After the group drank to their heart content, they went home while leaving Ray and Ellis behind.

Drinking their full they also went home to rest and early in the morning they left their resident as they match towards the entrance of the city but on getting there, they saw jenny sitting by the side of the gate where the guards are standing.

" Jenny what are you doing here at this time of the day," asked Ellis as he walks up to her.

" What do you think" replied jenny with a question of her own.

" Look I know it might hurt you bad to see us leave the guild but we are still going to return someday," said Ellis with a sigh.

" I think I have stayed at the sect for way too long so it's time for me to take some time off" replied jenny.

" What you quit your job," asked Ray in shock.

" You better go look for someone who will love a barbarian like you".

" I hope you won't regret the decision you have made today," said Ellis.

" It's my decision and since you are leaving I know I won't be able to see you again so this is what I want for myself" replied jenny.

" There is a problem here, if you are thinking of going with us then you must be powerful enough to defend yourself from danger since the journey back won't be an easy one and we won't be able to protect you," said Ray before jenny could relax.

Rolling her eyes on Ray, jenny chuckle before saying.

" Oh please when it comes to battle powers you are not even strong enough to hold a candle to me" replied jenny.

" Alright since that is the case I believe we are good to go," said Ellis with a smile as he leads the way forward.

It took the group a whole day to get out of the curious wetland wood with the help of jenny who took the lead as the group walks out of the forest. Taking a deep breath Ellis turns to look around the place with a smile plaster on his face as he said with enlightenment.

" Finally I can go back home".

" Then you think of how to deal with that brother of yours" commented Ray with all seriousness.

" Yeah, I can't wait to see the look on his face when he sees that he plans to eliminate me from the race for the head of the clan fail" replied Ellis with a chuckle.

Looking at the two cooking something beneath that look of theirs, jenny couldn't help but speak her mind.

" I know you must be thinking of taking revenge but can you please let your father handle the matter".

" Not a chance since he won't be taking it seriously because of my weak base" replied Ellis while clutching his fist together when his father was mention.

" Anyway we need to make a way to the clan before it gets dark," said Ray.

" Yeah, by the way, I heard that the Bryan clan are having a conflicted with our clan so we have to be very careful with who we meet along the way" replied Ellis as he leads the way.

After traveling for nine days they were able to reach the entrance of the clan. Seeing the entrance before them, Ray rushes forward in happiness since he has been traveling, they have not been able to get a good sleep so seeing the entrance before them he couldn't hold himself back as he rushes forward the gate only for him to be stopped by the entrance.

" Who are you and what business do you have with the Gibson clan," said the guard.

" Don't worry, he is with me " said Ellis as he walks for forwarding.

" And you are" asked the guard with a frown on his face.

" How can you not recognize who he is and you still dare to call yourself a clan member of the Gibson " replied Ray in rage.

" It's enough Ray, he must be a new recruit which is why he doesn't recognize me," said Ellis to Ray before turning to the guard and said.

" I am the third clan master Ellis and these are my friends".

" Huh you are young master Ellis," asked the guard in shock.

" Yeah that's him in flesh alright" replied Ray with a smile on his face when he saw the guard's reaction.

" Am sorry for my previous action young clan master please forgive the low servant for being arrogant" said the guard as he knew on the ground and kowtow to Ellis.

" You can raise okay, by the way, you were just doing your job" replied Ellis as he orders the guard to get up on his knee.

" Thank you young master for your benevolent," said the guard as he got up on his knee.

Just waving his hand at the guard as he walks past with the rest following behind him and just when they were taking their time heading to his courtyard, Ellis saw josh who was busy talking to some of the clan members.

" How josh long time no see" yelled Ray.

" Who is calling my name at this time of the day," said Josh in annoyance as he turns to look at who was calling him only to see a young man staring at him with a smile on his face.

Taking a look at the face that was starring at him, josh couldn't help but wonder where he has seen the face before, and after cracking his brain for some time he begins to recall where he has seen the young man.

" Master Ray you are here," said Josh as he ran forward and bow to Ray.

" come on don't be like that we are pals ain't we," said Ray with a smile on his face as he lifts josh from the ground.

" Since you are here means young clan master is also around," asked Josh after raising from his bow.

" How are you doing josh" replied Ellis.

" Young clan master you look different from the previous time I saw you," said Josh with a bow.

" Hahaha, I thought you should be in warberry cave so what are you doing here," asked Ellis.

" Actually I came here to collect the reward you offer us only for me to hear that we won't be receiving any reward since you are not around to testify" replied josh with a long sigh.

" I see, josh can you do me a favor," asked Ellis.

" Anything for you young clan master" replied josh with a bow.

" Can you go inform the clan head of my return?" said Ellis.

" Right away" replied josh before walking out.

" Now that is taken care of let's head to my courtyard to relax and with for my father's command," said Ellis as they walk to his courtyard.

" Hey, guys where will I be staying " asked jenny.

" You can pick a room to stay in my courtyard if you don't mind" replied Ellis as he continued to walk toward where his courtyard is located.

" That can also work," said Jenny with a smile as she followed Ellis from behind.

After getting to the hall where meeting is been held and also where the clan head can easily be found, josh ran to the guard who is in charge of the place as he said.

" Good day sir, is the clan head in there"

" Yes is anything the matter" replied the guard.

" I have important news for the clan head and I would like to deliver the news personally," said josh.

" Whatever you have to say to the clan head you can pass it to me for me to tell him later after they are done with the clan meeting" replied the guard.

" I can't do that sir since the news is most important to the clan head," said Josh as he refuses to let the guard in the news.

" Since you can't let me in on it then you will have to wait until they are done with the clan meeting" replied the guard as he refused to take josh order.
