Fighting the mindless beasts was really tiring since they have to preserve some of their energy and with the vice leader leaving them behind to face the beast on their own was really getting on Ray nerve since after they were done killing the whole beast, they came across the vice leader fighting another set of humans which were done in armor and seeing the two again he left once more for the two to face the possessed humans.
" What the hell is wrong with that guy" complain Ray as he was busy shaking a human off him.
" I can't believe until now you still haven't understood what he is up to" replied Ellis.
" Like he would be up to anything good" scoffed Ray as he continues to fight the humans that were close to him.
" Can't you tell that he is doing all this intentional" said Ellis after he sent a human back towards a crowd with a kick.
"Off course I know since he can get rid of them all without breaking a sweat. He is doing this to hold us down since we'll be a burden to him" replied Ray.
" And I actually thought you would have understood his reason for doing this, if he don't want us to be here then he would have not brought us along" said Ellis as he held two humans and in the back of their necks and slammed them together.
" Since you are saying that is not the reason then what should it be" asked Ray.
" Isn't obvious that he is letting us face all this small obstacles in a way for us to get use to our skill and make an improvement" replied Ellis.
Slamming his fist on the ground while utilizing the Golden-Quake fist technique which cause the ground to shake as spike Begin to come out of them as they trapped the human.
" Hey this move is not different from the move the undead ruler used on me back when I was still in the mountain" said Ray with his mouth wide open in shock as he stared at the whole possessed humans trapped within the spike.
" Well it's just a normal earth move that I have to come up with not quite long since the techniques that I am practicing are of the earth element" replied Ellis with a smile.

" Are you sure, or you just don't want to tell me the truth" asked Ray.
" What's with all these talk, you attack those possessed now before they are freed from the trap" roar Ellis at Ray.
Brandishing his blade, Ray swing it at the possessed as a light flame make its way to the possessed and exploded the moment it touches the ground while taking the life of the possessed.
" There that should do the trick" said Ray as he kept the blade in his scabbard.
" We need to hurry forward before sir takes care of the demon all by himself" said Ellis as he made his way forward.
Looking at the flame burning intensely with the possessed groaning in pain, Ray shook his head as he mutter to himself before going after Ellis.
" I wish they could have been a little bit stronger than I would have a chance to make a breakthrough".
As to continue to walk forward, they could see the body of a beasts or humans laying down lifeless and with how fresh the wound in their body is shows that they were killed not quite long.
" Looks like the demon want to wear out who so ever that comes here before they get where it is bidding" said Ellis as he continued to look at the bodies that are laying before them.
" It's so unfortunate for that demon that we are the ones coming after it's life" commented Ray with a laugh.
Not quite long after walking for a while, they came across the vice leader standing before a wall that was covered with weeds. Hearing the footstep coming from behind, the vice leader turn around as he gave the two a smile.
" You guys are finally here" said the vice leader still maintaining his smile.
" Yeah we are here, how does it feel to see the face that you wanted dead so badly in front of you" replied Ray angrily at the vice leader word.
" If I want you dead, i won't be needing those low life assistant since I am more than enough" said the vice leader as he glared at Ray.
" What is wrong with you Ray, how many times do I have to tell you the reason why he let us handle the possessed on our own" asked Ellis as he smack Ray really hard in the back of his head.

Rubbing the back of his head in pain, Ray turns to look at Ellis as he said.
" I was only joking with him".
" Hahaha I can't believe you don't know how to appreciate good when you see one" said the vice leader as he laughed at Ray.
After finally suppressing his laughter, the vice leader turn his head back to the wall that was cover by weeds with a serious look on his face.
" Is this where the path ended" asked Ellis as he also gives it a look.
" Not really, behind this wall should lay where the demon is hiding" replied the vice leader.
" If it is hiding there, then what are we waiting for" said Ray as he made his way to the wall.
" If you can really break through this wall than I will have to stop teasing you" replied the vice leader as he took a step back.
" Like something like this can block my way" said Ray as he raised his sword up high with great strength before slashing it down on the wall and came as a shock to him was that they did not have any scratch on it.
" Looks like your attack is proving to be useless against the wall" said the vice leader with a laugh.
" I didn't put more strength in that attack okay" replied Ray as he made preparation to strike the wall again.
Slashing his blade on the wall still multiple times and still he was not able to make a scratch on the wall and see this, Ellis couldn't help but asked when he saw the way the vice leader was having a pleasant time watching Ray make a fool of himself.
" Sir is it possible that the wall before us is also made from the same material that was used to forge the key".
The vice leader was shock when he heard Ellis said those words since it is hard to notice the similarities between the two. With a smile on his face he replied to Ellis question.
" Yes they are made from the same material but the wall before us is a lot inferior compare to the key".
" If that is the case then it is likely the demon is in the other side and must have prepared an attack the moment the wall goes down" said Ellis.
" I don't think so, since it believe the wall should be more than enough to hold who even that make it to this place" replied the vice leader as he continued to watch Ray making an attempt to break the wall.
After trying his best for some minutes any there was still no hope of the wall falling down, Ray gave up as he made his way back to where the two stood.
" Back so soon, I thought you are going to spend at least thirty minutes there and now there is no longer a show for me to watched" said the vice leader as he shook his head in disappointment when he saw Ray coming.
" Do you think that wall was made of an ordinary material for it to still be standing even after I have use all my strength" replied Ray as he tried to calm his breathing.
" You are a big fool if you still don't know what that wall is made of" curse Ellis when seeing his friend making a fool of himself.
The vice leader laugh at loud before saying.
" He is a big fool alright by the way you could have a higher chance of breaking the wall if you used that blade of yours".
Rubbing his storage ring, Ray answer.
" I don't want to waste my energy on this wall since the real target is behind it".
Walking up to the wall, the vice leader begin to inspect it and seeing him doing all this, Ray couldn't help but asked.
" And what do you think you are doing".
" I am trying to look for the area where the wall is weakened" replied the vice leader as he gave the wall a knock.
Leaving the vice leader to do his stuff, Ray sat down in cross leg as he drank an intermediate MANA as he waited for the vice leader to break the wall.
