"I really wish he won't bring up another scheme to force me into working in the family's company again. I won't be able to stay sane if he tries something again," Jasmine said as she closed her eyes. She stayed like that for over ten minutes. Her maids later assisted the both of them to Jasmine bedroom.

Jasmine woke up the next with a very terrible headache. For a few minutes, she felt so dizzy. Because of the dizziness, her vision wasn't clear. After her vision became clearer she was surprised to see Catherine lying on her bed.

"Didn't Catherine go back last night so why is she here on my bed? Did I perhaps remember what happened last night wrongly?" Jasmine thought aloud as she turned to face the side table.

"Goddamn it! I am late for work?" Jasmine remarked the moment her eyes met the clock on the side table. At first, she wanted to hurry into the bathroom but she turned to first wake the sleeping Catherine up.

"Catherine, wake up. We are late for work," Jasmine said as she hits Catherine gently. Catherine only changed her sleeping position but did not wake up. She called her for the second time but Catherine did not budge. She vowed to abandon her there if she did not wake up on her third calling.

"Catherine, wake up. I am gonna leave you here if you don't wake up right now," Jasmine threatened loudly. Catherine slowly opened her eyes when she heard her boss threat. She held her aching head as she sat up on the bed.

"You can sit here all day or use the guestroom bathroom but as for me I am gonna freshen up so I can leave for work as soon as possible," Jasmine said as she dragged herself towards the bathroom. Catherine who wasn't very sober just sat there. The moment her eyes met the clock on the side table her once-sleepy eyes opened clearly.

"Goddamn it, she should have told me that we were almost late for work," Catherine said as she hurried out of bed. She did not care about her aching head. She just rushed to the guestroom so she could get ready before her boss finishes.

The two ladies miraculously got ready at the same time. After confirming that they were good to go, they both hurried downstairs.

"Boss, breakfast is ready," the maid announced the moment Jasmine and Catherine reached the sitting room.

"Have you seen me ever have breakfast in the Mansion? No right?" Jasmine asked.

"So do whatever you want with it, I don't care," Jasmine said as she hurried away.

"What are you still waiting for Catherine, let's go," Jasmine who was now at the entrance said before she walked out of the Mansion.

Jasmine driver drives crazily according to his boss orders. The journey that should have taken thirty minutes only took twelve minutes because of too much speeding. The moment the car stopped, Jasmine hurried away leaving Catherine inside the car.

Jasmine who normally arrives two hours before office hours begins reaches the office at the exact minutes work supposed to start. Her employees who have never seen her late to work were all surprised to see her at the office at that time. They all wondered what made their usual punctual boss arrived at work at that time. No matter curious they were they all dare not utter a word to her hearings. They all kept their curiosity to themselves and continue with their various works.

The instant Jasmine sat on her executive seat to get ready for the day's work, her phone beeped. Thinking that it might be something important she checked the message instantly.
