The moment they walk through the door the view before them was different from what they have seen in the previous room. Here the whole place looks befitting of being a place which has gone old due to the passage of time since the whole place looks so messy like there has been a heavy battle in the past.

" looks can be deceiving, when being in the previous room I actually thought someone was actually leaving in here, who would have known that the place is actually like this," said jenny.

" This place seen to belong to a clan in the ancient time and by the look of the surrounding, they were in a serious battle" commented Ellis.

" So does that mean there is no treasure in this place," asked Ray while looking around the place.

" We can't be sure yet unless we check the whole place" replied jenny as she leads the way.

Following the jenny from behind the group walk past some skeleton and blades laying on the ground, shaking their head as they walk past the bodies. After walking past some skeletons with their weapons in their hand, Ray stops walking and forcefully pulled a blade out of the grip of one of the skeletons as he tried to wield it only for him to be disappointed as the blade turn to dust the moment he took it.

" Even the weapons here are not even worth any value," said Ray in disappointment.

" What did you expect, they have been here for so long with no way of refinery them so they will only end up being useless" replied Ellis to Ray's words.

" it is even surprising that they have not even turned to dust after so long," said Jenny as she continues to walk forward.

" The reason why they are still around after so long must be due to their grades I believe" replied Ellis.

" you seem to know a lot for a young clan master Ellis," said Jenny with a smile.

" other than training and going out for a drink, I usually spend most of my time immense in learning more" replies Ellis as he laughs awkwardly as they continue with the walk.

" no wonder your realm is so low, instead of you focusing on your training you indulge in ready, what an excuse of a man you are Ellis," said jenny.

" What is the need of training oneself if you are as dumb as an animal" replied Ellis.

" before you two continue with your argument, can you take a look at that light in the distance," said Ray as he cut them off.

Turning to look at the light that Ray was talking about, they both turned to look at each other before rushing forward while leaving Ray behind.

" How can you two just leave me behind without any when I am the one that saw it first, what a crude world this is," said Ray with a sigh.

After the group got to where the light was coming from, they came to a halt as they just stood there while looking at what is generating the light. Catching up to them, Ray was shocked to see them standing while doing nothing, and out of curiosity, he asked.

" Why are you two stopping, is there no treasure in here"

Instead of replying to his question, Ellis just pointed at the wall in front of them. Looking at the rough doing that was drawn on the wall, Ray was confused as well.

" Is this what has been glowing from afar, an ordinary wall?" said Ray as he looked at the wall.

" that is not an ordinary wall you fool, can't you see it's glowing," asked Jenny.

" yeah I did, someone might have fixed a light source here " replied Ray.

" goddamn, how did I get to know this brainless animal," said Jenny as she gave up on arguing with Ray.

Going close to the wall to get a closer look at it, Ellis was completely focused on knowing what it was, seeing Ellis like this really help lighten her mood as she went to join him.

" So were you able to figure anything out of the drawings," asked Jenny.

" This drawing is trying to tell us something, like this drawing, it looks like it is dripping something on that bowl" replied Ellis as he pointed at a figure on the wall.

" wait Ellis, don't you think that what the figure is dripping on the bowl is actually blood, like how we register to be a hunter," said Ray.

" Hmm, now that you mention it, it kind of looks like it" commented Ellis as he massages his cheek.

" and here shows the drawing of a figure confronting a beast," said Jenny as she pointed at another drawing.

" and here shows the drawing of a figure holding something" added Ray as he walks to the side where this drawing is.

" This whole thing just looks like some kind of test," said Ellis.

" only if we knew what all the words that are written under the drawing were, things would have been a lot more easy and understandable in undertaking what do ever the test is" added jenny.

" Unfortunately for us, we don't understand the ancient word and there is still a problem with this test since we don't know if it is still functioning" replied Ellis with a sigh.

" There is no way we are going to know for sure if we don't give it a try," said Ray.

" you are right on that one but trial are we going to be given" asked jenny.

" who knows and by looking at these drawings the trial is certainly going to be very easy so don't worry too much about it" replied Ray with a smile.

" I don't know if you hit your hand on something when you were little, which part of the drawings shows that the trial is going to be an easy one," said jenny in anger as she can't stand Ray anymore.

" your words are harsh for a young lady like you, though I won't be taking any offense in that," said Ray with a smile.

" can we continue with the trial," asked Ellis as he wants to stop this two from fighting.

"Yes, anything to stop me from having a chat with this moron" replied jenny as she went ahead and stood close to the bowl.

" what about you Ray, are you in," asked Ellis.

" you already know the answer to your question so why are you still asking," said Ray with a smile on his face.

They went together and stood opposite the bowl before making a small cut in their hand and let the blood drip on the bowl. While they were doing all this, they fail to notice that the wall that has been glowing all this while has suddenly dim before a portal was revealed as it begins to spin rapidly before it began to pull them in after growing in size.

" We must not be separated so hold my hands tightly and don't let go," said Ellis as he spread his hands for the two to grab.

And that is how the group was sucked into the portal before the wall remains to its usual form. After moving through many dimensions, they were brought to a place that was devoid of light and the only they could see was through some strange stones that are laying on the ground.

getting up from the ground, Ellis shook his head before turning to look at where they were transported to.

" where is this place," said Ellis as he continued to look around.

" who knows, since we have been sent here then there must be a treasure hidden in this place for sure" replied Ray right after getting up.

" dammit, why do we have to end up together with this fool," said jenny angrily.

" calm down will you, this is not the time to quarrel among ourselves. We are in this strange place and need to think of a way to do the rest so that we can leave as soon as possible"replied Ellis as he tries to calm jenny down.

" you are right, who would have thought that the test would work," said Ray with a smile on his face before turning to look at Ellis as he asked.

" So now that we are here, what are we supposed to do".

" I don't know but if you were to ask me, I will suggest we follow the trail produced by the source of light, or do any of you have a better idea" replied Ellis.

" I think it is okay for now since we don't have a clue what we are supposed to do here," said jenny.

" same here, besides if you were to asked me, I will also make the same suggestion since it is the only source of light we have at this moment" added Ray with a smile.

Nodding to the two since it has already been decided, they begin to walk on the trail produced by the light as they venture forward.
