"If you need comforting then say it instead of drowning your sorrows by drinking...,"

"Are you trying to say you would comfort me? Why would you do that when we are nothing to each other? If you are acting this way because you pity me then you can keep your pity...,"

"Jasmine, who is talking about pity here? If you don't want to tell me what is wrong with you then it is fine. You don't have to use these tactics just to drive me away," Jackson said in a stern tone.

"Although we haven't known each other for that long, I admit you are the only person apart from Cat who can read my emotions. I wonder whether you are good at reading others emotions because you are good at concealing emotions," Jasmine said as she leaned on his shoulders.

"Let me stay like this for just a few minutes. The recent events have been so overwhelming to the point that my heart can't seem to contend it but I promise to release you after I have stabilised my emotions," Jasmine said before she dropped the bottle of wine on the table and afterwards closed her eyes.

The two of them stayed like that for a long time.

"Jasmine, it is bad for you to stay in this position for a long time," Jackson said as he turned and peep at her face.

"Your neck is going to hurt badly if you insist on staying in this position. Are you hearing me?" Jackson said as he waved his left hand at her face. He was surprised when he did not receive any reaction from her.

After realising that she was asleep, he gently removed her head from his shoulders and made it so that her head was on his lap.

"Even when she is asleep she looks so beautiful. Since the day I fell in love with that cold beautiful figure in the club, there has been no day she has lost her charms. She had always looked beautiful at every point in time. I wonder when I will get to see her wake up in my arms every day," Jackson said as he teased her eyebrows with his index finger.

"She always acts like one who doesn't have a care in the world but the truth is she is just like every other person out there. They are so many things she cares about. With her personality I am sure she doesn't share her burden with anyone, she shoulders it alone. She made herself so strong that sometimes I get scared of her," Jackson murmured as he traced her nose. He quickly retracts his hand when she made movements. His heart began beating rapidly when he saw her slowly opened her eyes.

"What are you mumbling about?" Jasmine asked as she stares at him. She did not attempt to sit up properly.

"And why did it feel like you were playing with my face? Did you touch me or was I dreaming?" Jasmine questioned as she threw suspicious glances at him.

"What... what are you talking about? I didn't touch you," Jackson lied as he tilted his head sideways to avoid staring at her. He felt like hitting his head against the glass table for not being able to compose himself.

"Really? Then why are you stuttering?" Jasmine asked as she raised her hand and touched his face.

"You look suspicious. Did you take advantage of me while I was sleeping, Ice Prince?" Jasmine asked as she teased his face with her left hand.

"Jasmine, what are you doing?" Jackson asked when her hands moved to his chest. His voice came out shaky.

"I am doing the same thing you did to me. I have been very well-behaved but you took advantage of me...,"

"I didn't," Jackson blurted out as he stares down at the lady who was teasing his chest.

"Then prove that I was wrong," Jasmine said as she stares into his enchanting eyes.

"How should I prove that?" Jackson asked as he stares back at her.

"Kiss me and I will believe you," Jasmine said her lips curling into an evil smirk.

"How is kissing you a way for me to prove that I didn't take advantage of you? If I do that doesn't that mean that you are the one taking advantage of me?" Jackson asked. For some unknown reason, he could not resist staring into her tempting eyes for a little while longer.

"If that is how you think then it can't be helped but know that if you refuse to do as I said, I will tease you until I am satisfied. I will tease you so much that your little brother down there will be in severe pain. Not even the boys will be able to save you so choose wisely," Jasmine said as she instantly pouted her lips as a signal for him to kiss her.

"Didn't you say kissing should never happen between us? And you also said you don't like to be a third wheel or be in a relationship with another woman's man. Why are you going back on your words now?" Jackson asked as he grabbed hold of her hand which has begun creeping southwards.

"When it comes to stuff like this I always go back on my words so don't be surprised and don't worry I will only have sex with you for a few times but we won't be in any relationship...,"

"Jasmine!" Jackson remarked in a scolding manner but his stern voice sounded melodic to the mischievous lady's ears.

"Just do it," Jasmine ordered before wrapped her free hand around his neck and pull him closer.

"I love the savoury taste of your lips. They are not only irresistible but very addicting. After having a bite of it yesterday, I can't seem to stay away from it," Jasmine said these words while looking into his eyes. Jackson whose grip has loosened around her hand caused his luck when her hand began teasing his nipples under his shirt.
