"Big sister I have a remedy for your problem. You both should just go on a trip. I am sure that your relationship will be good as new if you make him happy on this trip," Jasmine quickly break off the awkward silence with her elated voice.

"I know it is good to be a hardworking boss who sets an example for her employees but you know that overdoing this is equally bad right? While working your ass off for the company, you are also neglecting your marriage and this adds more strain to your relationship with your husband. Lizzy, always try to spare him a bit of your time especially during weekends, I am sure your relationship will improve a lot when you do this," Jasmine said without realising that their supposed reunion has turned into a classroom where she was the lecturer while Elizabeth was the student.

"But...,"

"If you are afraid that Father won't approve your vacation then you don't have to worry. I am sure that he needs a grandchild too, he will definitely agree if he learns that you want to boost your relationship with Alfred using the trip. But peradventure he disagrees, then tell me, even though he beats me to a pulp I will make sure he agrees," Jasmine said confidently.

"Dad is not the problem...,"

"If father is not the problem then are you worried that Alfred will not agree to go on a trip with you?" Jasmine confirmed her fears.

"Lizzy, you are a lady use your beauty and all your natural assets to your advantage. And believe me, your husband wants your marriage to work more than you do but if you are still too scared to tell him about the trip then leave it to me. I will tell him about it...,"

"I will try my best to settle things with him but promise me you will come along with us on the trip," Elizabeth said firmly as she waited for Jasmine's reply.

"But this trip is supposed to be for the two of you...,"

"You are the one he is comfortable with. I am certain with you around the tension won't be there so just promise me you will come too," Elizabeth insisted.

Apart from bonding with her husband, she also needs to bond with her sister whom she has just reconciled with. This is her little way of strengthening her marriage and her relationship with her sister at the same time.

"Ok, I will come as long as you can convince him," Jasmine finally said the words Elizabeth wanted to hear. The siblings continue talking for a long time. Elizabeth had plans to go back to the office after lunch but since they both lost track of time she and ended up spending two extra hours in the cafe.

Elizabeth and Jasmine left the cafe after paying their bills. Outside the cafe, Jasmine escorted Elizabeth to her car.

"Jasmine, I know you are the little troublemaker of the house but try not to cause major problems and also whenever you feel the need to cause trouble always think about your reputation first. You are the daughter from a conglomerate family...,"

"My reputation is already bad and I don't intend to change it so stop worrying about me," Jasmine knowing too well what she was gonna say interrupted her.

"Take care of yourself. Don't forget to bewitched him tonight. If your plan doesn't work then resort to using alcohol. I am sure you will be surprised to find him in your warm embrace if you do that," Jasmine said as she winked naughtily at him.

"Jasmine, you are too shameless. Your husband will surely suffer in your hands," Elizabeth said smiling before she entered her car. Jasmine walked over to the car Jackson was sitting waiting for her.

"How was your meeting? Did she nag you a lot?" Jackson asked as he turned and stare at her after she had closed the door.

"Nag me? Of course not?" Jasmine said beaming.

"Ice Prince, can you believe that after so many years, my sister and I have reconciled. You don't know how long I have been longing for this day," Jasmine said. She could not stop smiling.

"Why are you so happy to reconcile with her when she has been so mean to you all these years? And why are you easily forgiving when it comes to your sister? Are you not afraid that she might abuse your kindness? And have you ever considered that she might just be pretending?" Jackson who was annoyed by the fact that Jasmine easily forgave her sister who had been nothing but hostile to her asked coldly. His harsh tone dampened Jasmine's excited mood.

"Didn't you just say that she is my sister? I can be mean to every other person but the fact that she is my sister makes the difference," Jasmine said in a serious tone.

"And she was never mean to me because she wanted to, but because at a tender age she was being pressurised. Ice Prince, you can't imagine what she had to go through because she was the eldest daughter and the heiress of Avans Group," Jasmine replied in a firm tone.

"After my birth, the doctors confirmed my mum incapable of giving birth ever again. The hope of getting an heir was long lost at my birth and as a result, all expectations were put on her. She was drilled mentally and physically. We were both trained like warlords. I might make mistakes and go scot-free, but that wasn't the case for her.....," Jasmine trailed.

"Any slight mistake made by her will result in heavy punishments. She sometimes gets punished for my mistakes. My birth and the fact that I was a born genius brought so many pains into her once-happy life instead of blessings and this sole reason ruined our once perfect relationship.....,"

"But that wasn't your fault," Jackson interrupted her sharply.
