Cranidos and Togetic are ready for their battle, Julian also curious about how these two will perform, both are really the worst match up for each other, Cranidos has a weak special defense and Togetic has a weak physical defense.

Whoever gets the best hit will win this battle, it can even get over in just one move. ​​

Julian "Ok let the battle begin"

With Julian's command, the two got started wasting no time.

Cranidos used Ancient Power and sent it hurdling towards Togetic but Togetic countered and shattered the projectiles with Drain Punch.

Togetic then used Sweet Kiss and sent it towards Cranidos, Cranidos moved away and dodged the Sweet Kiss, Cranidos then used Flamethrower at Togetic, Togetic couldn't dodge it this time and got hit by it.

Since Togetic has a high special defense it was able to come out of it with little harm, Togetic then used Psyshock and sent it towards Cranidos, Cranidos moved away but the Psyshock hit the ground and sent the rubles flying everywhere, one of the rubles blinded Cranidos.

Seeing the chance Togetic dived towards Cradinos while using Brick Break to finish this in one move.

But Cranidos snapped out of it and charged towards Togetic using Zen Headbutt.

They both collided and the result is obvious, Cranidos got the upper hand and sent Togetic back flying, and it is time to finish this.

Cranidos saw his chance and used Stone Edge, blue glowing rocks came ripping out of the ground and slammed Togetic from under.

Togetic was once again sent flying and this time higher than usual.

Julian "Ok enough, Cranidos wins"

Julian said and declare the results, he caught the falling Togetic in his hand and as he expected she had been knocked out.

Even though Togetic had a very high special defense it paled in comparison to Cranidos's raw physical power and she is lacking speed which is holding her back from dodging fast and accurate moves.

Julian sighs and gives Togetic a berry, she gets up and looks sad because she lost but Julian gave her her favorite treat and passed her to Infernape so that she can play with Crystal and others.

Julian "Cranidos, you have grown a lot stronger"

Cranidos became happy after being praised by Julian.

Julian looked at Togetic who seems to have calmed down.

Julian 'I think I need to find a Shiny Stone so that Togetic can evolve and be able to use her full potential'

He thought and looked at the remaining two of his pokemon that are left to battle, Gible and Manaphy, the two earliest and most experienced of his Sinnoh pokemons.

They both are equally matched and Julian wants to see who has a better battle instinct.

Manaphy and Gible took their stance, both of them don't have an advantage against the other, Manaphy is a pure water type and Gible is a Dragon/Ground-type, his Dragon type cancels the weakness over the water typing.

Now it all depends on how they use their moves and how they execute their battle strategies.

Julian gets back to the referee position and looks at both of them.

Julian "Are you both ready?"

He asks them and gets a yes from both the side.

Julian "The you may begin"

With that, the battle starts and Gible starts off strong with a Dragon Pulse, seeing the Dragon Pulse heading towards it Manaphy used Ice Beam to counter it.

As the moves collided an explosion took place and shards of ice went everywhere across the battlefield, Gible then charged towards Manaphy as his Claws glowed blue, he is using Dragon Claw as his next move.

Manaphy also charged towards Gible and created a Water Pulse in front of it and started to supply more power to it, this move looks like an Aqua Jet after being executed as Manaphy charges towards Gible like a jet but it isn't, Manaphy cannot seem to earn Aqua Jet so Julian came up with this move.

As they were about to clash, Gible pulled off something out of nowhere, he used Dig and went into the ground and let Manaphy crash on the ground.

Manaphy didn't expect this at all, it couldn't stop itself because it is traveling at a very high speed and it crashed into the ground causing a small crater in it.

Gible them came out of the ground and sent a powerful Dragon Pulse at Manaphy and hit it, Manaphy is sent flying backward with that but it stabilizes itself in air and uses Water Veil and slowly tries to heal itself.

Gible doesn't want to give Manaphy a chance to heal so he sends another Dragon Pulse at Manaphy, Manaphy moves away but the Water Veil gets shattered as the Dragon Pulse was able to grace the side and completely destroy it.

Manaphy has recovered a little and distance itself from Gible by floating high up in the air.

Gible just stands their and hops left and right waiting for Manaphy to make a move, seeing the smug look on Gible's face Manaphy gets annoyed and suddenly creates a gigantic Whirlpool and brings it crashing down on Gible.

Gible sees the gigantic Whirlpool and panics for a second as he has no place to escape but he suddenly realizes that he can dig.

He uses his fast digging and digs deep into the ground, he could feel the water rushing behind him as he digs deeper into the ground, so to escape from the water rushing behind him, he starts to dig up and down, side by side and in a zig-zag pattern, feeling the surface near Gible burst out as the water follows behind him but he didn't expect to be attacked suddenly

Manaphy landed a powerful Water Pulse on Gible and sent him rolling on the wet battlefield.

Manaphy sensed the water following behind Gible as was able to pinpoint where Gible is digging and was able to land that attack when Gible came out.

Even Julian got surprised by how Manaphy pulled that off.

Manaphy now has its chance and blasted an Ice Beam at Gible, Gible got back to its feet and blasted a Fire Blast at the incoming Ice Beam and completely destroyed it, the Fire Blast continued towards Manaphy and hit it but Manaphy wasn't harmed that much due to its resistance.

Julian smiled seeing this.

Julian 'These two are getting serious in their battle by the second, let's see how it goes from now'.
