When Chen Lihua got to the hospital, she took the elevator straight to her office floor. She kept receiving glances from the doctors and nurses, and also from some of the patients and visitors that recognized.

Chen Lihua didn't mind, after all, she just appeared on the news last night so she brought this upon herself.

Walking into her office, Chen Lihua saw some gift cards and card boxes. She. would very guess they were congratulatory cards and gifts.

She smiled and went to her desk to put her bag down. Next, she picked up the cards on the table and glanced at a few of them with a smile on her face. Her guesses were right, so she called someone in to pack the cards and gifts in one corner of her office.

Putting on her white coat, she sat down on the seat and got to work. Throughout her day in the office, she received more congratulatory messages verbally and materially from her co-workers.

Around 3:30 PM, Chen Lihua phoned Liu Longwei to remind him of their scheduled meeting, to which he responded positively.

Chen Lihua started packing her things and got ready to leave. She called one of the two bodyguards that were assigned to look after her, up to her office to carry the gifts and cards she received.

Liu Longwei was almost choked up with work, so the next minute he glanced at his wristwatch, he saw that he only had a few minutes before 4 PM, so he picked up the rest of his unfinished work and put them in his bad before leaving his office.

Chen Lihua got the house before Liu Longwei. And before she could step into the living area, a small figure ran towards her and hugged her legs.

"Taio! My baby missed me." Chen Lihua said with a smile as she hugged his back.

"Mum..." Taio called out as he put in a lot of effort staring at her from the low position.

Chen Lihua knew his neck would be in discomfort soon if he continued to stare at her because of their height difference, so she lifted him in her arms.

Taio's Nanny came over and greeted Chen Lihua, then she stretched her arms out to take Taio from her, but the little guy hid in his mother's embrace and refused to go with his Nanny.

"I will take it from here." Chen Lihua said as she passed her bag to the servant that came out to welcome her.

She instructed another servant to call another person to take the stuff she brought with her from the offices to the living room on the top floor.

Then with her son in her arms, she took the elevator to the top floor and went into her bedroom.

The servant kept her bag on the table in her room before leaving.

Chen Lihua sat on the bed with Taio in her arms and played a little with him.

"Taio, what did you learn today." Chen Lihua asked him with a brilliant smile on her face.

"Mummy, Daddy," Taio replied.

"You learned how to call Mummy and Daddy? I don't believe that, you already know how to do that. Okay, tell me, what did you do today?." Chen Lihua asked him since he didn't seem to understand her first question.

"I ate food. Watched some cartoon. I took a nap, ate food, and played with my toys." Taio replied with a smile.

"Wow! you did so many things today. Clap for yourself." Chen Lihua said to him with an encouraging smile as she watched the little guy applaud himself.

"Good boy, give Mummy a kiss." Chen Lihua said to him, and she received a kiss on her cheek almost immediately.

"Mummy, where is daddy?." Taio asked with a curious gaze.

"Your dad will be home soon, and guess what? We are taking you to buy new toys for you, isn't that amazing?." Chen Lihua asked in an excited tone.

"Yeah...!." Taio said with a big smile on his face as he clapped his hands together in an excited manner.

"Taio, let's go and wash up while waiting for daddy to come back okay?." Chen Lihua said to him as she stood up from her bed and also made him stand on her bed after removing his flip-flops.

Next, she proceeded to remove his clothes before carrying him into her bathroom.

While bathing him in the bathtub, Taio received to stay at a place and kept playing with the foams that formed from the soap 🧼 lather. He was enjoying a bubble bath.

Chen Lihua couldn't resist his cuteness, so she played with him for a while, and ended up getting her blouse stained with the soapy water.

At last, Chen Lihua managed to way the little guy up. And because she had some of his things in her bedroom, it was easy to take care of him.

She dried his body with his small white towel, and after that, she wrapped him up with another towel and carried him out of the bathroom, only to meet Liu Longwei.

"Darling, you are back?." Chen Lihua asked in surprise as she walked towards her bed and placed Taio on it, with the towel still wrapped around his naked body.

"Yeah, I just came back now." Liu Longwei replied as she approached his wife and son.

He kissed Chen Lihua on her cheeks as they exchanged a short hug before he lifted his son with the towel around his body.

"Daddy!." Taio called out excitedly. He had this cute smile sitting on his face while staring at his father.

"Hey! little man." Liu Longwei said to him as he pinched his cheeks gently while the other hand secured him in his embrace.

"Darling, please help him get dressed, his things are in my closet." Chen Lihua pleaded with Liu Longwei as she pointed at the door to her walk-in closet.

"Okay." Liu Longwei agreed and received a kiss on his lips.

"Thanks!." Chen Lihua said to him as she flashed him a sweet smile. She caressed her son's cheeks before walking into the bathroom.
