"Flirting?" Jasmine scoffed.

"If I wanted to actually flirt with him, I am a hundred per cent certain that he wouldn't have been able to stand on his feet. He would have been on his knees begging me to relieve his little thing," Jasmine said shamelessly. Steve and Jeff tried their best to suppress their laughter on hearing Jasmine's words. They knew that Jackson will murder the two of them coldbloodedly if they dare to laugh at him in front of his soon-to-be woman.

"Are you sure about that?" Jeff asked. He stole a secret glance at Jackson to see his expression. Seeing his sour expression he almost burst out laughing had he not muster up all his strength to suppress it.

"I mean JK is the famous Ice Prince, the ladies gave him this title because of his cold and domineering aura. Many ladies have tried seducing him in the past but he never budges and because of this, some even thought he was impotent so I am certain he wouldn't be easily hard down there like you said," Jeff said. Out of fear of what Jackson might do he took three steps backwards. He was so damn ready to take to his heels if Jackson attempts anything.

Steve chuckled when he heard Jeff's bold words. He knew he was deliberately saying that because of how Jackson went to the bar's restroom to soothe his little thing after Jasmine dealt with him on their first meeting.

"You want to have a taste of how good I am? I guarantee you that you won't even recall how you will finish getting stripped to the last piece of clothing after I am done with you," Jasmine said confidently.

"No thanks, but you can try it out on JK if you are looking for a lab rat. He is really good at stuff like that if you may know," Jeff said before he hurried away.

That naughty friend of mind is really sick of living. I can't believe he would say that in the presence of Jack.

Steve thought as he stares at Jeff's departing back. He turned to face them after Jeff was out of sight.

"Jasmine, I will leave you and Jack alone now. I am sure you both have a lot of catching up to do," Steve said before he walked away to give them privacy.

Jasmine turned to face Jackson after the two nuisance have both left.

"Are you mad at me because of what I said earlier?" Jasmine asked when Jackson avoided staring at her.

"I only said those words because he provoked me, I didn't mean them so let's continue from where we stopped earlier," Jasmine said as she raised her hand to touch his face but Jackson walked away before her hands could touch him.

Is he perhaps jealous or just furious that Jeff was making fun of him?

Jasmine thought as she stares at his departing back. Since her job at the moment was done, she made no attempt of chasing him.

Inside Jeff's room, Steve who just entered the room sat on a couch opposite the one Jeff was sitting.

"Jeff, what was that about earlier on the beach? I thought you have always known when to act serious and when to play so why did you say those words in front of Jasmine? Do you know how furious your words made Jack?" Steve challenged seriously.

"Didn't we agree to help him...,"

"And that is exactly what I am doing," Jeff said taking his eyes off his cellphone for the first time since Steve set foot into his room.

"What do you mean by that?" Steve asked curiously.

"I was trying to tell Jasmine the kind of person she is trying to go against. We all know that JK can't control his feelings for her when she starts touching him all over so I was trying to boost his image in front of her," Jeff explained in a serious tone.

"I am sure that if she had thought that JK was interested in her, she will doubt that right now and this will push her into wanting to seduce him at all cost. I am giving JK the opportunity to get to see her every day so what is wrong with that?" Jeff asked. He sounded a bit offended.

"She meeting JK regularly will allow him to execute each of his plans so was it wrong for me to want to help my best buddy? As much as you want him to be happy so do l," Jeff said as he resumed playing with his phone.

So he was only trying to help? That means we have both offended him.

Steve thought as he stares at Jeff who was playing with his phone again.

"Jeff, I know you love Jack just as much as I love him. We both want him to be happy, I shouldn't have doubted your intentions back then," Steve said soberly. He stares at Jeff apologetically.
