Julian hears this voice and turns around to see Cynthia once again. ​​

Julian "Yes we meet again"

Julian says.

Cynthia smiles and looks at Infernape who is beside Julian, she is surprised to see the flames on top of Infernape's head, it's blue instead of red and orange like other Infernape she has seen.

Cynthia "Is that your partner"

She asked as she checked out Infernape, she was impressed by how well-groomed and healthy this Infernape is.

Julian "Yes, Infernape is my very first pokemon, he has been with me since day one"

Julian said and patted Infernape's head.

Cynthia smiled and looked at the Shinx in his hand.

Shinx showed his fangs at Cynthia and warned her to back off seeing her trying to approach him.

Cynthia "He is a feisty one isn't he"

Cynthia smiled and somehow managed to calm down Shinx and patted his head.

Cynthia "Why are you here?"

She asked.

Julian "This little guys fried has passed away, we came here to bury him"

Cynthia "Oh, It's sad, losing a friend is always hard"

She said and looked at Shinx with pity.

Julian "Well, let's pray that its soul will be in peace"

Julian said.

Julian "Aren't you afraid of getting caught in public, you know how fans can get"

Julian asked.

Cynthia "Oh, I completely forgot, I came here to look around Amity square, there are many ancient scriptures here which tells the history about the creation trio and many other legendary pokemons"

Julian "I see"

Cynthia "You should come with me, I could use some extra eyes to notice something I cant"

Julian "Well I was going there so I will join you"

He said and followed Cynthia as they walk out of the cemetery and walked towards the main area of the Amity Square, this is the area where all the ancient sculptures are present.

Julian looked around and noticed that these ancient sculptures are very different from the others he has seen, weird sculptures and fascinating old stories.

Julian and Cynthia are busy looking through these scriptures and sculptures that he didn't notice a few people started to stand around them.

It was mostly because of Cynthia, she also is completely immersed in her findings that she didn't notice her fans have already found out about here and soon many are coming here and standing around them.

Soon they arrived in front of a stone henge, this henge seems to have been built by the people of ancient times to look at the stars and constellations in the sky.

Soon the rumor about Cynthia being here in Amity Square was spread all across the city, many didn't believe it but few of them still came and were surprised seeing her, they didn't disturb here because they saw here busy doing something.

Julian also found some interesting theories about many mythical and legendary pokemons here, Sinnoh being the oldest region really had many historical facts and fiction Julian had never heard of.

It even stated about other legendary pokemons that originate from Kanto, Hoenn, Unova, and Kalos.

As Julian was busy looking around he suddenly heard a familiar voice.

He turned around and saw it was none other than Ash and his friends, they seem to have just arrived here after hearing the rumors of Cynthia.

Suddenly another familiar face showed up, it is Paul.

Ash greeted Paul but got himself ignored, Paul then walked towards Cynthia who is still looking at the scriptures.

Paul "So you are the Champion Cynthia, I want to challenge you to a full 6 on 6 battle"

Paul challenged Cynthia in a full 6 on 6 pokemon battle, the people around were shocked hearing Paul, some of them thought he is stupid while some though he is quite brave.

Julian just watched.

Cynthia turned around and looked at Paul.

Cynthia "Are you sure?"

Paul "Yes"

Cynthia "Ok then, I will accept your challenge"

People were surprised by this decision from Cynthia but they are still excited to see the Champion in action, Cynthia is said to be one of the strongest champions, claiming to be even stronger than Lance.

Since it was a 6 on 6 battle people started to anticipate what pokemons Cynthia will use.

Paul decided to start the battle by sending his first pokemon out, he sent his Chimchar.

Cynthia nodded and tossed her Pokeball up in the air and sent out her Garchomp.

Seeing Cynthia's ace pokemon people got excited.

Paul seems to have no reaction and made his first move.

Paul "Chimchar use Fire Spin"

Chimchar sent out a Fire Spin towards Garchomp but it didn't even move from the spot and just stood there, the Fire Spin surrounded Garchomp but it doesn't seem to be effected at all.

Seeing no damage taken by Garchomp Paul made his next move.

Paul "Use Dig"

Chimchar dug into the ground after hearing Paul's command.

Cynthia "Garchomp use Dig as well"

Garchomp used Dig while its body is still covered in flames.

Paul gritted his teeth seeing this.

The next moment Garchomp came out of the ground with Chimchar and sent it flying backward, it crashed on the ground and fainted.

Like this one of Paul's pokemon was down.

Infernape also watched this, he looked at the little Chimchar and sighed, he understood how far the little one has to go before even coming close to his juniors.

Paul "Useless"

He said.

Suddenly he felt an unimaginable pressure go down on him, Paul started to sweat and looked around to see an Infernape staring coldly at him, even Cynthia and her Garchomp felt this powerful pressure.

Cynthia 'Such power'

She thought.

Julian put his hand on top of Infernape and made him calm down.

Julian "He is just a kid, he still has a lot to learn, you should mind them"

Infernape nodded and closed his eyes and ignored Paul.

Paul didn't understand what happened, but for a second he felt fear like none he has ever felt.

Paul 'Who is that man?'

He questioned himself.

Cynthia "Are we going to continue our small battle?"

She asked as she looked at the tense Paul.

He snaps out of it and nods.
