They never stop searching for the track that belong to the snake tribe and after searching for a very long time they were able to find where the snake tribe moved to. Making their way there, they were attack the moment they step their foot on the land.

" Looks like they knew we're coming" said Ray while taking his sword from the scabbard.

" Why won't they know we were coming when you just can't stop making noise along the way" complain Ellis while sending a kick at a snake beast which end up crashing into a tree.

Seeing that they are being attack by humans, the snake king sent more of his tribe men forward to attack Ray and Ellis while he leads the attack from behind.

Turning to look at the snake beasts that are heading their way, Ellis couldn't help but turn to Ray before saying.

" I think it is time you blast those beasts away before we are completely encircle by them or are you planning on fighting them in your grave"

Turning to face the approaching beast, Ray sent a flame burst at them which end up killing a lot of the snake beast while does which were far from the explosion makes their way to them.

" I knew coming to this place was a bad idea" said Ellis while defending himself against a snake beast that is using his tail as a whip to attack him.

" Can't you stop complaining for once and face what's in front of you" replied Ray slashed a snake beast in two.

The snake king became angry when it saw how is people are suffering from the attack of the humans filled he with rage, the snake king lung at Ray at an incredible speed before sending a fist attack at him only for Ray to block the attack with his sword while flying back and crashed in the lake.

Struggling to swim out of the lake, Ray shook himself to get the stinky water off him before saying.

" Good thing I knew how to swim" said before turning to look at the snake king that was attacking Ellis from all different angles while his tribe members send an attack after another at him.

Ray rush forward while sending wind slash after wind slash to stop some from reaching Ellis.

" Hiss" the snake king rush to Ray in frustration that he was still alive after taking an attack from him while leaving is men to deal with Ellis.

Ray send a slash ahead of him when he saw the snake king swinging is tail at him. But unfortunately for Ray, his reaction was slow and the tail knock the sword off his hand while sending him crashing into the lake once again with a wound on his chest.

Not giving Ray the time to recover, the snake king went into the lake and started heading for Ray. When Ray was about to get up, he felt an attack coming underneath the lake and swam to the side while avoiding the attack by a hair.

After dodging the attack, Ray thought that was the end of it and was just about to sigh a breath of relief, when another attack came at him, but this time around Ray was able to act quickly as he took out his other blade from the scabbard and send a wind slash which counter the snake king attack.

" I have to leave this lake as soon as possible' said Ray before swimming faster toward where there is land and at the same time he was dodging the snake king attack.

Meanwhile, back on land, Ellis was busy fighting with the snake tribe all by himself, and he seems to be getting tire of fighting the snake tribe. Turning around, Ellis made a run for it.

" Ray you better pray hard that I die here else you won't be able to bear what I will do to you" shouted Ellis and at the same time running for his life.

While Ellis was running, he never stopped looking at the lake that's not far from where he was only to see Ray moving from side to side and the moment he moves to one side, an explosion would occur in his previous location.

" What's that" said Ellis while looking around the lake in search of the attacker only for him to shake his head in disappointment. " Could it be that whatever that is attacking him is under the lake. Anyways that's not my problem" Ellis mumble to himself before he continues to run and whenever a snake beast come near him, he will kill it and tossed it toward the other creating a distance between them in the process.

After many struggling to avoid the attacks from the snake king, Ray was finally able to leave the lake, but he was filled with injuries.

Taking a shelter by a tree which was close by, Ray was finally able to catch his breath.

" I can't believe even with a rise in my realm, it proves difficult to beat" said Ray after taking an advance health potion to regain his strength.

Not long after taking the health potion the snake king came out of the lake with a full busted while shooting a mouthful of venom at him.

" Gross, will you stop spitting those nasty looking thing at me" said Ray while dodging the vomons.

" You fool that's a venom and a deadly one at that. Make sure not to let it touch your skin for it is untreatable" said Ellis who was running not too far from Ray's location.

" I know its venom alright and why are you running away" replied Ray.

" Can't you see I am being chased by them" said Ellis.

" This is the reason why I said it's better using a weapon than to use your fist, if it were to be a weapon you could easily fend them off" replied Ray while shaking his head in disappointment.

" Why don't you send them flying with your blade them and by the way, my fist is more than enough to take them down" said Ellis.

" Stop worrying about me and think of how you are going to handle him" added Ellis.

" I would love to send them flying, but you see this nut head is just too hard to beat" replied Ray.

Turning back to the snake king, Ray continue to dodge the snake venom while sending an attack of his own at the snake king which was easily dodge by the snake king.

' This guy is just too difficult to handle, which I can get close to him" Ray thought to himself while maintaining his distance.

Since he only knows the wind slash and flame burst skill, he was finding it difficulty to land an attack on the snake king.

Stepping to the side to avoid an attack, Ray send two flame burst at the snake king to double the power of the attack. When the flame erupted, the snake king was caught up in the attack and was injured. The snake king scales were pulled out in some part of his body with blood gashing out from them.

The snake king became enrage and went on rampage destroying anything on sights. Getting out of the way, Ray moved from the snake king to avoid sustaining injury from the attack.

" Shit, now that it is in this state, how am I supposed to defeat it" complain Ray.

Meanwhile, by the side Ellis stop running and was sending attack after attack at the snake beasts when he felt the ground stumbled and turn to look at Ray's direction only to see the snake king swinging around while destroying trees that were in sight.

"What did that fool do to enrage the king said Ellis to himself.

When the snake beasts saw their king was enraged, they begin to shake in fear and ran off.

Being free from the attack of the snake beasts, Ellis ran to join up with Ray and asked.

" What did you do this time around" asked Ellis

" Nothing at all, it just went crazy after getting injured from by flame burst" replied Ray while looking at the snake king.

" Are you sure you didn't take the treasure from it" asked Ellis still not convinced that its crazy state was caused by the attack.

" Now you are acting like a complete fool Ellis, how am I supposed to take treasure from this beast when I can hardly land an attack on him while avoiding those venoms of his" replied Ray in anger.

" We need to kill it before it get out of hand" said Ellis while cracking his fist.

" What will have if it gets out of hand" asked Ray.

" Sigh, then we'll have to face more beasts in the forest which will be very troublesome for us" replied Ellis.

" If that happens, then we'll be done for" said Ray while looking at the snake king.
