia didn't tell him.
