"Sure," Jasmine replied as she watched him voluntarily walked into the den of lions. Even though the four guys without a weapon were fighting against a fifteen-men gang who all had daggers with them, they were not at a disadvantage. They fought professionally as they have been taught since childhood.

Young masters of prominent families were taught how to fight since childhood in case they encounter any danger that is why she was not shocked to see that apart from Kai who was a soldier, the others also knew how to fight. Jasmine watched as the gang member fall one after the other. She was so thrilled to see that the guys were winning.

"Guys crushed them all," Jasmine shouted in excitement.

On seeing that the four men paid less attention to the ladies since they were too busy trying to defeat his men, the guy with the crooked nose which happens to be the leader of the gang decided to go after the ladies. It was at this bad timing that Carmella reached where the ladies were standing. Jasmine who had seen that everything was under control shifted her attention to Carmella not knowing that danger was looping around.

"Damn it!" Jackson ho turned around to check whether the ladies were alright cursed loudly when he saw he saw the gang leader who had a dagger in his hand approach where the ladies were standing. From the leader's action, he could see that his target was Jasmine.

Seeing that the woman he loves was in danger Jackson whose mind was occupied with only thoughts of how to save her ran towards them. He ran in a way even the Olympic medalist wouldn't have outshined him.

When he got to where they stood the gang leader had already lowered his raised dagger. Jasmine who just turned around when she felt someone's body brushed against her back was shocked to the marrow at the sight her eyes met. For a minute she was too stupified.

Catherine who also turned around was stunned when she saw Jackson holding onto the dagger that was aimed at Jasmine with his bare hands. She reacted by punching the guy hard on his chest. As a result of her punch, the guy moved a few steps backwards leaving the dagger stuck in between Jackson's hands. She then charged forward and attack the man. It was doing the process of beating the man up that the three guys who had just finished defeating the gang members turned around to see what was happening. They also met a scene they had never expected to see.

"Hey, are you crazy?" were the first words that came out of Jasmine's mouth.

"I have been crazy for you and about you for a long time now but you just didn't realise it," these are the exact words he wanted to say to her but he dare not utter them.

"Are you nuts? Or are you sick of using your hands? Do you think your hands are made of steel that you could just grab a dagger without getting hurt?" Jasmine scolded as she turned him around. She afterwards let him slowly loosen his hands around the bloodstained dagger before she gently removed the dagger stained with his blood.

"Jasmine, you don't have to put on that worried expression because I am alright," Jackson said as he puts on a smile despite that his palms were bleeding severely.

"But Jackson, your palms are bleeding," Jasmine said.

"I am fine; it's just a scratch," Jackson replied. He then looked at Jasmine with a stern expression. "But why are you so worried? You are the one who said to me that accidents do happen."

"But it's you, Jackson!" Jasmine said as her hands trembled. "You got injured just to save me!"

"It was nothing, really," Jackson replied as he looked at Catherine who was standing with her jaws dropped.

"You are such a weird guy. I have never seen a person as stupid as you," Jasmine quickly changed back to her normal self.

"Hey guys, what are you standing there staring at? Won't you come to help me so I can take him to the hospital," Jasmine shouted angrily when she realised how Jeff and Steve were staring at them from afar?

"Jasmine you don't have to follow him, his friends can take care of him just fine...,"

"But he got injured for my sake so it is only right I take care of him," Jasmine cut Catherine short sternly before she turned to face the guys.

"What a pretentious b*tch," Carmella who was annoyed with the way Jasmine was acting blurted out.

"What did you just say?" Jasmine asked fiercely as she shot the lady standing beside her a murderous glance.

"Repeat what you have just said if you are gutsy enough," Jasmine said as she let go of Jackson's injured hand. She turned to face Carmella fully. From the expression on her face, they could see that Jasmine was ready to break her teeth.

"Jasmine, just ignore her. Jack needs you more right now," Steve who just reached where they stood said on seeing that Jasmine might beat the hell out of Carmella if she was not appeased.

"Fine, I will ignore her since taking Ice Prince to the hospital is more urgent," Jasmine said as she threw Carmella a murderous glance before she turned back to face Jackson whose hands were still bleeding seriously.

"Let's take you to the hospital," Jasmine said as she wraps her right hand around his shoulder. Jackson turned and look at her in surprise seeing how gentle she was treating him. Since he has met her he can vow that he has never seen her treat anyone so gently.

All she has ever done was try to seduce him, he has never experienced how awesome it feels to see this gentle side of hers.

"Jasmine, there is no need for that. You can go home as you had planned, this is just a scratch. The guys and I can take care of this," Jackson said but his words earned a fierce glance from Jasmine.
