"Jasmine, thank you so much for the opportunity. Although you spoke to me harshly yesterday I have always known that you love me deeply within. I will cherish this heartfelt message you sent me and I have chosen the venue for our date just like you asked me to do. I can't wait to see your beautiful face tonight," Jasmine frowned after she finished reading the message. She raised her gaze to see who sent her such bullshit early in the morning.

"Doesn't he have something better to do instead of making me so furious early in the morning and what nonsense heartfelt message did I send him to make him say those bullshit to me?" Jasmine said as she scrolls up to see what message she sent to him.

"What! When did I send him this message?" Jasmine said with a mixture of anger and surprise. She quickly tried to recall what happened the previous night. She gritted her teeth in anger when she recalls that she wasn't the one who sent the message but Catherine.

"How could Catherine be so cruel to do this to me? If she wanted to make him feel good she would have said something else instead of calling me his future family and saying such nonsense like he and I are compatible. What is so compatible with me and that playboy?" Jasmine said as she stares at the message for the second time. She was too furious to want to read the message again.

"And she even dares to send him a heart?" Jasmine said in annoyance as she stares at the big heart shape Catherine sent to Mike last night when they were drunk.

"After what she did how am I gonna face him? I am sure he is gonna keep referring to this message she sent. What is more annoying is that I wasn't the one who did it," Jasmine said as she threw the phone violently on the glass table. The sound made Catherine peeped through the glass walls to see what was the problem. She became confused when she saw Jasmine direct a murderous glare at her.

"What is wrong with her? Why did she stare at me like that?" Catherine thought in confusion before she turned and face her desk. Jasmine wanted to message the guy back but she changed her mind after some minutes of thinking.

"Why waste my time messaging him back when I can use this opportunity to cut off all connections with him?" Jasmine said smirking devilishly before she focuses her attention on her work.

After she finished going through all the files on her table, she and Catherine went out to a meeting. She had three minutes at three different venues, although she was very tired after the meeting she still manages to smile because all the investors for the new game her company was developing promised to pull in all their money.

"Boss, do you still have to go to the club to meet Mr Mike when you are this tired? I mean you can reschedule your appointment with him. I am sure he will not make a fuss out of this," Catherine sitting beside Jasmine in the moving car suggested.

"I can manage just fine. Moreover, I don't want to have anything to do with him so I must meet him today. If he fails my test which I am sure he will fail, he and I will no longer have any connection or whatsoever," Jasmine said weakly as she signalled her driver to pull over.

"Get down, I will call you when I am done," Jasmine said. Knowing what she meant by that the driver stepped down from the car and move some distance away from the car.

"Do you have to test him too? I mean you can just politely tell him that you don't like him instead of putting yourself through this stress," Catherine suggested in a meek tone. She made sure she did not overdo it so that Jasmine will not get upset.

"Do you have to ask that question? You know this is the only way I know how to put them in their places. They will all glue to me like gum if I don't do this so I must meet him today," Jasmine said as she started removing her clothes.

"Ok, I won't try to persuade you anymore. Just protect yourself well, I will never forgive you if you let yourself get hurt got it?" Catherine asked in a serious tone.

"Only a few men in this City can defeat me in times of martial arts and nobody except you knows that I know how to fight so be rest assured that I won't let any stupid man lay a finger on me," Jasmine said with pride as she pulls out a red dress from a shopping bag and gently put it on.

"You...,"

"Stop being naggy like an old granny and just help me with this damn dress," Jasmine struggling with putting on the dress asked for Catherine's help.

Jasmine changed her makeup to a dark one and ruffle the hair a bit.

"This is just perfect," Jasmine said smiling at herself in the mirror when she finally achieved the look she had aimed for.

"Aren't you afraid that you are gonna blow all the men in the club off their foot if you dressed this way?" Catherine asked staring at the smiling Jasmine.

"That is exactly what I want," Jasmine replied as she wound down the car's window. After calling the driver she turned to face Stephanie.

"Pass me that mask," Jasmine said. Catherine instantly handed the golden coloured mask lying beside her to Jasmine. Seeing that her boss was fully set, the driver zoomed off.

The driver stopped in front of a building boldly written the Playboy's club.

"Do you need me to accompany you in there?" Catherine asked the moment Jasmine got prepared to step out of the car.

"You want to follow me dressed like that?" Jasmine asked staring at the lady wearing a white suit. Catherine's hair was tied into a ponytail.
