When the two got home the first they did was put the chest down Before taking a sit as they stare at the chest.

" So how are we supposed to open the chest, are we going to be needing a key or something to unlock it," asked Ray who could hardly hide the smile on his face.

" Who in the damn world needs a key to open a lock when you can just use your brute force" replied Ellis as he swings his fist at the chest lock as he tries to punch the chest open only to be met with resistance.

" Hey what happened to the brute force you were talking about," said Ray with a laugh.

Pulling his hands up again, Ellis punches out with greater force far more powerful than the previous one, and still,l there was no way he could break the treasure chest open.

" My friend I will suggest you stop punching that box if you don't want to get your hand to destroy" commented Ray as he finally holds himself back from laughing.

" What's making all that noise," said Jenny as she walked in from the living room only to see an old chest on the floor.

" Hey, Jenny, how are you caring living alone in the courtyard all by yourself" replied Ray with a smile.

" What is that old thing that is laying on the ground," asked Jenny as she ignored Ray.

" Oh you mean this thing right, it's a treasure chest we found in the market this evening" replied Ellis.

" Treasure chest huh, then what are you doing making all those rackets," asked Jenny as she folded her hands across her chest as she awaits their answer.

" Well, I am just trying to get the chest to open up" replied Ellis.

" And when you say open up, you mean to say smashing it like a barbarian" asked jenny.

" That's not what I am trying to say," said Ellis as he tries to justify his action.

" What else do you have to say, for an intelligent man like you to be doing something that a barbarian like he should be doing" replied jenny as she points at Ray.

" Hey, why are you calling me a barbarian," said m Ray.

" Apart from fighting what else do you know" replied jenny with a question.

" Anyways I don't have the time to argue with you so you can go to hell for all I care," said Ray as he went to squat as he begins to inspect the chest again.

" Hey system, is there any way you can help me to open the chest," asked Ray to the system.

Not wasting any time, Ray went straight ahead and select the yes option and it didn't take long before the chest open and laying inside the chest was an old paper roll up inside the box.

" Hahaha I hope it is not what I am thinking," said Ray in excitement.

Looking at how Ray is acting, Jenny couldn't help but turn to look at Ellis to see his reaction only to see him standing in shock.

" Hey what's wrong with him," asked jenny.

" Who knows maybe he is just being over-excited about the content inside" replied Ellis.

" Isn't it too much for him to be happy about a mere box?" asked jenny with a worried look on her face.

" Let's see what's inside the chest fast" replied Ellis as he got up to check what is inside the chest.

Looking inside the chest, Ellis was stun to see that the only thing laying inside was just paper. Turning to look at Ray with a frown on his face.

" Is this what you are being happy about?" asked Ellis.

" Wait don't tell me you don't know what's hidden inside the paper," asked Ray with a stunning look on his face.

Hearing what Ray just said, Ellis decided to pick the paper up to see what is hidden inside only for him to see some drawings inside.

"It looks like it is a map," said Ellis after giving it a careful look.

" Let's me see," said Jenny as she took the map from Ellis and begin to look at the drawings.

After something, she returns it to Ellis before sitting down. Seeing the way she is acting, Ellis couldn't help but ask.

" So do you know where all these drawings are"

" It's all seen foreign to me, does the clan have any library, I need to go through some stuff" replied jenny.

" Why do you want to go to the library right after going through the map," asked Ellis.

" That is because the drawings on the map are all ancient drawings which means the map has been around for a long time" replied jenny as she stares at Ellis right in the eye.

" I can tell that where ever that map leads to, there must be something good waiting for us," said Ray when he saw that they can't understand the drawings.

" Did we told you that we can tell that a treasure was hidden wherever the map leads to?" asked Jenny as she rolls her eyes at Ray.

" I am sorry madam but can you please make it snappy and go to the library and try to figure something out," said Ray.

" What did you think I am doing here" replied jenny in anger.

" I am sorry but you see the only way we can become less bored in this place, is to find out where the map leads to so that we can be on our way," said Ray.

Ignoring Ray, jenny turn to Ellis as she said.

" If you don't mind can you please take me there"

" Not a problem, since you just want to go through the old records concerning the ancient language then we shouldn't have any problem" replied Ellis as he took jenny to where the library is located.

They spend a long time inside the library and it was already getting dark before they came back to the courtyard with happy expressions on their face.

" For you two to be acting in this way shows that you find something good, so come on tell me before I lose it," said Ray as he looks at the two walkings in.

" We did find something good alright, see the drawings on the map are pointing to the desert by the east and it is not too far from here" replied Ellis with a smile.

" Nice work guys, so when are we moving out," asked Ray.

" Well if we want to go on this adventure then we will need to be prepared" replied Ellis.

" And as you can see, we are already good to go so what are we waiting for," said Ray a little bit annoyed at Ellis.

" When I said we need to be prepared I mean we should get whatever we will need in the adventure" replied jenny.

" Oh I see since you need to get what you will need for the adventure then what are you two waiting for you get whatever you need," said Ray as he urges the two to go on their way.

" What about you, ain't you going to get anything you will need later on" asked jenny seeing as Ray is not taking the matter seriously.

" Do I look like someone who will need anything along the way" replied Ray with a smile on his face?

" It seems to me that you are not taking this serious," said jenny.

" Urg you guys should go on and get whatever you will need and let's get out of here, as for me I have all I will need in my storage ring so you don't have to be worry about me, and besides if I need anything I can just ask Ellis to lend me" replied Ray with a smile on his face.

" Only in your dreams, look if you want anything you better go get it now else I won't be sharing my stuff with you when we go out," said Ellis seriously.

" Come on bro, you can't be doing this to be your friend, by the way, don't forget how I share my stuff with you even though it cost me a lot to get, I wasn't stingy when I gave some to you" replied Ray.

" I have said what I have to say, by the way, do you still have some left for jenny to carry along to guarantee her safety," asked Ellis.

"Yeah, I think I have enough to share with her" replied Ray.

" What are you guys talking about" asked jenny not having any clue what the two were saying.

" It's a potion that Ray has with him that can heal any wound at an incredible rate and also recover spiritual energy lost quickly" replied Ellis with a smile on his face.

" What you have something like this, then what is the need of making preparation when we already have something as good as that," said Jenny as she stares at the potion that was given to her by Ray.

" Alright since your u say so, I think I should go inform my father before we leave" replied Ellis as he walks out of the courtyard.
