Jasmine thought as she quickly tried to come with lies to cover up her tracks. Catherine who didn't know what they were talking about just stare at Jasmine who seems to be having a hard time coming up with lies to convince them.

"She just got paid for the modelling she did earlier so I guess that is why she can afford to treat you guys to dinner," Catherine quickly said when she saw the way the guys were staring at Jasmine.

"Yeah, Cat is right. I just got paid so I have money to buy you guys a meal," Jasmine said smiling. Her smile felt so awkward.

"How much do they pay models that you can afford such an expensive meal...,"

Goddamn it! Why won't this fool just keep quiet? He is trying to ruin me tonight.

Jasmine thought as she glared daggers at Jeff who just finished talking. She felt like stuffing his mouth with paper to stop him from spewing nonsense.

"My friend works in a very famous company, she can lend me money if mine is not enough so you don't have to worry about me," Jasmine said. The tone of her voice shows that she was angry.

"JK, can we go to the club today, I mean the night is still very early to go back to our hotel room," Jeff said softly.

"Yeah, I also think so. We have been working all day so why don't we chill," Steve supported. Jackson turned to face Jasmine to see whether she agreed with them.

"Sorry guys but I won't join you guys. I am exhausted from having to change clothes fifty times today. I am afraid I might collapse if I follow you guys to the club," Jasmine said to the disappointment of the two guys who were looking forward to going to the club. They knew that there was no way Jackson will agree to go to the club when Jasmine said she wasn't going.

"Nevertheless, you guys can go with my best friend. She has been following me all day so I am sure she must be very bored. You guys will do me the favour of protecting her right?" Jasmine asked as she stares at their faces for answers.

"Jasmine, don't try to push me away because I am not leaving your side. I will stay with you and keep you company so don't even think of telling me to leave your side," Catherine said unwaveringly.

"But I insist you go with them. I am not sick so why are you worried about me?" Jasmine asked seriously.

"I still want to be with you...,"

"Cat, I feel guilty about making you follow me the entire day so will you just do me this favour and go have fun with them. Please...," Jasmine insisted.

"Let's go pay the bills," Jackson said when he saw they were still gonna drag the issue. Jasmine and Jackson went to pay the bills while the others waited for them outside near their car. After they finished paying the bill they went to join the others outside. Catherine and the guys stare at Jasmine sitting inside the car staring at them.

"Make sure you have tons of fun. Forget about me and have a blast ok?" Jasmine said smiling at them.

"Ok, we will protect your best friend too," Steve assured. The smiling Jasmine signals them to get going. She stares at them as they walked over to their car. Just when she wanted to tell the driver to get going she felt someone the presence of someone standing outside the door.

"What the heck are you doing...," before Jasmine could finish asking questions Jackson standing by the door opened the door of the car and entered the car.

"What do you think you are doing? Weren't you going to the club with them?" Jasmine asked curiously after Jackson closed the door of the car.

"You can getting now," Jackson ordered the driver who ignited the car almost immediately. Jasmine stares at Jackson who was deliberately ignoring her. Her piercing glance directed at his handsome face made Jackson's heart pound hard. Although he didn't let it show he was so scared that she might hear his heartbeat if she draws closer to him.

"I have said I am sorry earlier so why are you still mad at me? Are you going to keep on ignoring me because of how I pranked you with the swimming pool incident?" Jasmine asked as she brought her face closer to his face.

"Even when I am usually at the wrong I don't apologize but I apologised this time around so why are you still proving stubborn? If you want to ignore me you don't have to use the incident of the swimming pool you know that right?" Jasmine asked as she stares at his well-sculptured jawline.

"It's ok if you won't talk to me but at least let me lean on your shoulders. I feel so exhausted so you can be rest assured that I won't tease you today," Jasmine said as she put her head on his shoulders before he could utter a word. Jackson continues to ignore Jasmine but he became worried when she did not utter a word in five minutes. He thought she was upset with him that he was ignoring her.

"Actually, I am not angry at you for pulling such a prank on me but I am mad at myself for not being able to make you fall in love with me. After spending so much time with you doing things you liked I thought you would at least developed some feelings for me but your action today proves that I was very wrong. It was just my wishful thinking that you like me the slightest bit. You wouldn't have used your life to prank me if you liked me, am I right Jasmine?" Jackson asked as he slowly turned to stare at her.
